There's no sweeter way to celebrate the season than with our fresh summer fruit sampler. Pineapple, mango, watermelon, kiwi, strawberries, and blueberries combine to make a platter as beautiful as it is refreshing. Due to the current health crises our fruit bouquet arrangements are currently unavailable at this time. Please submit your name below and you will be notified as soon as we are able to offer them to you.
1 We will be accepting & delivering on-line orders daily. Phones may be redirected and unavailable after Wednesday due to limited staffing. So please place your order online! Our limited selection will ensure you get our 5 star selections & we can service all customers. 2 If you order from 800 flowers, FTD Teleflora Etc, the orders will not come to our shop for fulfillment. We only service local or direct customers.
Some flowers last longer than others. Roses, iris & lilies generally last 3-5 days, however daisies, carnations, sunflowers, alstromeria and other types of flowers can last up to 14 days if watered and cared for properly. Keep your flowers in a cool area, 65 to 72 degrees Fahrenheit. Place your flowers out of direct sunlight, heating or cooling vents, and direct drafts from the sides or above. Don't place your flowers on anything that gives off heat such as TV's or heating radiators. Avoid leaving your flowers in the car.

I apologize for my recent review. I got the name of the florist wrong, but heres a redo. My boyfriend was going to order flowers from another florist, but they canceled on the day the flowers were supposed to arrive due to Covid and one delivery driver. So, he decided to order flowers from here the next day because I was so disappointed not getting my flowers.
So Hoelck's saved the day and promptly delivered a very beautiful arrangement that made me smile and very cherry colors when I needed to be uplifted. So, thanks for making this girl happy

Thank you Michael and all who helped with the lovely arrangements that Mom and I picked for Dad's Funeral. I knew I was in the best hands from the first call to order them. I never thought of having an arrangement around my Dad's crematory Urn, and when I saw them on Hoelck's Website, it was the perfect thing to be able to use to dignify his Urn. All of the flowers were perfectly fresh and crisp, and the attention that was paid to what Mom asked for was precisely done. Hoelck's made our flower choices one of the peaceful parts of an extremely stormy time in our lives.

Let's start off by saying WOW I will NOT be doing any business with this place nor will I ever recommend them. So I go in last week to get flowers for my fathers funeral, the theme for the flowers was red white and blue. I bought a casket piece, a cross for inside the casket and a spray, the casket piece came out exactly how I wanted but the spray did not and the cross did not.
The spray was supposed to be red white and blue ONLY just like the casket piece and was also supposed to have a bird in it that my mom requested ( because my dad loved birds), well they added purple flowers to the spray. The cross barley had any flowers on it and did NOT have the ribbon I asked for that said dad. Well I finally get home Wednesday (I no longer live in ct) well I left a message and Michael calls me and I told him the things that were wrong and I felt like I got ripped off for the cross because there were barely any flowers and there was no ribbon.
And also told him I wasn't happy about the purple flowers being in the spray. I sent him a picture of the spray with the purple flowers and he tried to tell me they were a tone of blue. sorry but no! I've shown the picture to many people and they were purple! They stuck out like a shore thumb and didn't go with the casket arrangement.
I was not told there would be any purple flowers in the spray at all. He also decided to message he saying I'm surprised you waited almost a week (4 days) to tell him I was unhappy. sorry I just lost my father not even a week ago and I had other things on my mind! I told him I should be compensated some how and now won't get back to me. Michael is very rude!
And that was extremely unprofessional the way he handled the situation! If a customer comes to you and tells you things were missing you don't call them a lair, and you definitely don't say the things he said, has no compassion at all! And I have all the messages to prove it. I paid almost 600$ and I expect to get the things I paid for and what I asked for. I wasn't treated with compassion or respect at all!

FTD dropped the ball on a very important day today! I have used Hoelck's in the past so I called them praying they could help me. This was at 12:30. Michael took my order and promised quick delivery. Well it. was super fast delivery and the bouquet was way nicer then what I paid for! Thank you Thank you Never ever again will I use FTD for my CT. friends and family!

Beautifully selected flowers by the florist for a heartfelt, sad occasion/a special friend. Went in person to order and they were able to bring out a few fresh of same color, all white. Delivered as promised, same day. Never got to see, but receiver was very touched, understood the meaning of the impressive, all white, fresh cuts arranged beautifully in a non-standard (stop/shop) style glass vase. Well done Hoelck's!

Fabulous, Fresh Flowers, Artistic Designs I've come here for flowers last minute several times and the florists have been so kind about helping out. Carnations I purchased lasted two weeks. Yesterday they had the most exquisite coral gerbera daisies that Melinda made up with feathery greens and a pink bow. They are so talented and so kind with their time, even though it's a busy place. No other place comes close.

I've been going to Hoelck's Florist for years. Mike (the owner) and his crew made the AWESOME floral arrangements for my Beautiful wife and I 19 years ago for our wedding. Every year for our Anniversary and my wife's birthday I have a flower arrangement set up and delivered to the restaurant prior to our arrival. The flowers are on the table and look like Mike and his crew picked the flowers that day. If you want outstanding service where there are polite, friendly and courteous staff, go to Hoelck's Florist. I don't go anywhere else.

Made delivery arrangements with this shop to deliver flowers for my girlfriend working at the hospital on Thanksgiving. Was very clear with what day to deliver and the window of time that the flowers could be delivered to the hospital. This was all squared away until I received a call from the owner that he delivered the flowers to the hospital a day ahead of time while my girlfriend was not even working at the hospital.
Not only that, but even called my girlfriend's cellphone number while she was home which completely ruined the surprise. I was willing to laugh it off at the time because I understand that of course mistakes can happen. However I was extremely disappointed when I called back the next day asking if I could get a bit of a break on the bill and the owner completely refused to give me even a bit of a credit.
After going back and forth over the phone, they finally took off $5 on a $90 order. So I basically paid $85 for the flower shop to deliver flowers to a hospital that my girlfriend wasn't even working at. Thought it would have been a good gesture to offer a decent credit or a half off next order or something. Obviously would not recommend these folks and will not return. -Kevin

Terribly disappointed in the arrangement that was sent to my relatives for Easter. Only 2 of the flower types were the same as pictured online. Three flower substitutions were used and not agreed upon in advance. A totally different color theme was used. I asked for and expected a light spring arrangement. It was listed under Easter/Spring. Dark fall colors arrived, (maroon, dark purple, red) Bright yellow, bright orange, and hot pink were pictured.
The shape of the arrangement was completely different. The arrangement doesn't look anything like what was anticipated, or expected. I called to express my disappointment and was lectured by the owner and floral designer as to ordering too early in the week, and was told that substitutions happen all the time and how busy they are. When I ordered I was told substitutions would NOT be necessary as all items were plentiful and in stock. Is is too much to ask to receive a phone call or email when completely changing an arrangement and sending something that cost $79 before tax and delivery?

I order from here quite frequently for my job and am always greeted with a friendly and helpful personality. They are very accommodating and have great suggestions without being pushy! I love that they've started sending a photo of your order, what an awesome idea! I found out about them because they are the "preferred florist" of my employer, now they are mine as well!
