White Dress

I had the best experience at The White Dress. I have really bad body dysmorphia, but Laura made me feel so beautiful the entire time. Every dress she picked out was exactly what I was looking for and I even ended up finding my perfect dress! The store is beautiful and everyone is so nice and Laura made my experience even better. Parking was easy to find but you need to parallel park. I had the best time finding my dress here and I know you will, too.

Laura was instrumental in helping me find my dream dress! She took the time to learn the details of my venue, the aesthetic, and what type of dress I was looking for. She made sure my opinion was the most important and always heard when I started trying on dresses, and made sure I had plenty of photos once I found the one! Can't recommend Laura enough, she made the whole experience unforgettable.

This shop was fantastic, they have a huge selection and some of the most beautiful gowns I have ever seen. I was helped by Kelsey and girl was on it. She didn't waste any of my time, she read my reactions and was like nope next one until I found something I loved and then I found the one. She was great with communication and understanding what I was looking for and needing as a bride. She checked in and gave me any updates and kept me in the loop. I felt like a princess on my wedding day and couldn't of been any happier!

Such an amazing experience. Cait was so much help in finding my dream dress. I ended up making two appointments just to make sure I picked the right dress and I could sleep on my decision. She ended up searching high and low to bring in the different dresses I wanted to see again, even if it was from New York! She had a way of just making you feel comfortable and know you're making the right decision!

I went to 3 dress shops, and this was my 3rd stop, and I said yes to the dress here. I literally never write reviews but my experience was exceptional. My stylist was the manager, Nicole, and it was obvious she had a lot of experience and knowledge of the inventory. I'm not sure I did a great job explaining to her what I liked, but she totally nailed it.

I said I wanted something unique that would pop - not a lot to go off of lol. I was nervous about this appt bc I know this salon carries really high end couture that was way out of my budget, but Nicole pulled great choices all well within budget. Nicole was super down to earth and made me feel really comfortable. The dresses here are way more unique than what I saw at the other shops.

I chose a beaded, low plunge fit and flare dress that was glitzy, sexy, and sooo flattering. Off the hanger, I did not think the dress would be flattering but it had a bodysuit that worked wonders. I am too paranoid to attach a photo since I my wedding isn't until next year but definitely put this dress shop on your list. Thank you to Nicole and The White Dress for everything. Can't wait for my dress to come in!

I absolutely loved my experience here. While I didn't purchase my dress here, I did come for alterations. I found white flower online, and after reading the comments and reviews I booked my appointment. I met with Tay for all 3 alteration appointments and she was amazing. I wish I could give her ten starts. Her experience and knowledge really shined through and made my dress look beautiful. She communicated everything with me and really listened to my suggestions and ideas and translated that on to my dress, just as I imagined. Thank you Tay!

My Fiance and I decided we would get married the same year that we got engaged, which limited us to selection on a ton wedding options, including a dress for myself! In a crunch to find my dream dress, I went to 8 different bridal shops, brave decision I know. I have to say that out of all the places I went to The White Dress stood out the most! The customer service was exceptional from beginning to end.

The women who answered the phone was kind and accommodating, other places gave me mad attitude. My stylist Nicole was INCREDIBLE! She listened to what I was looking for, stayed within my budget and was honest and transparent the entire time. I never felt like she was trying to make a sale, which made me feel super comfortable. The dress selection was incredible but a lot of the selection was only available for weddings that were 6-9 months out that was not within my time frame.

I did not buy my dress from here mostly because what I was drawn to would not be ready for my wedding in time. BUT I will say that there was plenty of selection that was high fashion, great quality, and not super cheesy like other places. Ask for Nicole, she's a doll and a great stylist.

I went in on Friday afternoon with one of my bridesmaids and it was the most wonderful experience I could have ever imagined. We were greeted at the front and shown to the seating are for my appointment. We were helped by Brittney and she was the most insightful and one of the sweetest people ever! She made the experience wonderful and gave me so much guidance.

She made sure to ask me where my wedding was, what type of dress I was looking for and most of all made me feel comfortable throughout the whole appointment. I ended up coming back again the next day with more family and walked out with my dream dress! I could not recommend this place enough! I walked out feeling so special and excited! Brilliant place to by your dress and accessories, huge beautiful selection. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. If you need alterations have Rita do it, she is a magician with needle and thread!

I can't recommend this bridal boutique ENOUGH! Everyone was incredibly kind and so knowledgeable about each and every dress. I was paired with Corena (who is rad) and IMMEDIATELY caught my vibe! She understood EXACTLY what I was looking for and we above and beyond to make it happen! Thank you for making what could be a stressful situation, a magical experience

After over 15 stores all over the state of CA, likely almost 200 dresses tried on, I FINALLY made it to The White Dress, where my dreams came true. I really wish I had started my dress journey with this store. Corena was my stylist, and made my last 2 appointments the best appointments Iv ever had. I cannot thank her enough for her expertise and patience.

She was so beyond sweet, knew every answer to every question, and had wonderful advice and direction. I would still be lost in the process if it had not been for her. Everyone at The White Dress is incredibly kind, and caring and truly make you feel like a bride. They have a ton of inventory, and every different kind of style you could imagine, at all different price points.

I will never forget my experiences with them thus far, and am beyond excited to get my dream dress in, and walk down the isle. Thank you Corena and everyone at The White Dress!

I was looking forward to going until the assistant manager Nicole was nasty over text messages. On their instagram at the time didn't say anything about appointments only; it said to call or text. I'm in the San Fernando Valley and Corona Del Mar isn't close by. I searched everywhere about their business and didn't see anything wrong with walking in.

I did try to text them the night prior but got no response. 5 minutes before they opened I got a message saying they're appointment only. I was already on my way stuck in traffic I wasn't going to turn back. I asked if I could come in at their earliest appointment on the same day. She was giving me an afternoon appointment and giving me attitude when I brought it to her attention about her statement.

Never once did she apologize and told me the only way I can go into their bridal shop is if I stop being confrontational and come with a positive attitude. I made an appointment but decided not to go. Read for yourself and see if I'm wrong for this review.

On my countless drives up and down PCH, I had passed by The White Dress more times than I can count. So, when I got engaged, I knew it was one of the bridal boutiques I had to visit! We met with the Store Manager, Kate, who was an absolute dream to work with! Prior to my appointment, I created a Pinterest page of wedding dresses to use as inspiration.

There was one dress in particular.a stunning creation by Pronovias. This dress was the dress of my dreams.it captured the exact vibe I wanted to create for our wedding.never actually thinking I would find it, let alone be fortunate enough to wear it. When we first sat down, Kate asked about my vision.colors, silhouettes, designers and about the overall vibe I was going for.

I shared some details with her and pulled out my phone to show her some of the dresses I had pinned. As I'm scrolling, Kate stops on THE DRESS and says."we have this dress!" I about died.and of course, had to try it on. It was the very first dress I tried on and it was every bit as dreamy as I had imagined. While I tried on other options, I kept coming back to the Pronovias. Kate was incredibly supportive of walking me through making such an important decision.

No pressure.just great questions, reassurance and support. Needless to say, I bought the dress. Kate helped me make my dream a reality. After a postponed wedding, we were finally able to host the most amazing wedding reception and I did it wearing the most epic dress! Thank you Kate. I also need to take a moment to rave about Nany, who is their alterations guru! My dress required a lot of alterations and I felt completely comfortable with Nany. Her expertise was apparent and 100% worth it!

Forever grateful to Emily, their manager Kate and their trainee Laura. Speaking from experience, after visiting 10+ bridal shops, these ladies are truly gems and so is the shop. My family and I drove 60 miles to catch a trunk show after Emily was able to get me in for a last minute appointment and although the trunk show dresses were stunning they weren't doing it from me.

Well leave it to Emily and her expertise to pick out the perfect dress for me! You know those stories about girls that cry when they find their dress? Yeah, that was me. LOL! Kate helped solidify my choice just by her presence and Laura was so helpful in making me feel comfortable and welcome. I'm obbseseddd with this store, their vibe and of course the ladies. After going to numerous stores and many dresses this place was magic! From the amazing vibes and professionalism I would recommend this spot for all future brides! Kate the manager was such a vibe, Emily & Laura our girls who after hearing all the details and budget they hit the mark on everything! My sister said YES to the dress and I'm over the moon! I said yes to the dress at the White Dress! With the amazing stylist Nicole helping me, I was able to find THE dress. After putting on a stunning Galia Lahav dress, I knew there was no way I could find a better dress for my body and style. TWD has a variety of wedding dresses from beautiful yet affordable dresses to very upscale couture gowns! I previously thought I was opposed to the traditional veil. Nikki encouraged me to try on a sparkly veil that matches my dress perfectly and I was able to see myself as a bride!

All the bridal consultants are friendly and it's a very chic boutique. I can't wait to try on the finished dress. It takes several months since it's being custom made to my body in Israel-So worth it! If you are in OC I definitely recommend this boutique!

The White Dress offers astounding couture gowns that blew me away. Because they order straight from the designer, there are so many options available for customization and changes to match any bride's needs. I worked with Alysha (apologies for spelling?) who was amazing! I am a bride with an atypical type of look, had some specific requests, and she totally understood my vision from the very beginning and found me several amazing options to choose from. The staff were fun and welcoming and really put me at ease during what can be a really stressful process! Thank you so much!

We had such a great experience at The White Dress! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by several staff members and we felt very welcomed. What a fun group of stylists! Cait was absolutely fabulous, fun, and open minded about the diversity of dress types we were interested in trying. They have a large number of dresses with a broad variety of styles, and the quality is better than most of the 7 shops we went to before visiting this store.

I can't say enough about how much fun we had working with Cait! She was able to help me figure out exactly what I was looking for and then found the perfect dress for me! I'm SO excited! I highly recommend visiting this boutique!

I just had the best wedding dress shopping experience here with Nikki! I've been to four shops so far and she has made my shopping experience SOOO much better. I'm still deciding but honestly want to choose a dress I found here solely based on what a great day she made it!

I purchased my Riki Dalal wedding gown here after about 4 or 5 different appointments at other bridal boutiques. The White Dress was the only boutique I visited that offered couture, made-to-order gowns and once I tried on my gown, that was it. I cancelled all my other appointments following this one and bought my dress the same day. Other boutiques showed me amazing gowns but they were mass produced and although beautiful, weren't unique.

All the consultants were incredibly friendly and helpful and listened to me and picked gorgeous gowns that were exactly what I needed to see. I got lucky that the gown I chose had just been brought in only a few days earlier in a trunk show. I had not been introduced to Riki Dalal and I'm SO glad I found this dress. The designer even offered me the matching veil for FREE because this dress was new to the US at the time. Words can't describe how incredible this dress is. Photos don't even do justice. Absolutely amazing work by Riki Dalal and the The White Dress team for introducing me to my Juliet gown!

Emily is wonderful. She was kind, helpful, and understanding of my stress with finding a dress. She made the appointment fun and easy when I was having an off day. I truly can't thank her enough for making me feel comfortable and accepted during the whirlwind that is wedding planning.

I had the GREATEST experience with Cait, the store manager I believe, from the moment I stepped in the store. Cait immediately made the fitting so comfortable and specific to "me". I felt to celebrated by the amount of joy Cait shared with me explaining the different designers and fits to me. She maximized our time and showcased her expertise skills by adding a veil to my favorite dresses and a bouquet to "complete the look." I would HIGHLY recommend booking an appointment with The White Dress if you are looking for help finding the perfect dress.

Carena at The White Dress made our experience soooo wonderful. She listened to ALL of the bride's preferences and brought out an excellent selection that accurately reflected my daughter's tastes and dreams. We laughed and cried and took away cherished memories of the day. This well stocked bridal shop gets that it's shopping and also an experience that we'll all remember for a lifetime. They are warm and professional!

I didn't end up going with a dress here but I almost did. This was my favorite experience trying on dresses. I was talking to Kelsey for a few weeks before even scheduling my appointment and she was prompt and helpful and with me from day 1. She was also the only person I had helping me who was actually helping me into the dresses, (she was not uncomfortable helping me change, she's a rare unicorn) She was also just truly kind, honest with her feedback, supportive and hilarious (genuinely me laugh really helped me relax and enjoy the experience). I felt really welcomed and I highly recommend this place and Kelsey if you're lucky enough to have her help you. Thank you Kelsey!

I had a wonderful experience at The White Dress! Emily (my stylist) was super sweet and she had such a great eye! The store doesn't let you pick dresses yourself, but I told her what I was going for and my budget, and she picked out such a beautiful selection of dresses. Every dress had me considering if it was *the* one. Emily also had a bomb playlist which made the experience even more enjoyable. 100% recommend!
