Rin's Bridal made what could've been a stressful situation into an easy experience. They were the only shop to carry multiple different styles of the bridesmaid designer I needed for an upcoming wedding, and they took the time to help me fit into each dress and show how the dress would fit on my body when properly sized. My mom also attended the appointment, who is currently walking on crutches, and Rin took the time to sit with her and see how she was doing and if she needed anything. I recently went back to the shop and Rin kindly asked about my mom again. I'm glad that I found Rin's Bridal and would definitely recommend.

Wow what can I say with my experience at Rin's Bridal. From my first interaction emailing the bridal shop to see if they can make a cape veil for me which they quickly responded that they could to taking extra measures to making sure the veil matched my dress and that my dress was altered to fit me perfectly. Rin was there to always help me and she is so wonderful! She even went out of her way to check on me and make sure everything was great with my dress. I highly recommend anyone to go visit here for all wedding needs!

I absolutely LOVE Rin's Bridal shop. Not only have I purchased my wedding dress from them I have gotten 3 bridesmaid dresses and now we have purchased my mother in laws wedding dress from them. The employees there were so helpful with my mother in law. She is celebrating her 50th wedding anniversary and I had called in and told them that my mother in law had never gotten the bridal salon experience back then and we wanted to make this a special day!
Well let me start by saying Rin the owner heard me loud and clear and she had her employee Francis help my mother in law. Francis was a GREAT listener and pulled a few dresses that matched my mother in laws vision. They were very patient with her and helped explain so much to us about timing and having realistic expectations of ordering some of those dresses. THEN Francis and Rin talked and came back with an idea and WHOA they did it!
My mother in law was smiling ear to ear and was so excited to say yes to the dress! Thank you thank you thank you Rin and Francis! I will continue to recommend you to anyone looking for anything bridal

My daughter brought her wedding dress last year to be altered, due to the good reviews she got on Nextdoor. First the carpets are filthy. The cost was $500 to add a bustle and put buttons down the back. When we returned the bustle didn't look right. It bunched the material funny. After a few times moving it we found the right place. When we returned to pick it up, after trying it on, we found the bottom of the dress to be filthy.
It was an absolute nightmare. It was the week of the wedding, and we did not need that. Why she held on to it for so long was another issue. We were there a month before the wedding. We insisted on taking it to Crystal Springs Cleaners in San Mateo, and the owner of CS assured us she would take care of the dress and get it back to us in 2 days. We had to fight a bit to take it to our own cleaners since we lost trust with the owner of Rin's.
The owner of Crystal Springs Cleaners was so professional, when she took the dress out of the bag when we first brought it to her, she laid fabric down so the dress didn't touch the floor. Rin's did pay for the cleaning, which was basically the cost of the alterations. The dress was PERFECT when we picked it up. All the filth was gone on the train. They did an outstanding job, and I'd suggest going to Crystal Springs Cleaners for alterations, since they do have a professional seamstress there.

What a horrible experience. Rins was a referral from a family member. We made our appointment with ease, and it was confirmed within 24 hours for Bridesmaid dresses. Upon our arrival, we were shocked. We felt we were walking into a thrift shop. The dresses were poorly displayed, barely hanging on hangers, the reception desk was a mass of papers, not a lot of seating for people, and the store was very small.
The sales associate was very nice and listened to our needs, style, color, fabric, budget, etc. She immediately pulled 4-to 5 dresses. Once the dress was decided on, we were then told that the dress did not come in the fabric of our choice, so we moved to option 3 when we were told that dress was $120 over our budget. After a few minutes of reconfirming what we originally told them, they said if we purchase all 5 dresses there, they will give us the dresses at our budgeted rate plus tax.
The dresses would arrive in 6 months which would be fine. To our surprise, 2 months later we received a voice message stating that the dresses were in, and they would need to all be picked up within 2 weeks or they would be sent back. We made this happen. When we arrived, the dresses were not listed to whom they belonged, barely hanging on the hangers, wrapped in very wrinkled plastic wrap.
Once they did find the list, they had someone who wasn't even part of our party listed. We then made an appointment prior to leaving for a Jr. Bridesmaid dress. This was confirmed via email and by phone several times. Upon our arrival, we were told that they did not carry any Jr. Bridesmaid dresses and we would need to order online. Our Jr. Bridesmaid drove 2 hours for this fitting.
We purchased the smallest size dress, and it will need to be altered. If you are looking for a WOW factor and a wonderful experience for your special day, Rin's Bridal is NOT the place.

What a lovely experience for a bride! A team that truly cares about making the brides experience personal. My bridal consultant Frances was awesome! She listened to me, gave advice on possible options that I hadn't thought of. I've been having a hard time find a dress that's modest and a bridal store that does in house alterations to talk to a seamstress about options & cost (lets face it, weddings are expensive and hidden fees are everywhere).
I loved how Frances was intuitive to see that I was very budget conscious. I ended up ordering a dress I had seen at a different shop with Rin's bridal because they actually cared about listening to my vision & guiding me through how they would alter the dress & make it modest the way I would like. Support small businesses because they care! Thank you so much Rin & Frances!

Rin's was my first shop and I absolutely loved the experience and decided to purchase my wedding gown here. Ava helped pick out various styles and was extremely sweet and supportive as I tried on a zillion dresses! Rin provided with multiple suggestions on alterations and was considerate about my budget. They also have most designs on their website and they are also open to ordering a dress that's not available in store. Highly recommend trying out Rin's for your special day!

Rin's Bridal was the 2nd bridal shop I visited and the staff was absolutely fantastic. I was able to narrow it down to 4 dresses, all including characteristics I liked and within my price range. The next week, I visited 2 more bridal shops (including one large one) to make sure I didn't miss seeing any other top dress contenders. The level of service and options at the other places didn't come close to Rin's so I went back and with my MOD's help, we narrowed it down to 2 dresses.
The magic happened when Rin offered to sell me one of the dresses I really liked since it was already in my size and needed only minor alterations (the dress was in prime condition as it was a new arrival). She not only saved me a lot of money on the expensive shipping, it took away all the stress of waiting for my dress to arrive on time as I was already going to have to pay extra to rush in time for my wedding in 5 months.
I highly recommend Rin as your one-stop shop for wedding dress shopping and alterations. If my bridesmaids hadn't already ordered their dresses, I would've had them shop here too!

Came here to get my wedding dress altered before the big day back in July 2021 (yes this is a long over due but much deserved review!). I was a little skeptical at first since the store looks a little old from the outside. Judging by its apperance, I wasn't sure if I could trust this place with my dress which I had bought from elsewhere. Needless to say, I was completely WRONG!
I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and the friendliness of the staff here, especially Rin herself who made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. With 3 weeks left before the wedding day, she was able to help make a small adjustment to my dress in time. The chest area was a little loose and I went in thinking that it had to be taken in, but Rin suggested a cheaper and more time effective option, which was to sew in bra pads underneath. I went with her suggestion and couldn't be happier. The dress fit perfectly and was ready to go with a week to spare! Highly recommend this place!

Rin's was the second shop I went to. When I got there, I was very impressed by their selection and my stylist, Ava who was the absolute sweetest. She offered to help me into my dresses and made me feel very comfortable. She was super patient and very respectful of my budget. She picked dresses below my budget, and would ask first if I wanted to try a dress that was above my budget.
I never felt pressured by her to make a decision and she reassured me how it was okay to need time to think about it first. Since it was my second shop, she encouraged me to try on different dresses, styles, and material to get a better idea of what I wanted. She was able to choose very flattering silhouettes on me, which was amazing since I am very petite.
She took the time to fluff the trains to make sure they sat nicely too. Ava was very insightful on the designers and the type of alterations I would need to get the dresses to be more of what I envisioned. Although I did not end up finding my dress here, I highly recommend brides to come visit Rin, because of how great my experience was working with Ava.

In early 2021, I was looking for a bridal gown an intimate beachside wedding in Hawaii. I visited a total of 4 bridal shops of varying price range and style; one with a very large selection, a high-end boutique, a generic retail location, and a local boutique, which was Rin's. I went to Rin's with my bff and tried on about 10 dresses of varying styles but all very pretty.
I came here because I loved Pronovias dresses and knew they carried them. The sales associate was very sweet and patient and made suggestions according to the styles I liked. Rin is a very involved owner and makes herself available for input during appointments. She has a ton of experience in bridal gowns and alterations and she will give you honest feedback, which I personally appreciate.
When going in, it's important to focus on your wedding style and what fits you the best. The differentiator from the other shops was that Rin's had the right amount of styles with varying price ranges. It was the only place where I even liked multiple dresses and it came down to a Kitty Chen and a Madame Burcu. I eventually chose the Madame Burcu and it took about 5 months to arrive.

Rin made all my dress dreams come true! Fittings were so easy and she made exactly what I wanted happen. She also added a new trim to my moms 37 year old veil and put a new headband and comb on the top. She made the process of getting my wedding gown ready for my big day so stress free and I can't thank her enough. She also has a gorgeous selection of dresses and after my experience in her shop, I recommend everyone to order and alter their dresses with her. Thank you so much Rin!

You have to come here for your wedding dress and you MUST see Frances! She is so knowledgeable about all the dresses in the store and the history behind it. She knows how the dress is suppose to fit on you, I cannot express how happy I was after my appointment! Dresses are beautiful and prices are amazing as well! Highly highly HIGHLY recommend this for place if you are looking for a wedding dress!

All the staff at Rin's Bridal are super nice and extremely helpful. I purchased my dress in late 2019 for my original wedding date in 2020. Of course that got pushed out to 2021. It was a long wait for my dress to arrive and the alterations appointment took a few tries, because I was only able to make it out to the bay on weekends. But that was fine because Rin and her staff accommodated for my availability and also ensured that my last fitting was perfect. I love my Pronovias dress! It was fitted perfectly and made me feel absolutely gorgeous! Thank you Rin and team!

Rin and her staff did a wonderful job altering my wedding dress. I had to adjust the bust as well as the train, and we added a bustle. Everything was reasonably priced and accomplished on time! I even found a cute reception dress that we were able to fit to my size, and we stayed within budget. Thank you!

I loved the service at Rin's Bridal! We had 2.5 months to plan our wedding and Rin's had a lot of great selections for last minute bridal gowns. I had no idea what kind of dress what I was looking for and when I arrived to my appointment Ava had a lot of selections ready for me to try on, I must have tried on 12 different dresses that day (I greatly appreciate Ava's patience).
Even after shopping around at other bridal boutiques Rin's still had the best selection and service and something that was within my budget (very important!) and ended up saying "Yes to the dress" to a Stella York all-lace gown, very classy and beautiful. Awesome that they do alterations and several fittings with Rin herself to make sure that the dress fits perfectly. Highly recommend Rin's Bridal if you're looking for something local, beautiful and affordable!

I just want to say how kind and loving Rin was today! My original dress arrived after 5 months. I was sooo excited to go in her shop and pick it up. But sadly dress arrived to samll and didn't fit at all. I stayed calm and told my self, EVERYTHING will be fine. Everything was more than fine. Rin let me pick another dress and still gave me extra discount.

I LOVED my time at Rin's Bridal last week and I said Yes to a dress! Their care was outstanding and they kept helping me narrow down to what I wanted and made it possible. We were all wearing masks, but you could feel-see the smiles all around. I'm grateful I went there, it had a wonderful "locally owned" feel with tons of selection. The dress was in my price range as well. I got a veil and blush as well. Thank you Rin's Bridal so much (and big shoutout to Eva who was my queen support, I appreciate your help so much).

I could not be happy with my experience at Rin's Bridal. I live in Sacramento and there are a lot of bridal shops there, but I wanted to support a local store in the Bay Area where I grew up. I went to 3 different places before Rin's and this store was 100x better than any of the other places I tried. Rin and Ava were so helpful in helping me find a dress I loved within my budget.

Rin's is the perfect place for brides who aren't quite sure yet what their style is because it provides a stress-free place to try on the wide variety of dresses they have in the store. It's also a great place for people looking for a good quality designer dress without breaking the bank. Rin had lots of good ideas for alterations in order to make my dress exactly how I wanted it, and made me feel like my dress will be in good hands.

I felt very safe visiting the store during a pandemic and unlike some of the other places I visited, I didn't feel passive aggressive pressure from the staff to buy a dress on the spot. Rin and Ava were so sweet and after finding a dress I loved, I came back one more time to try it once more and finally, today, I said yes to the dress! Couldn't be happier with my dress buying experience.

I had a dress imported from Pakistan with lots of heavy embroidery work and raw silk. It was a bit too big and I was nervous handing it off to just anyone for alterations. Rin's bridal was recommended to me on Nextdoor, and I am SO GLAD I chose them! They altered it beautifully in just 2 weeks. The dress fit wonderfully and I am so happy with the work they did! 10/10 would recommend!

I am not from the area, and had no friends or family to help me throughout this process-I had no idea what I was doing! The shop where I bought my dress (in Orange County) luckily recommended me Rin's, who took great care of me, and did beautiful work! Like I said, I had to do dress fittings on my own, and was very nervous about what to do-I trusted Rin to make the right decisions of what needed to be done, and everything turned out so gorgeous! Not only is she great at what she does, she is a good person and I think she cares a lot about her clients! Thanks for the beautiful work!

After going to 3 different bridal boutiques unable to find the dress, my aunt recommended that I visit Rin's bridal. I live an a hour away and I'm so glad that I did! I found my dress at Rin's and the owner personally helped me throughout the entire process. From picking out my dress to the alterations and teaching my MOH how to bustle my dress she was there the entire time. She took wonderful care of me and my dress! I highly recommend Rin's bridal if you are looking for a wedding gown.

Reached out to Rin's bridal with a particular dress, designer, and color in mind. They confirmed twice that they had the dress by the designer in a different color but had another dress by the designer in the color I wanted to see. When my bridesmaid (who came down from the city) and I arrived, we waited 20+ minutes and they did not have the dress at all or any dress in the color.
The service was horrible! I would have thought they would be more prepared or at least communicated this beforehand to save us the commute. I would not recommend this bridal shop.
