Pipper's Flowers

They were very helpful. A very reasonably priceed. Took my order from out of state and took care of it the same day.

I was searching the internet for a florist on Bainbridge Island and came across Pipper's Flowers. When I called to place my order, I was greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable person. I wanted a beautiful bouquet of autumn flowers to send as a gift and left the choice of flowers to the florist and was not disappointed. The couple who received my gift was very happy and described the arrangement as "amazing". A very big thank you to Pipper's for their service and beautiful flowers! I highly recommend Pipper's and will certainly shop there again.

I ordered a flower arrangement for my daughter-in-law's birthday and left it up to Pipper to design. My daughter-in-law sent me a photo and it is beautiful! What a talented florist

$75? Very disappointing. Asked for yellow and got purple. Must be color blind. I could have gone to the supermarket and done better myself when you consider a dozen red roses are $10. Avoid these people.

We needed to send flowers to our family living on Bainbridge Island and, after trying some online portals, which we found were based all over the USA, most just agencies, we searched for someone on the island and came across Pipper. What a lovely experience it was to interact with a most amazing lady Pipper who took care of everything. She was able to process our UK visa card and true to her promise delivered a gorgeous (and appropriate) arrangement to our son and daughter's home. You will never regret using Pipper. We now feel that we have a new special friend who we trust on Bainbridge Island.

I received an arrangement more than 2 weeks ago. It was a beautiful and artsy arrangement. The flowers are still alive and well. Perhaps one of the best arrangement I have ever received. You guys do beautiful work.

Fantastic! I mean unbelievable. Pipper is a talented, creative, artistic florist. I sent an arrangement to a dear friend three weeks ago her whole office clapped as the receptionist delivered the arrangement. Bravo Pipper. Call her, she's the best. love her positive vibe and friendliness.

I send flowers all across the country; personally and for my company. I can say from experience that this floral designer has the most unique arrangements I've seen yet. I recently ordered an arrangement for a friend's home wedding because we couldn't be there (due to Hurricane Harvey) and the bride was over joyed. She sent me a couple of photos and in addition to being lovely, it was nothing like anything like I've seen on any florist's website.

Certainly not your typical FTD plain-jane bouquet. The designer made suggestions to what I originally selected and as it turned out, her changes were perfect. Judy Price, Houston

What a terribly run place! I placed an order for a gift to be delivered 10 days in advance - they "missed" the order, written on the back of another order and never delivered it. When I called about it they offered to send something later still! They clearly cannot be counted on to deliver when they say they will - complete scatterbrain who is totally unreliable. I will NEVER count on anything from them again.

I just called to order flowers for my cousins birthday at 8 o'clock East Coast time. Realized the time.and immediately hung up! Despite it being 5 AM, Pipper called me back and took my order! Haven't seen the bouquet yet, but she's definitely earned her five stars.

Wow! Fast, affordable, phenomenal! I ordered a flower arrangement and fudge to celebrate my brother-in-law's new job. Pipper was very friendly and thorough when she took my order over the phone. She emphasized that she likes to personalize each arrangement.and she was spot on! Classic yet creative! I ordered it at 12:30 pm on a Sat and it was delivered by 3 pm the same day. He loved it and my sister said the fudge from Bon Bon Candies was awesome! Terrific experience all around!

I called in and asked for a bouquet for my girlfriend, specifying peonies and hydrangeas be used instead of roses and the color be focused on red because that'd her favorite color. I said I was willing to spend $50 to $75, sliding more towards the latter if I can get a nicer arrangement. She said she knows exactly what I'd like, which worried me a little because she didn't ask any questions like other florists.

I tried asking what exactly she'd be using color-wise and she said it would be red and white with some purple. I said I didn't want a lot of purple, I just wanted it to be red-based with a bit of pink and maybe a little white. She sounded confident in what she was doing so I said I'd trust her. When I went to pick up the flowers she gave me a centerpiece, not a bouquet. Now, I don't know a lot about flowers.

But I could tell this was cheap. It was full of greens and baby's breath. It was mostly greens with a lot of white and some purples and pinks. No red. And it had roses. I said screw it, I need flowers despite this not being exactly what I asked for and then being above the price I was quoted. After giving them to my girlfriend she was extremely upset with how it turned out.

She said there were no peonies or hydrangeas (I don't know what they look like. Like I said, I don't know a lot about flowers). I called Pipper back, asking if I could be reimbursed for the overhead charge but pay for the price of the flowers, which I could return. She had an attitude, which would be understandable if I insulted her product and asked for a full refund, but I didn't.

I simply said that it wasn't what I had asked for and that I would pay for the cost of the flowers but like a reimbursement for the rest. I hung up the phone when she said "This is how I do things. If you don't like it, I suggest just not coming here again." which I found to be extremely rude. Now I am out $75 for flowers I could have gotten from the grocery store, and I will definitely NEVER buy from this woman again.

I ordered some flowers to a lovely couple as thanks for their hospitality. The owner, Pipper was not only helpful but very polite and thorough. Her timing was impeccable and delivered the flowers as the couple was sitting having breakfast out on the front porch. Can't get better service and promptness than that!

Pipper is amazing. She did all of the flowers for my wedding and reception. She was so enthusiastic about all of my ideas, and I didn't think that anybody could capture my vision and execute it so beautifully. I got to meet with her a couple times before the wedding and she is so sweet and welcoming and for me going into it as someone who didn't know much about flowers, she took my jumbled non-florist jargon and made incredible masterpieces.

I cannot say enough about how beautiful and perfect the flowers were. She came up with such unique and artistic ideas, I was blown away when I finally got to see them. If you are in the Seattle area, I highly recommend Pipper's Flowers.

Pipper did a fantastic job with our wedding flowers. She was very thoughtful when presenting ideas and really listened to our ideas as well. She used local flowers for my wife's bouquet and my boutonniere. She used hops in my boutonniere, which I thought was a very creative addition. I would highly recommend Pipper for any occasion.

Pipper did flowers for my wedding several years ago. She was such a wonderful listener, did the flowers EXACTY how I wanted them, and the price was fair. Many other places quoted me the same or higher, but I definitely got a personal touch with her. Her work was worth every penny, I loved that I was able to reach her day or night if I had questions or concerns.

She has a flower studio in her home, which keeps her costs down. She claims that it allows her to put more flowers into the orders and she is right! Also, I have sent arrangements to friends and family on the island and they last for weeks! She says that it is because she "treats" the flowers unlike many other florists (some kind of processing that allows them to last). You won't find this kind of service elsewhere on the island! I ordered a bouquet over the phone for a friend, sight unseen. Pipper (who works out of her home) was very friendly and helpful. My friend later send me a pic of the bouquet - it was GORGEOUS! It was obvious that time and quality went into the arrangement - my friend got rave compliments. Pipper really took the time to not only make a lovely arrangement, but to prepare the flowers so they would last, using only the freshest flowers.

She could have done it on the cheap, but she didn't - I got great quality. A week and a half later, they're still beautiful and fresh-looking. I really took a chance ordering over the phone with someone I had never heard of and I am delighted with the results. I highly recommend this florist to give you your money's worth!
