We'd love to tell you about Yerkes Wedding Salon. We are a privately owned wedding chapel located just outside of Southwest Philadelphia in Delaware County. The business was established in 1914, and we have enjoyed more than 100 years of wedded bliss! The original concept for the chapel came out of the need for a location where couples could have a small, intimate civil wedding ceremony performed.
Go east on Baltimore Pike/Ave toward Philadelphia. From Rt. # 252 (Media Inn) 6 miles - From Rt. # 320 (Springfield Mall) 5 miles from Rt. # 420 (Target Store) 4 Miles from K-Mart 1 Mile. Cross over Lansdowne Ave. and we are a half mile down on the left next to the Sunoco gas station. Take the Bartram Avenue exit to the 4th traffic light and turn right on Island Avenue for 2 miles.

The fact that this place has 4 stars is a joke. THEY ARE FAKE REVIEWS! Do not come here for your special day. They will rush and ruin your moment. The lady rushed my moms wedding and the pastor didn't even get her music right. They don't make you feel special at all. It's clear it's not a business ran on customer service. it's strictly about the money!

We were able to have a sentimental ceremony. The staff was amazing and assisted with everything- as far as ensuring that your family and any other persons for the ceremony is present before they start. It was quick, hassle free and overall a pleasant experience. The photographer was also great. Thank you for your service.

Good for quick service We didn't want our license to expire because Corna canceled our actually wedding They are stuck in the 60s in decore and are nice til you pay DO not get your pictures from them They will hold them hostage My dad had to go 3 times and whomever answered the phone was rude said Friday 3pm or no pictures at all when we paid 145 These people are crazy PLEASE if you drive please Go to the Philadelphia Wedding Chapel much better they just didn't have our date but are walk thru was wonderful Yerkes is trying live off their name but there are too many options now RUN
