I've used Gettysburg Rental many times. Staff are always very helpful and pleasant to work with. They are also very knowledgeable and able to answer most questions I've had. I'm sure I will be visiting again

Gettysburg Rental Center I would never use again, they come and get your lawn mower, and snow blower, and send a guy out and messes the corner of your house up, and when you question the guy he first said he doesn't remember, and then tells me everything how my driveway and house is like and said he didn't do it, then when you take to the owner, he takes up for the guy, wish you can tell he was lying.

I guess he has done it before, and now the owner doesn't what to pay out to fix it, would never use this company again! oh you are such a lair, I'm telling the truth, and that boy new it and so does the owner of the place! so if you want taken across then go a head. the boy I think was on something when i talked to him. boy that company the owner and all lie for one I never said give me 500 or i will give you a bad google review I didn't even no where i was going to post my review. WOW! they are something else!

Rented a nail gun and electric air compressor, took them forever to find it. Rented it on a Saturday to have it Sunday to use while they were closed. Come to find out It didn't work and had to hammer every nail by hand on a shed roof. Will not come back.

Rented a roto tillers and a york rake. They were very nice and helpful. The equipment worked great, obviously cared for very well. Upon returning the equipment the staff again was very helpful, to the point that I did not even have to go in to the store to find someone or even to check back in. I will be going to them for all of my equipment needs in the future.

Great place, great people, great service. Rented a backpack leaf blower. It worked for 40 minutes. Shut it off and never got it restarted again. Tried everything over the course of the next 2 hours including calling them for advice. Called them back to tell them I was too frustrated. Thank goodness I also had an electric one so we still got work done that day. they gave us a full refund. That is Quality Customer Service - something you don't see often now a days. Thanks, Dan
