With A-1 Party Rental, party planning is made easy. We provide the delivery of the tents, tables, chairs, and all other accessories needed to make your event a success. We offer all accessories needed to serve your needs for any event including but not limited to: weddings, backyard parties, corporate functions, fairs, festivals, etc.
The purpose of a site inspection is to ensure the renter and the rental company the tent ordered will fit the renters' needs (and space) prior to arrival at the site. 1.) LOCATION - After the proper tent size and style (frame tent vs. a pole tent) has been determined, choose a desirable location for tent.
Frame tents are supported by a freestanding structure and do not require any center poles. Frame tents do require anchoring to secure the tent in harsh weather conditions. Pole tents or tension tents are supported by upright center and side poles. Anchoring is required at tension points around the tent's perimeter. All of our tents are offered at a price with sidewalls and a price without sidewalls.

I was on a tight budget so I picked up and dropped off my items instead if paying the delivery fee. I had to change our entire party plan 3 days before our event and A1 had items readily available, very close to my house. Looks to be a mom and pop operation, which I love. Much prefer giving my money to local! Overall it was a good experience. They helped me load and unload the tables and chairs we rented.
Overall a good experience. The table tops are in quite rough shape, that's why I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars but they served their purpose and we're covered with plastic tablecloths, so it wasn't a huge issue. The chairs were in excellent shape and looked almost brand new. Will use again if we have another party in the near future.
