The Tent Connection is a full service tent rental and manufacturing company. We rent, sell, wash and repair west coast style frame tents. We carry a large inventory of clean white frame tents, tables, chairs, dance floors and staging for special events. Whether you are having a corporate event, wedding or a backyard party, we can supply a dry, shaded, and furnished space for your event. Our in-house washing, repairing and manufacturing allows us to maintain a large inventory of clean, new tents and sidewalls.

Tent Rentals Report

The following is a list of tents available for rent and pricing. Delivery charges are determined by the size of the order and the distance from our central Massachusetts warehouse. All rental charges are for the entire weekend. There are additional charges for set up or delivery outside of normal business hours.

Tent Sales Report

The Tent Connection has temporarily suspended new tent sales as a result of a severe labor shortage. There may be used tents available depending on the size. All tents are West Coast style frame tents featuring 14 oz. This is a partial list of tent sizes available for sale if you need a size not listed, give us a call or e-mail and we'll be happy to quote you a price.

Event Professionals Report

The Tent Connection or The Party Rental Center, which is our rental division, specializes in setting up large quantities of high quality frame tents. The Tent connection also has thousands of tables that can be delivered to individual sites. We are a leading supplier to The Brimfield Antique Shows where we set up hundreds of tents and distribute thousands of tables.

Used Equipment Report

The Tent Connection has used equipment for sale that is fully functional but not "A" grade. We rate our equipment in three categories with "A" being like new, "B" is used but may have some minor blemishes or "C" which is only good for a commercial application.

Tent Connection does hundreds of tents at the Brimfield shows but there are several other tent companies servicing these shows as well. We only service the fields where we have enough tent orders that allow us to work efficiently. We offer a reduced rate for tents at the show because of this efficiency. This is the reason why we don't service all the fields in Brimfield.

Unprofessional. Ridiculous. Disappointing. Called to book my tent for the upcoming Brimfield Antique Show in September. They had exactly what I needed which was a relief. I started the rental process with the receptionist but when she found out what field I was in she immediately shut down the conversation and said "we don't rent to dealers for that field". Dealers beware, do not waste your time. For claiming to be the #1 tent supplier for Brimfield this company is completely unprofessional.
