What sets any event apart from the rest? My daughter Danielle and her new husband hired your firm for DJ services this past Saturday May 23, 2009. Jarrod was the DJ and conducted himself in a very professional and down to earth manner. He was courteous, well mannered and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done and ensure the reception was successful, enjoyable and most of all, everyone had fun.

Whenever I go to see Michael, he invites me into the back room and he securely locks the door from any prying employees. And then we commence to enjoy a day of slavishly drinking ourselves into oblivion. And we become so artsy and crafty, at least in our own minds anyway. What a marvelous host Michael is. I had been shopping for a gift, unsuccessfully looking for an age-appropriate colored pencil and drawing set. Lexi, one of the employees, asked politely if she could help me. She was a godsend, having expertise of her own for what would be the perfect gift. Michael's has an extraordinary amount of drawing products, but she was able to give me insightful and appropriate suggestions. Thank you.

I've always loved shopping at this Michael's, but now I love it even more. We brought in a print of painting to be custom framed and I told the guy "I am clueless in picking out good framing and totally trust your opinion more than mine" and I am soooo glad I did. Our print is now a beautiful piece of art that I could not be any happier with. We got it as a gift and now we want something that beautiful hanging on our own wall so we will DEFINITELY be back soon!

Good selection. Clean store. Mostly friendly people. Except the kid working in custom framing. I asked for a specific item, was given a look that was supposed to tell me I was interrupting his flirting with a coworker and was told "I guess I could show you where it might be". After he made eye contact with me and turned away to follow his coworker into another aisle and I had to track him down again.

I was on hold for 30 minutes on the phone when all I asked was a question about prices of a certain product. I went to the store and no one gave me an answer as to why my call was still on hold. Over 40 minutes and at this point I'm in the store and I'm still on hold. Really disappointed with how the staff responded to it. No one could explain or tell me who put me on hold.
It was a really simple question and I wasn't rude on the phone so I just don't understand this customer service. The only reason this isn't zero star is because the frame I bought was cheaper than expected. Support a different business
