I ordered a product eight months ago. I got a confirmation that the order had been placed, but since then, I've not heard anything from the company. The website said the product was in production and that it would be available on 3/17/2019. It is now two months past that date, and there is no update on the website, and I still haven't heard anything from the company - despite two attempts to e-mail them.
This is the worst customer service I've ever seen or received from any company. If you can't keep your customers in the loop about products that are being produced, you don't need to stay in business!
