Being across the country is tough when a friend is in the hospital. I called The Gift Shop and Bloom and was giving affordable options to send to my friend. Service was quick and easy and very friendly. The recipient of the flowers sent me a photo and I was impressed. I highly recommend them.

It has been a pleasure to work with Bloom for my floral needs. It is so easy to call, order, pay in advance and take advantage of free local delivery for yourself (for parties or holiday arrangements etc) or when sending flowers to others. Additionally, you can pull up to the front door of the hospital and a Bloom employee will bring arrangements out to your car if you are on the go. It's a great way to support Overlook!

Absolutely gorgeous arrangements! I was hosting a party at a local club and called Bloom to order centerpieces. I was planning to pick them up, but was so happy to hear that they could be delivered at no charge. I spoke with Laura, the floral designer, and discussed a color scheme and price point. I left it to her best judgment as to what types of flowers to be used.

I can't tell you how pleased I was! My guests were commenting on how beautiful the tables looked with the flowers. The arrangments were elegant, yet festive, and added so much to our occasion. The price was in my budget, but I feel like I got so much more than I paid for! Highly recommend!

The staff were very helpful in explaining the flower selections available at all price ranges, and there was no delivery fee for the hospital. In addition the flowers arrived in less than an hour.

My sister had a baby earlier today and I picked a cute arrangement from the shop. The woman who worked there was very nice. It took a little while for my sister to get a room so I picked up later and hand delivered because the woman said if it wasn't delivered by 4pm, it would be the next day (today is a Sunday so this did not surprise me) and I didn't want to take any chances!

Called Bloom today for the first time to order flowers for my wife's birthday. They were delivered within a couple of hours and she loved them. Free delivery to Overlook Hospital. Will definitely use again.
