I was surprised at how fast the envelopes got to me! I appreciated the CMYK values assigned to each color as a helpful guide, however, I probably would have altered some of them. I knew I couldn't expect an exact match for my project and in the end the colors were great (especially the pink envelopes we ordered). I will definitely look at this company again should I need any of their products in the future. We only ordered samples this time around but I am really impressed we will be using them for our wedding invites and in the cutter for other events!

I've been a loyal customer of LCI for years. The paper is top notch and the shipping is very reliable when we lived in Vermont and now California. My last experience with them though when an issue arose wasn't the best. The paper I got was bent in the corners making the card stock jam in my printer and look unsightly. Every single one of my 250 card order besides a 50pk was bent.
I've reached out with them before about issues like this, like when I had blue marks over some of my cards. They just told me they'd make the factory aware. I was a little put off but again, their card stock is great 90% of the time. With this issue they said it must of been UPS which didn't really make sense considering 50 of them or so were fine.
They said they would get back to me when UPS responded to them. I emailed over the next two weeks, twice. No response. All I asked for was an update on receiving a refund for damaged products each time. I eventually went to my bank to confirm a refund would be processed. I don't get why it was so hard to respond to an issue, or an email for that matter but it was very upsetting after being a customer with them for years.

I have purchased card stock and cards from LCI. Their service is superior. I have been amazed at how quickly they process my order and send it out. In addition, the products I have purchased have been excellent and of good value. Another plus is the ability to purchase a sample. Crooked company! Customer service is non existent. IF your order even makes it to you, prepare for it to be extremely late, damaged or the incorrect size. If you decide to return it for ANY reason, prepare to be charged a 50% restocking fee, even if you send it back unopened. Read the negative reviews before you buy anything or you'll regret it!

I bought some Gmund paper here that I was unable to find anywhere else in the US at the time. Since this was for a client's holiday card, I was up against the gun. Pricing was a little higher than my usual place, but hey, they didn't have any. Service was great and the paper arrived pretty quickly considering it was in December and there were all sorts of storms at the time. Definitely would use them again.

I loved everything about this company. The only thing I would suggest is providing tips for customers whom are not in the know in the paper business. For example, I'd never been aware of envelope liners - I thought I was ordering lined envelopes. I'm very happy with what I received - I just had no idea. Gorgeous liners, by the way. The picture did not even come close to how beautiful they are in person.

I was super impressed with the quality of the products I ordered from LCI Paper! I ordered samples, and then placed a larger order of the shimmery tri-fold envelopes for my wedding invitations. They are so pretty! And the price was extremely affordable, especially compared to other sites I had looked at. Not to mention, the delivery was super quick - I placed my order on Friday and had received it by Monday. Their customer service team was also very quick, friendly, and accommodating! Will definitely use again and recommend to friends!

I sell hand made greeting cards and finding envelopes that are bright white with no gray tones and come at the right price isn't easy. I got 25 optic white and 25 desert storm envelopes with straight flaps from LCI and they are nice, pure colors. The paper isn't as silky smooth or heavy as envelopes from Stampin' Up but the price is excellent and I doubt customers will notice or care about the slight differences. Will purchase again.

I am SO disappointed in this company. I bought 11x17 vellum paper from them for a portfolio. This paper was intended to overlay another piece of 11x17 white paper I used with a printed photo. Once layering the vellum I realized the whole stack of vellum paper was miscut 1/16in making my portfolio completely uneven. I contacted them regarding my dissatisfaction and mislabeling of the product and they informed me it "industry standard" for paper to be off 1/16in.
Which is completely false! Myself, being a graphic designer who has been in the industry for years knows this is not true. They not only informed me they were NOT covering the shipping, they were only going to give me back 44 of the 55 dollars I paid for them to exclude promotional and shipping costs. THEY MISLABELED THEIR PRODUCT ON THEIR WEBSITE AND clearly miscut the material.
I cannot use this product being cut like this. There were no disclosures on their websites stating miscutting may occur. They will not stand by their products and they are not customer centered despite what their website may say. Their paper may be okay for non-designers or non-detail-oriented projects, but for a specialty paper company they're a joke. Stick to Red River Paper.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I bought 2,500 pink envelopes and received purple. They will not pay for return shipping and they even tried to say I ordered purple not pink and wouldn't take the return. Their color selection showed pink envelopes and the outrageous orchid was an option when I placed my order. I had to file a claim with paypal and 2 months later I am still waiting for my refund.
They don't even make the envelopes, they came from NEENAH PAPER which means they don't even know what was sent to me. First and last time I order from them. See photos of other pink envelopes I have ordered from other vendors, I have purchased thousands of envelopes and I never had this problem. I should have read the reviews of this company before I ordered envelopes. HORRIBLE customer service. They advertise on their website that the 7 1/4 and 5 1/4 envelopes fit a 5 x 7 card. NOT SO! I had to cut every one of my 5 x 7 cards; otherwise, the card was so snug that the recipient would not have been able to get it out. So, then when I called the customer service line, instead of helping me, she made me take a picture of the card with the envelope and blamed me for ordering too large of cards.
I run a business. I would never blame the customer. If the customer said that what I advertised didn't line up with what he/she purchased, I would immediately send out a new product. This customer service rep said she had to get it reviewed by the manager first and that I would have to send several photos in order for them to evaluate the validity of my claim. WHAAAAT? Seriously.
Just send me larger envelopes at no cost. How hard is that? Take a page out of Zappos' customer service, which always sends out a new product, no questions asked, if the product is faulty or doesn't work. DO NOT GET ENVELOPES FROM THIS BUSINESS. You have been warned.

Found this company while searching online. All I needed were Wedding Invitation envelopes. During checkout there was no way to have order sent to another address besides billing address. There is a section that says to add additional instructions. In that section I stated the address to which I needed envelopes mailed. Being short on time I wanted to make sure my message was received.
Before I completed my order I contacted customer service. The person answering said there was no problem with my request and she supposedly took down my info and was going to wait for the order to be received and make sure it was done correctly. So I paid over $20 to expedite shipping on 100 envelopes and of course they were sent to wrong address!
Now I have to pay to expedite to the correct address. If I had placed the order on my own, maybe I wouldn't be so angry. But to actually call customer service and for her to say "I will take your name and look out for your order", and then not follow through. Horrible.
Before I completed my order I contacted customer service. I ordered card stock for menus for my wedding.they didn't have a sample available for the card stock I wanted to purchase, so I emailed their customer service and received two samples within 2 days, and the quality was much better than I expected. The prices are pretty amazing for this type of product in comparison to industry standards and typical bridal sites, and the quality was really impressive.
I also can't say enough good things about their customer service - I followed up so many times because I was ordering 250 of the card stock and didn't want to get stuck with that if it didn't work out, and they were fast to respond and really helpful each time. Highly recommend if you're looking to save a little and go the DIY route.

I ordered metallic card stock and envelopes for my wedding invitations which I designed and printed on my own. They had a great variety of selections, prices were affordable and the shipping process was great. I received my order within 2 days of placing it. If you plan on designing and printing your own invitations, I would definitely consider this company.

My order was Napkins for my daughter sweet 15. When I got the package I was so excited, when I open the package I notice that there was a misspell on Seeet and it was my mistake. I called them the next morning explain to them and told them it was my mistake and I just wanted to see what can they do for me. She told me that she will give me a call back after she talked to her manager, at the point I'm thinking she's not going to call me back today.
Well I was wrong she called me within minutes to let me know that they will give me a 30% off on my next order. This made me so happy! I will use them again on my next event.

Brides Beware! If you are planning to design your own invitations with a local printer in your area, find your printer first and tell them the type of paper you want to work with. I bought pre-cut cardstock from this company and created my invitation design later, not realizing I would have a Gigantic Issue finding a local printer who could work with it!
Many printers cannot work with pre-cut card stock so you may have to buy the bigger sheets and let your printer cut for you. I wish this company had done a better job of explaining this on their website when I purchased from them. I was way ahead of the game with my planning, only to run into Huge Issues when I was ready to print.and to add insult to injury, they stopped offering their printing services as well (the rep I spoke to stated it was getting "too complicated" so they stopped offering printing).
When I could not find a local printer to do the job, LCI Paper could not take the card stock back and do the print job either! And, because it was months later when I discovered this, they refused to give me a refund (claim was their "credit card machine cannot authorize returns past a certain point! Really?) Bottom line: I bought beautiful card stock I cannot use and had to go with another company to get my invitations designed and printed in time.
I am now behind schedule which is heartbreaking to me! Thankfully I am able to use the lovely envelopes with the new invitations I had to purchase.but I am out of pocket about 60 bucks in my wedding budget due to this company's lousy customer service. Word to the Wise.find your printer first before buying paper from this company! Then you will know what size to buy and how much.and you won't run into these problems OR get charged their restocking fee if you need to exchange/return. Beautiful paper, lousy policies and service.so beware!

Make sure you need what you order! They charge a restocking fee and would only issue a store credit that had an expiration date. It's really had to use a store credit on such a speciality product and then when I tried to use the credit after the expiration date that I was unaware of, they basically told me I was out of luck. Next time I'll order from someplace who actually cares about their customers. Really disappointed!

Saw that another review mentioned living in CA and having to wait a week for shipment. I was living in Somerville, MA for the majority of the planning then moved back home to the Bay Area of CA a month before the wedding. All the times I ordered from LCI, I received my packages within one to two days, so not sure what the week-long wait for that particular reviewer was about.

I ordered my wedding invitation paper online from here. Here is my summary: Pros -The selection is nice (good variety of paper types, colors, accessories, etc) -The tutorials, blog, and photo ideas on the site are super helpful and creative. They helped us get our idea for the invitations -I love the cardstock pocket idea and haven't seen it anywhere (we used it for our invites) -The prices are very reasonable -The templates are easy to use and helpful -The response time to questions was fast Cons -You have to pay for samples (the item & shipping) -I live in CA so it took about a week to get the samples, then another week to get our actual paper order.
This just forced me to try and plan ahead and make sure I was ordering enough paper. If you're on a tight deadline and might run out this might not be the best option for you

Their website is extremely helpful and has realistic and true to color swatches of all colors and textures. You can order samples of any single item for pretty cheap and they are in the mail on the same day in most cases.
We ordered a lot of samples too and I was thrilled with how fast we got them and were able to make decisions on our paper needs. We ordered everything from our escort cards to our thank you cards to all of our invitation envelopes from here. I couldn't have been happier with the products we got and the total price was a downright bargain. I dealt with LCI strictly online and didn't even realize they were a local vendor until I saw this review. Bonus!
