They were easy to work with and reasonably priced. Our driver, Randall was on time and very pleasant and accommodating. He was kind to assist mr elderly parents who we were out celebrating their 60th anniversary. I highly recommend Jimmy's!

They sent a known aged Hummer with engine problems for my kid's prom. By they time they got to my house for pickup it was smoking and making loud noises. The departure was delayed an hour while they sent out another car. They should have called earlier in the week to offer up another car instead of hoping this one would survive the night with a bunch of teens.

Our experience with Jimmy's from the time the reservation was made to the date of service was extremely wonderful! Great customer service and correspondence with their customer. Our driver, Hank Rosen, was AMAZING! So professional and kind, was on time and took us on a great route. We were made to feel special with his friendliness, getting the doors for us, helping us up and down the stairs. Highly recommend this company and would definitely recommend requesting Hank Rosen as your driver!

We got a party bus for my girlfriends birthday and couldnt be happier, she said it was one of the best nights she's ever had. The driver did great, sound system was awesome, lights etc. Definitely looking at another occasion to use Jimmys!

I have never rented a limo before and did not know what to fully expect. My expectations were surpassed when Pat the limo driver pulled up to pick us up. The limo was immaculate. Gorgeous inside and out. Pat was an absolute pleasure to have as our driver. He was knowledgeable about Cincinnati, was patient with our decision making process, and overall just a gem of a person.

We went out for my daughter's 15th birthday with a few of her friends. They were excited that they could hook their phones through the bluetooth and play their music. Highly recommend Jimmy's. The price was fair and the service superb.

Jimmy's Limo gave the best rides EVER for a prom just for special needs students and adults. Our driver for the evening was Patrick with the 26 passenger limo bus. Patrick was very friendly to all our guests. He made sure everyone got on and off safely and had a great time! We would recommend Jimmy's and also Patrick the driver very highly. Great experience.

This company seriously was great to work with. Not only were their prices reasonable, but their services were worth every penny. My girlfriends and I were celebrating a friend's birthday so we decided to make a whole evening of it: dinner, bar hopping and just driving around the city. Our driver, Cathy, was AMAZING! She took instructions well and was very flexible when there were any changes that came up.

Any time we were ready to go she would be waiting right at the front door for us and she never left until she made sure we were in the buildings safety. I also appreciated the staff members that helped with setting things up and making the limo selection easy and the payment simple as well. We needed an early morning ride to the airport at 4am. Our driver was on time and professional. Nice smooth ride to CVG.

I got the 14 passenger Ford transit limo for my sons prom. They was great about keeping me informed throughout everything from when I first reserved the party bus till when the kids got dropped off. Our driver was Brian he was very professional and arrived on time. Brian the driver gave all the parents a business card with his cell phone number on it in case we wanted to get an update regarding our kids.

After he dropped the kids off he update me that they was dropped off at their drop off location. The kids had more fun in the party bus than they did at prom. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for any type of limo or party bus!

I have used JLS limo and bus services a couple times now. Both times the experience was awesome. This past event we had Joe as our limo driver through a Bourbon Trail excursion and he was outstanding. Totally went out of his way to take care of us and make sure we had a great time! Couldn't be more pleased and complimentary from the services offered. Great company and great people.

Jimmy's is the ONLY car service to use in Cincinnati and its services are as good as or better than the best in the world. Terrific employees, outstanding service, full communication. We've used Jimmy's a number of times now for special occasions and they're always first rate. Drivers are prompt, friendly, and professional. The cars are immaculate and well appointed and the office staff is friendly when scheduling. They're definitely my go-to when I need a car.

I've used alot of limo services and I hate when someone stuffy or stuck up drives. Our driver up to Columbus and back was great. He was quick and talked to us letting us know what was going on. He never rushed us and let us move at our own speed. A good limo service does the basics, Jimmy's is the definition of a great limo service giving all expected and more.
