Needed a few extra folding chairs for a family gathering. Called on a Thursday, picked 6 folding standard Samsonite chairs up for the Sunday gathering, paid under $11, and returned them on Monday. Courteous staff that loaded them into my car. doesn't get any more convenient and cost effective than that! Plan on using them again. They have so much more than chairs available. check them out!

We price compared many other vendors and found Parties To Go as the best deal when using their tent packages. The tent, tables, chairs and grill we rented were in good condition, arrived on time and customer service was good. The tables came with covers that were sturdy and didn't require clips and it was a small touch but so appreciated. They worked and looked great. We would rent again and recommend.

The employees were terrible with customer service. I called and rented 20 chair and 2 tables. Sent my husband to pick them up. The man in charge loaded my truck as my husband says, 6 tables? Shocked I ordered 6 tables. But I didnt, they messed my order up. Then when I tried calling that day, the girl says to me, we're closed, we'll deal with it the day you return the tables and chairs.

I say, ok! I return the stuff and spoke with a young girl who already sounded like they expected me and my issue and agree a long time before getting there that they weren't giving me back my money for four extra tables I did not ask for. They said, I picked them up, so that's that. What? I told her I more then likely won't be coming back, she said I know! What?

By far the worst customer services I've ever had. McDonald's does a better job. I will be finding another party place to go to. I will ensure anyone I talk to won't go there either. Terrible that the first time I rent from a party center, they didn't even care if I'd return or bring more business. It's already a failing company, and must really need my few dollars to not even offer it back or offer a discount on my next visit. Anything would of helped to make me feel as if they cared.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The equipment was in Great shape. Delivery service was right on time. Everybody knew what they were doing. Very professional. Pricing was very reasonable.
