I can't even begin to explain how much impact Mark and his team had on my event's success. I would always recommend him as a professional catering team, very fast and efficient at setup/breakdown. The food was exactly as I wanted, and everyone enjoyed it. They were flexible with my food selections and the way I wanted it served, I can't thank them enough.

Mark & team did a great job during our event. Service staff were professional, attentive and friendly. Mark's food was well received by our guests, many complimented the food and presentation. Overall we were very pleased and would recommend Mark to our friends in the Fort Lauderdale area.

We just had the pleasure of working with Mark and Blanca and knew things would work out from our first call to this congenial and cooperative couple. Mark catered our birthday party last Sunday and it was a complete success. I watched the service and after the party I checked with my guests. Everyone I spoke with had nothing but praise for the appetizers, the tenderloin, and the sides, as well as the service.

When they left, the kitchen was clean, dishes, glasses, and silverware were rinsed and returned to crates they were delivered in, ready for pickup by the rental service. My wife and I are very appreciative of Mark and Blanca and unhesitatingly recommend Catering by Mark.

We have used Catering by Mark for years. A wonderful and warm cadre of professionals who are a pleasure to work with. The food choices are very generous. Marks food is just excellent. Appetizer and mains are his strong suit. His brisket, smashed potatoes, mushroom pate are delicious and there are many more choices that are beautifully done. High quality, reasonable cost and incredible consistency over 25 years. You can't do better!

Used Catering By Mark for my wedding. Mark is very knowledgeable. Great experience and great food. Excellent communication. Have already recommended him to others.

Mark helped us with the details from getting floors to tents with lights he knew good companies with reasonable prices. I really liked his service staff they were all really nice and pleasant. We did an at home wedding and it felt just as beautiful as any venue. The food was good especially that ahi tuna appetizer YUM. Mark offered the most for the same value most caters were charging for just the food! Overall Mark made it easier to self plan our wedding and not having to pay extra for a wedding planner.

Catering by Mark is a great caterer. Everything was what I exected and more! He had everything right, down to the last detail. He and his staff are very professional and the food was amazing. I'm definitely using this cateter again! Thanks Mark!

Mark has catered 3 parties for me. The food was delicious, and Mark and his staff took over the kitchen and allowed me to enjoy myself at my own party. Mark had great ideas for the seating and serving areas. In addition, he has been delivering meals during Covid that are yummy, plentiful, and well priced. You won't go wrong with Catering by Mark!

Can't say I would ever recommend (again at least). just had him as the caterer at my wedding and there were a lot of details that were missed, from wrong mashed potatoes to not enough seating for my guests and I ordered plenty of chairs and had a count and table seating to him (yes he sets the tables and chairs up). I had my guests standing at my reception waiting on chairs and table settings which I was mortified!

I had candles on the tables he was supposed to light that not one was ever lite. There were desserts missing that we had at the venue, didn't get to cut the cake with the cake cutter we purchased because he couldn't find it. When we hired him he said we didn't need a wedding planner, come to find out it was only because he doesn't like to be told what to do. Happy we decided to hire one. just not a good experience at all. But my wedding was awesome

I used Catering By Mark in April for my future Daughter-in-laws bridal shower. He was amazing. He came out to my home prior to the shower to help me decide how I was going to do the setup, how many tables I would need, etc. He totally put my mind at ease. The day of the shower he was early and made sure every detail was taken care of, I was so impressed.

His staff was so friendly and never stopped taking care of all my guests needs. Then there was the food, he customized the menu to my specifications and everyone raved at how delicious everything was. After the shower they cleaned up and you never would have known they had been here. They went over and above. Thank you Mark for making the shower a total success!

I am absolutely happy by how Catering by Mark was at our party. The planning process was easy & personal. The staff were incredibly professional. And most importantly, the food! My guests are still raving about how great everything was! In addition to the delicious passed appetizers, . Everything was just unbelievable. 5 stars isn't enough!

My 50th Wedding Anniversary party was a Hugh success thanks to Mark and his team. He impressed me and all my guests. Food was delicious and served beautifully. He did exactly as promised and I would recommend him to any one having a wedding to dinner party!

Mark and his team were amazing when catering my wedding! His service team was very friendly and hard working and all my guests loved the food. Affordable prices and he will work to fit your needs and budget. You can tell he's been doing this for a while since he knew how to do and set up everything. I didn't have a wedding planner, but having mark made my life much easier because his team did everything from timeline, setup of tables, serving, great bartending, and clean up.

Really really Dutch a wood quality and variety of servers. Very organized and polite. Get the job done good
