Received a hair and make-up service from Jackie and her makeup artist for a wedding photoshoot. They got me and my husband set in a way that we dreamed of. Very professional, talented, thoughtful & caring to deliver the best outcome. Highly recommend working with them.

It was wonderful working with Jackie for my wedding. I was one of the many unfortunate brides who had to postpone their wedding for covid and she helped me navigate through it all and reschedule with all my vendors multiple times. She helped make my vision come true and she did SUCH A GREAT JOB with the flower decorations. She's very great at negotiating and bringing the prices down when looking for a venue.

She helped me navigate this world of wedding planning and she was my shield against all the other vendors that try to overcharge. I love having things be luxury but at a low price. (Who doesn't?!) Jackie helped me elevate the luxe and elegance at my wedding and figure out which details of my wedding are unnecessary to splurge in and which areas are worth the splurge.

I would recommend her to everyone. Just make sure you always have clear communication and if you ever have a question don't hesitate to ask because that's what she's there for! :)

Jackie and her team are absolutely amazing. Our wedding was a great success, exactly what we envisioned. We were very busy with work, but Jackie helped us bring on a fantastic team - photographer, videographer, florist, and DJ. She made sure everything was done timely and properly. We are impressed by Jackie and her team, and would not hesitate to recommend her team to others.

Jackie is in the business b/c she is passionate and truly wants the bride+groom to have the best wedding they envision. She delivers what she promised and more. My wedding deco with flowers were so beautiful that I still want to cry thinking of it! It was such an elegant wedding : Jackie respected my taste and understood exactly what I wanted. Hands down, the best wedding planning company/business ever. Jacki and her crew have made everything so smooth and stress free, we couldn't ask for more. She even listened to all my worries and gave genuine advices. I would highly recommend this place! You won't regret!

Jackie lives and breathes weddings. She knows her stuff when it comes to planning large events and would definitely tell you what things you can cut back on (less expensive invitations) and what things you should not cut (number of hors d'oeuvres trays). She's responsive by email and especially texts and doesn't mind meeting you late in the evening if you want to see her in person. While, at times, because she has so many weddings going on, we felt like our planning was sent to the back burner, she still made sure everything would get done.

She was very detailed oriented and provided a very useful minute by minute schedule for the big day. While planning a wedding is still very stressful, Jackie made it more manageable by doing a lot of the legwork. I'm pretty sure that if we did not use her, I would've been the bridezilla that made the local news.

We booked Wedding Story's flower and photography services for our June wedding and they did an amazing job! The photographer, James Kang, worked tirelessly to make sure we had a good product for our engagement photos and wedding photos! He always went the extra mile, is very artistic and we could tell he really cares about his work. We gave Jackie our color theme and floral preferences, and she knocked it out of the park! Once we saw the floral arrangements, our jaws were on the floor. We cannot recommend Wedding Story enough. They are a lean, well-oiled machine. Thank you Wedding Story!

Good place to consult your wedding. Well experienced staffs. Options for tux and dress, purchase or rental. Venue search could get you better deal through the planner. Just make sure you have something specific in your mind. If you dont, it can take hours.

Jackie will spend enough time as much as you need to find dress style you want. She is very detailed and professional in this field. She made me feel comfortable to ask if I can try other more dresses.

Just wanted to say day of wedding coordination provided by Wedding Story was the best. My husband and I hired Jackie and her crew to oversee and coordinate our Korean (Paebak) ceremony and reception. They were absolutely delightful to work with and were extremely professional. Their staff is very knowledgeable about Korean customs, being Korean themselves, and how to manage a large reception party.

I did not have to worry about the reception at all because they did all the work, including coordinating with vendors when they arrive, setting up everything, and gathering all of our wedding decorations so my family and I can bring it home. Anytime I asked something from the team, they would immediately act on it. Jackie made sure we stayed within our timeline by letting us know when and where we had to be.

She even gathered the wedding party and family members and made sure they lined up in the correct order a head of time so we can start the reception on time. Wedding Story truly made our day relaxing and enjoyable and I highly recommend them if you are planning a wedding!

This was a big wedding with 350+ guests expected. We were looking for experienced vendor that knows in and out of big weddings and is able to handle my stress. More than my high expectations, the Wedding Story was able to pull it off with superb perfection. First of all, the Wedding Story was FLEXIBLE. I thought I was an easy-going girl but closer to the wedding date I could hardly keep my words about almost everything I said.

I called to reschedule appointments, complained here and there about my personal life, even asked last minute to change my rehearsal dinner dress. Yet no complaints or extra charges for those hours of me on the phone. Thanks to Jackie and her staffs, I survived and I am happily married. Second, the Wedding Story knows it all. As you can see above, I had my flowers & decoration by other vendors who had personal relationships with either me or my mom. Well, things happen at the last minute and I had to look for another vendor to do my flowers at affordable price.

Of course, I was stressed and called Jackie for help. She was able to give me a list of affordable florists who are in the area and I had beautiful flowers for my wedding! I've asked millions of questions and they answered it ALL. Third, the Wedding Story has beautiful dress and jewelry selections for different body types. I have a long torso so I was concerned about picking out the dress. Well, I have to say it took us about 2 hours trying on different dresses but found the one that I got complimented by every guest on my wedding day.

It was one of a kind and all loved it! I can go on and brag my experiences with the Wedding Story here but you should definitely make an appointment for a consultation. I would do another events with the Wedding Story in the future. Highly recommend this vendor for not just the wedding but other events including Baby's 1st year birthday, anniversary, and parent's birthdays, and more.

My experience with WS was excellent. (1) Dresses: they had various high end styled dresses to choose from. Ask for their package deals! I was able to rent 3 beautiful dresses for engagement/ceremony/reception and I was able to try on as many dresses I wanted before making my final choices. They were very patient with me. (2) Photo/Video: We enjoyed all our photo sessions with our photographer, Mr. Lee.

He will make sure he gets enough pictures by staying over time. Make sure you dont rush him and give him enough time especially on your wedding day. Video is a MUST! We got our videos turned around real fast, and it captured all the main moments of our wedding day. Highly recommend it. Again, ask for their package deal. (3) DJ/MC: Eddie and his team was just awesome!

Best investment we made out of all~ Our guests enjoyed 4 full hours of our reception thanks to these guys. Thanks Jackie and her entire WS team for our successful December wedding :D

Renting a bridal dress & Tuxedo experience: Problem of this place: 1) They do not ask you what kind of dress/tuxedo style you want. 2) For the bridal dresses: they only bring out 3 dresses to try them on and expect you to make a decision. There are a lot more dresses in the back room but they won't let you try them on. For the tuxedo: they'll put you in ONE tuxedo that they have and expect you to decide. 3) You cannot take a picture unless you sign the contract and pay 50% of deposit which is not refundable. 4) You have to read the contract very carefully and make sure to put in writing whatever item they said was inclusive.

The owner, Jackie just gave me the contract and told me to sign and pay the 50% deposit WITHOUT explaining the content of the contract. Jackie did not let me know the break down cost per item; you don't have any idea, how much it cost to rent a tuxedo or a dress and what is included or not. It was very vague what we agreed on. make sure you're on the same page about every little details.

Bottom line: Limited options available in both dresses & tux - the sales person will push you to decide on 3 dresses that you've tried on. They are not expert on bridal gowns and they don't give you honest opinion if the dress looks bad on you. This is not a place for you if you have specific needs and non-traditional wedding gowns or tuxedo.

My wife (fiance then) and I were planning to take on the wedding planning ourselves, and we faced a lot of bumps/issues along the road. Per our friend's recommendation, we decided to stop by Wedding Story, and it was the best decision we made. Jackie took care of everything, and we literally had to just show up to our wedding. Weddings can be chaotic with so many people's interests involved, and Jackie's best trait is to successfully navigate through those issues and manage people and procedures from start to finish. She also has great reputation and relationships with local vendors and can provide you with great pricing. I would certainly recommend Wedding Story to anyone.
