Our visit to the Bridal and Formal Center was exactly what my bride was hoping for. This store had a wide selection of wedding dresses in many sizes to choose from. Even better was the price of most of the dresses. My bride felt like she had plenty to choose from while still staying within her budget. Alterations on the dress were very affordable with a quick turn around time. Candice was very knowledgeable and helpful.
I only wish we had found this store earlier. Even though we'd driven by this store before, the sign is not very visible from the road and the store front is not well marked so we didn't know what it was. Even with a GPS, we drove right by it the first time.

This store has every dress you could imagine! We did not buy a dress, but my daughter tried on a few. They were all within the 200$ range and gorgeous . They had tons of clearance dresses and many sizes. The varity was so refreshing. Staff was excellent. Not at all pushy or hovering. Very respectful and kind. If she goes to another dance, we would definitely come back again.

Ladies, if you are planning the happiest day of your life, DON'T GO HERE. You may have the misfortune of running into Jennifer. I like to call her the Bridal Troll. Or maybe The Anti Bride. She is rude with a nasty attitude. In fact, she treated me so badly that I surrendered my deposit on the most beautiful dress, and went right up the street to Venus Bridal on Bragg Blvd where I found an AMAZING dress.
And they treated me like a princess! What's sad is, the rest of the ladies at this shop were so sweet. Jennifer just put a pall over the whole shop. Your business would do a whole lot better if you fired her. She is LITERALLY bad for your business. I know for sure she lost you a few hundred dollars because I took my money to another shop.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience here. The gowns are incredibly cheap, the Demetrios gown I got was discounted by almost half where you'd get it elsewhere. They had a lot of gowns that were just a few hundred dollars. The staff was super helpful and sweet, I think her name was Kandy that squeezed me in on two separate occasions when I went on my lunch break to try on dresses.
The alterations are very reasonably priced as well, hundreds below what you'd pay at David's bridal. They also sell formal gowns so I'll definitely be keeping them in mind for future events!

Went in looking for a gown for my husband's Military ball. I was a bit nervous since I'm a plus size woman but Kandice was absolutely AMAZING! She was patient and very helpful. She actually found my gown that I loved and bought today. She was great from start to finish. I would definitely return. The atmosphere was great and they had a very nice selection for plus size. Thanks again Kandice!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I went to Bridal and Formal Center today to look for my wedding dress and had the BEST experience! I went to a couple of places in Raleigh a few days ago and they don't even compare to today's experience. We were helped by Jennifer, who was amazing; she really took her time with me going through all the styles of gowns they had and listened to my feedback of what I liked and didn't like.
We pulled 3 gowns to try and the first one she pulled ended up being my dress! She was super friendly and very knowledgeable about potential alterations too, which they do in house. The other lady was also super kind and helpful and called the designer to see if I'd be able to get the dress on time, as my wedding is in a few months, and worked it all out on the phone with them right then and there.
They also have a range of shoes and veils to try on with the dresses and are more than happy to let you try different ones on. I was not expecting to find something today but I'm so glad I went here. We were allowed to take lots of photos too, which is perfect for wedding dress shopping. I cannot recommend this store enough if you're looking for a wedding dress!

My sister and cousin purchased their wedding dresses from here. My cousin actually purchased two wedding dresses from this shop. My sister also ordered her bridesmaids dresses from the shop. The girl that helped her told her the dress that was picked out came in the color she wanted. However, when the dresses came in the color was no where near close to what they were supposed to be.
The girl took no accountability what so ever for the mistake. She told my sister that the owner was coming up to the shop. And that they would give only half the purchase price back on the dresses. After waiting for over two hours for the owners, the girl stated that they were not in town. She knew this from the start! Then said that the owner states that no money could be given back and we had to keep the dresses or leave without them and no money.
She finally called them back and they agreed to give $70.00 back for a dress that cost $171.19. The girl should have taken accountability for her mistake! But she would rather have upset clients and lose out on business than to make things right. Even after three wedding dresses were purchased from them, they didn't care about keeping a client and making them happy regardless what their policy is.
All policies can be changed depending on the situation, especially when an employee made a mistake. I'm getting married myself in the spring. Guess where I will not go to purchase anything for wedding!

I loved my experience dress shopping here. It was the first time I went dress shopping and after trying on 4 dresses I found the one. I told them my budget was up to $1000 and they had tons of dresses off the rack for under $1000 to look into. I was never offered any our of my budget. The lady that helped me (Trish) was super sweet, really helpful and not pushy at all.
She was genuinely crying with us when I found the dress! They also have a lady that does the tailoring, I haven't done this yet but the estimate was pretty affordable. I would highly recommend! In covid season I made an appointment and 2 people are allowed to go with the bride. The whole shop was empty just for us most of the time so it was really safe! I lost track of time but I think we were there close to 2h. I left with my dress on hand supper happy!
