Outstanding service, quality and so much more! Looking back at my wedding photos now, there's not enough words to express my gratitude to Jean's Bridal. Each worker was knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to work with me. They were so excited for me and it made my entire experience positive. I have recommended them to many individuals for wedding dresses and bridesmaid dresses and will continue to do so.

Although they did not have a black wedding dress like I originally wanted, they went above and beyond to help me find an alternative that was more than I could have ever dreamed of.

Not impressed at all. 2 out of 3 of my dresses came in and we're 2-4 inches to small for 2 of my gals. Took longer than expected to get here. Phone calls were not made to me stating that they were going to be in later than expected. The shop will not refund me saying my lady's signed papers. Papers were not signed. I have a month till my wedding. I do not appreciate the comment of them calling my girls fat.

We have had several say yes to the dress moments over the years going back to the early 90's! Thank you for always having the best selection and ability to do alterations to fit every want!

Went there looking 4 bridesmaids dresses not looking 2 buy right then but they had heck of sale so walked out with what we were looking 4. My daughter even found her perfect wedding dress n half the cost of what Watertown had. Even found the mother of bride pant suit that most stores dont carry. Will highly recommend this place 2 anyone. sales team is awesome. Answered every question we had n always smiling.

Theres so many dresses here in a variety of sizes! Im on the bigger side and the was plenty for me to look through! I had a great experience. The staff didn't bombard me or my guests and they weren't pushy about buying. I plan on going back for bridesmaids dresses!

My sister went wedding dress shopping and the lady working was so helpful and nice. She showed us a ton of options to alter a wedding dress to make it fit our needs. We didn't feel rushed at all. I would Definetly go back.

Bridesmaid in a wedding last summer, selection didn't seem any better than what you find at stores in Sioux Falls, Brookings or Watertown. Felt very rushed by staff who were not very helpful. Prices were a bit high too compared to other places. plus this was really out of the way. Had to go here however, since that is where Bride "just had to go".

I will go to Davids Bridal or Ebay before I go back to Jeans. IMPORTANT NOTE: One lady in the wedding party dropped out last minute, Jeans would not release rented Tuxedos for the Groom or Groomsmen (even though they were paid in full) until Bride and Groom paid for the dress that wouldn't be worn. Wedding party had to pitch in to cover the greed of this business. and they never got the extra dress either.

We stopped looked at a dress my daughter liked, she put $150 down on the dress. A week later she was un able to attend what she was dress shopping for called and asked if we could get our money back. No all sales final! They said we took it off the rack for her, thought they could easily reimburse my daughter back her money and put the dress back on the rack but they refused all my daughter did was try on the dress!

I've purchased two prom dresses from Jean's bridal that I absolutely loved! They had great quality and selection. Recently, I went shopping at many places for a wedding dress. Jean's had the dress that I fell in love with from another store and it was $400 cheaper! Not only that, but because they couldn't discount the dress more, I received a free headpiece and veil with it. They also had the best selection in dresses for my size 14 figure. Most other stores only carried size 8 or 10, which can be very discouraging. I love Jean's!

I have never found Jean's Bridal to be helpful at all! My sister got married in 1982 and I was not impressed with the service then. I got married in 1998 and had trouble with customer service at that time too. Then the alterations on a nieces prom dress practically wrecked the dress. Today I came in looking for a mother of the bride dress and knew exactly what I wanted BUT all I got was "here is our selection you can look through them and here is the dressing room. " Never got asked a size barely was able to explain what I wanted. It is reasons Like this people shop online I WALKED OUT! I would not go to Jean's again!

Yesterday my daughter and I went to pick up her bride's maid dress, which we had to order and put a rush on. It is a beautiful dress and she was so excited to get it. But when we walked into the store and to the desk our feelings changed. We stood there for 15 min. ( with 3 clerks behind the desk), no one would look at us, ask if we needed help, or say hello!

We were treated very rudely! Finally someone asked if we needed help, I told her that no one would help us, another lady looked at us and said " that she was busy, and could not help us". Finally we got the dress and tried it on and then went to pay for it and the same thing~~~ no one to help us. They finally came and took my money and we NEVER received an apology. It would be very hard to ever go back there and Iam sure I never Will! In their ad they say they are committed to customer service.what a joke!
