Ordered flowers for a funeral. Was told would see a picture of the arrangement. That did Not happen. Was told was to busy and she was the owner so I could yell at her. Got to see the arrangement and was NOTHING like what was asked for. Go somewhere else I am sure they will not blame you for her having to do the job.

I live out of state and have used them several times. Friendly with great customer service. My mother in law was celebrating her 105th bday, they arranged a beautiful artistic floral arrangement perfect For this special occasion. She was very pleased. We will use them next year!

My daughter ordered flowers for my Birthday which is on December 24. They always call before delivery to make sure I am home. I usually just pick them up because I am in and out that day, so they add more blooms to the arrangement. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful, and it has lasted 6 days already, still looking as beautiful as the first day.

I strongly recommend this florist. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for a friend who was recuperating from a heart procedure. I called shortly after they opened and described the colors and shade of the ribbon on the vase. I also gave them the price I wanted. A receipt was emailed to me shortly after the order was taken. My friend called in the early afternoon to thank me and to share that the flowers were gorgeous. She was also pleased that a phone call was placed to her prior to the de livery to be sure she was home. What a wonderful experience!

No matter what the circumstances are/were, never have I EVER heard a small business owner or retail store owner call me - or any customer for that matter, "rude, unkind, hateful and condescending." I won't be back and my friends won't either. Wowwww @fantasyflowers

Fantasy Flowers was a pleasure to work with. They quickly and correctly took my order over the phone, send an email for me to verify the information and had the flowers delivered in less than 2 hours. I always try to use small, local businesses and I am very glad I found them.

I ordered $140 flower arrangement for my wife. Said OK to leave on our porch. Driver texted and said he did. Called my son on law to go put them inside 1 1/2 hours later and no flowers to be found. Texted driver he said maybe a neighbor picked them up. Thought OK maybe a neighbor picked them up but no neighbor said anything. Called today to say never got them and asked could they redeliver.

Owner said No because I authorized them to leave them and said they would lose money. I explained I live in a subdivision in Cedarburg and never had a problem, could it have been left at the wrong address. Owner said No. You would be crazy to go to them with all the other good florists in the area! Let's say they make 50% profit. They could have redelivered, made no money on me, but had a satisfied customer. Instead it was a flat No and it was all my problem. Terrible customer service.

Had a wonderful experience with Nancy and Susanne. They helped me pick out the perfect gift for my girlfriend, and were so personable as well. I will 110% be coming back with all of my flower needs! Thankyou Nancy and Susanne.

Nancy and team are amazing! I can't say enough about them. With 3 days before my wedding-my original flowers I purchased got lost in the mail and didn't make it. Nancy was able to get me a bridal bouquet, 4 bridesmaid bouquets, 7 boutonnieres, and 2 wrist corsages. They looked amazing and I was so happy with the end results. The flowers were more beautiful than the ones I had originally ordered. She listened to what I wanted, made some phone calls, and the magic happened. So happy! A few weeks ago I needed some flowers delivered but with a metal rose placed within the center of the arrangement. I called well past closing time and to my astonishment I got an answer. So not only did she take my order but she waited for me to come in with the rose. I so much appreciate the help and going the extra mile for the customer. I highly recommend this flower shop. Nancy did a fantastic job or helping me decide what the best flowers would be for an arrangement and then created an amazing bouquet. The flowers were bright and fresh and tastefully arranged. I called Fantasy Flowers directly as opposed to ordering through a third party internet florist. These days, more than ever, we need to support our local small businesses. Nancy gives so much back to the community. She is currently involved with a Poinsettia donation program for care facilities, assisted living and shut-ins. Great business. Nancy and her staff are amazing at what they do! We recently had Fantasy Flowers as our florist for our wedding and we were so happy with the bouquets and centerpieces. The first time I met with Nancy we talked for about an hour about the wedding and what flowers I was envisioning. She was very respectful of our budget and went out of her way to help us when every other florist in the Grafton/Cedarburg area declined to do our wedding due to Mother's Day weekend. The flowers were very fresh and colorful and we got SO MANY compliments.

Received flowers from hisbamdnfor my birthday. They were terrible. They looked like they were the budget flowers from the grocery store. Was so disappointed that I personally drove to the store to take them back. Would never go back.

Nancy and her staff are awesome! She helped guide us through wedding planning from the church to the reception. Her suggestions when we had no idea were right on. Pew markers, corsages, boutonnieres, bridal & bridesmaid bouquets, centerpieces-she was able to read my daughter's personality and produced the most beautiful, exquisite floral arrangements that we couldn't even imagine being so gorgeous. Nancy went above & beyond her duties by sewing on groomsmen buttons that had fallen off & the mother of the groom's dress that lost a snap right before the ceremony.

She was able to get double-duty out of the pew markers by using them to decorate the head table at the reception saving us money. She was pleasant and smiling the whole time which put us at ease. We can't thank her enough!

I have never had bad flowers from the shop. The owner Nancy is deeply caring and strives every day to make her business the best it can be. She and her staff love doing weddings. Deafly worth a drive out of your way to see her gifts wine and flowers. You won't be disappointed.

Boo! I ordered through their online website and paid for my order. My dad's birthday was in two days. They called and texted the day after saying that they could not fulfill my order because I had not purchased enough? Really? Left me having to pay a higher shipping rate from the next business I ordered from with due to the now limited time. Was not able to get my dad what I wanted because my budget was now sapped with shipping costs!

I am a business owner and do whatever it takes to make my customers happy, even if it means losing some money because of a mistake I made. I grew up in this area and will be letting others know of my experience here on Facebook!

Fantasy Flowers has been a part of my life growing up in some way or another. Back in high school, we would order flower corsages from here for various dances and proms. The flower arrangements were always beautiful and contemporary. In later years, I've used Fantasy Flowers for special occasion flowers. Each and everytime, the flowers were hearty and gorgeous. I've always loved having a great florist in Thiensville especially with the unique and contemporary arrangements. I can't imagine Thiensville without Fantasy Flowers.
