We truly enjoy helping make each celebration memorable and unique! Contact us to discuss your individual event or to arrange a personal tour of the garden and amenities. Promise Garden has served the Tri-Cities area for nearly 20 years. As a family owned and operated business, we treasure the personal connections we make with our couples and local vendors.
Friday, Saturday & Sunday Events are all day rentals that include full day use of the garden and facilities (6AM-Midnight). Event festivities including music and alcohol service must end by 10pm. We will provide all tables, chairs and tablecloths for up to 200 guests, a 40'x60' tent complete with a white tulle draped interior and three chandeliers, gazebo and fire pit, indoor restrooms, a newly renovated bridal suite, and one hour of rehearsal time.We will handle all set-up and take-down of the items provided, as well as trash disposal.

As much as I want to give this place a 5 star review, I can't. How can you have a place like this that is top notch in terms of its beauty only have only 2 bathrooms! Then to top it off it's off a distance. Nope just for that 3 stars. When you are getting your groove on, the last thing you need is to have to walk a distance to use the restroom. Then to top it off when you get it is busy as heck.
I don't want to spend my time waiting in line. Don't mind spending some time but really. So disappointed. I love the venue but they really need to get that fixed or get some damn outhouses! Trust me the peeps will appreciate it. Until then a 3 stars. Let me add the dance floor although it looks nice at first, I don't think it's safe. I scraped my good shoes a few times and tripped a few times because the dance floor is not leveled properly. It looks nice but dangerous.

The promise gardens is run by an amazing couple that truly care about your day! Both Nanci and Justin work very hard to make sure everything runs smoothly! Even in hard times they work with you to make it amazing! Every business is struggling during this time but I love that this one does what they can by even offering to move your wedding to next year! The grounds are amazing and it shows they put their all into up keeping! I truly recommend this venue to all!

I've been to Promise Gardens well over 50 times for wedding flower deliveries over the past 10+ years and I love so many things about this venue. Versitile ceremony locations, tented reception space, fabulous bridal suite, immaculate grounds and flowers, a new swing fire pit, easy vendor and guest access and last but the most important is the owners take care of their clients. Nanci and Justin give many hours of help to their couples on their special day. If you are looking for a garden style venue I would put this on your list!

*******UPDATE****** The new owners, Lily and Parker are amazing. They had everything dialed in and set up, just as I had requested. The venue was absolutely gorgeous. I didn't have a wedding planner and Lily really went out of her way to check in and send me follow up messages. She helped with lists and it was above and beyond her job duties. You can tell her and Parker really love what they do.
Both of them were present the day of the wedding. Giving direction to the vendors showing up. They were very helpful and made sure everything went smoothly. Could not have asked for better more experienced help. The grounds looked immaculet. The bridal suite was amazing and all my guest raved about how beautiful everything was. My wedding day was a huge success thanks to Lily and Parker's hard work and dedication. T I highly recommend this venue. ************************* I am having my wedding this weekend.
The previous owners sold the venue earlier this year and the new owners have been amazing. I think they are trying to pick up the pieces they were left with. Great follow through so far and they have done a very big remodel on updating the bridal suite and restrooms. Can't wait for my big day!

I would advise anyone to avoid this property for any events. The owners, Nanci & Justin Kohler, are money-hungry and have been reckless during COVID. We paid our balance in full, 6 months early which was the biggest mistake! The second they get your money, they'll keep it, even if they don't provide the services in your contract. They had large weddings throughout all of 2020.
We had a tiny ceremony in May 2020, of less than 15 people and moved our reception date to October 2020. Keep in mind we had signed a contract that would accommodate our 200 guest list. Due to still being in phase 1, we cancelled our big celebration in October, a heartbreaking, but responsible decision due to restrictions and having family with compromised health.
We requested our money back and they refused to work with us, forcing us to sue them. They said we should've been grateful for our small ceremony we had. It certainly wasn't worth the stress and havoc they caused us. What was supposed to be our dream day, ended as a nightmare, thanks to them. Save yourself the headache, potential lawsuit and stress by taking your business elsewhere.

Horrible! I had a contract with them on June 13, 2020 to be married at this establishment. Obviously that didn't happen due to the worldwide Covid 19 pandemic and the Tri- Cities still in phase 1 of the mandatory stay at home order. I tried to get them to provide a back up date in the fall but they had nothing available that works for my fiance and I so I asked for my money back.
They informed me that they will not return my money even though they did not render the services they signed in the contract for 6/13/2020, not any other day. That is a breach of contract. Period. Would NOT recommend! The lack of integrity the owners of this company have displayed is disgraceful! I DID NOT cancel our wedding. We were not allowed to have it!
