My son who has autism was recently fitted here for a tux for his prom. The experience was fantastic. The man who fitted him was amazing and professional. He wasnt phased by my sons lack of focus during the fitting. The tux fit perfectly. He had a great time at the prom. Tux Towne has our families business for life. Thank you very much

Messed up my boyfriends tux for prom, and then proceeded to tell me we were wrong when we had told him 100 times the tux was to be light grey. Absolutely ridiculous, told us the day before "call me tomorrow I'll see what I can do." You'll see what you can do? How about you get me that light grey tux or I can have the wrong color one for free. Seemed promising during fitting, but turned out to be extremely disappointing.

Have been there for two different occasions. The first one was for my wedding, and I can say the men's tuxedos were either too short or they didn't have everything that was supposed to have, or some of them weren't the right sizes. My second time was for my sons prom, and I will say they a bit better on that one except the inside vest was white when he asked for black.

I came here for a suit for me and my groomsmen for my wedding. Jose is the best too deal with. He answered all the questions I had. Jose was patient enough too measure all of us from big too small. The day of the wedding we all looked very sharp. I am happy I came here and I will be back in near future. Jose you the man!

Jose is by far the best! We have rented tuxes for our son for proms and they have been great. Our son got married this weekend and got the wedding party tuxes from Jose as well. They fit every person perfectly and were top quality and exactly what the Bride and Groom wanted for their special day. My husband purchased a suit from Jose also. Jose altered it and it fit my husband like a glove. We highly recommend Jose and Tuxtowne and will never go anywhere else!

Jose is The Man. He's accommodated my wedding's every last need, had an amazing sense of style, was extremely prompt and got it right every time. He was even patient with me when my Rented Jacket was misplaced upon my return, and is refunding me my loss of rented property fee (which was very reasonable.) We looked good, felt good, and I would absolutely return to him for any future formal occasions.

Jose is a real Pro. We had my daughters wedding in Newport several weekends ago at the Rose Cliff mansion. The venue was spectacular and the Groomsmen all looked fantastic in their perfect fitting Tuxedo's. Thank you Jose. I can't thank you enough. It's great to work with people who know what they are doing and you are the best at what you do. Thank you for helping to make us all look great on my daughters wedding day.

WEDDING** The owner of Tux Towne is the most genuine, kind, professional, accommodating man! Everything within his business is top notch. I had a wedding during covid of 2020 at my house and I didn't get any money back from the venue so we're having a reception party for 2021. Throughout the entire process the owner Jose, has been super nice, helpful, and has gone above and beyond to help me out. I would recommend anyone bride here and anyone else that needs to get a suit! Awesome service and afforadable!

My sister used Tux Towne for her wedding in March. The tuxes were ok and the service was ok. However, 3 months later I called to request my measurements for a friend's wedding that I'm in later this summer. Tux Towne would NOT release my measurements because my friend had chosen to use an online tux rental business. The reasoning was "if it was another brick and mortar, that would be fine, but online stores are disrupting our business" (or something to that effect). Well, based on this lack of customer service, they've lost my future business. I do not make decisions as to where my friends choose to outfit their wedding party.

Jose from tux towne was awesome. My husband and his groomsmen had such a great experience. We had our entire wedding party coming from out of town but he made it work even though they were coming in the morning or afternnon of the wedding. The tux's were perfect. They all looked so sharp! After the wedding my husband had to take all of the tux's back and it was painless. He was missing one but Jose was extremely accommodating and gave him an extra day or two to bring it back. We would def recommend this place to everyone.

We rented tuxes at Tux Towne for our wedding party back in November 2015. Jose was amazing to work with. He went above and beyond to get us everything we needed. I have recommended his shop to everyone I know that is getting married. My husband has used to him a few times since for formal events. Incredible service from start to finish. 5 stars all the way! I highly recommend Tux Towne!

I've gotten a couple of tuxes from here and this last time was for my wedding! Not only did he have the tuxes on time he was just so so nice! He remembers who you are and not too mention there was a blizzard the day of our wedding and two very special people couldn't be there and when I asked if I could use the tux again the following weekend he gave me more than half off and had it rushed cleaned! Just an awesome experience with them time after time! I would recommend to anyone! Great service and commitment to excellence.
