If I could give him a 0 I would. My daughter got her senior pictures in October he said he would get them on the website to order in about a week. We kept call him he didn't get back to us three months later he said he didn't know who we were. After about a month after that he emailed us saying he got them in. We ordered them he said he will take a week to get them in the mail.

Three months later, nothing. This whole time we were trying to contact him. We need the pictures back in January. He also never apologized and never gave us a discount for the pictures for the bad customer support.

Very good experience, very accommodating after there was a misunderstanding about an appointment time. The photographer made it a good experience. Will recommend to my colleagues in the real-estate field. I am probably going back to get family pictures done of me and my daughter. Good job today.

Took soccer photos with them. The photos turned out beautiful. They were very fast and responsive to my needs and offered to mail out my photos when I could not make it down to the studio.
