Your disply of their choices was well laid out and your ordering process was efficient and easy to navigate. I hope that Shelley and Eric are pleased with the gift card. I thought that they would like to use it for whatever they want or need since I live out of town and cannot be there in person. Since this was my first experience with Fragile, I can only state my experience with their website. It was easy to use and so quick. I was very pleased.

I was delighted with my shopping experience at Fragile recently. Susan was so helpful and quick to point out some excellent ideas for a wedding gift for my nephew in Newport Beach, CA. They even wrapped and shipped the gift! The store is fabulous.inviting and not pretentious with gifts that span various price points and decor styles. This is my new "go-to" shop for gifts. Beautiful gifts for special occasions. Unique items for wedding gifts especially. The staff is very friendly. They also gift wrap your purchases.

Loved my first visit to the store. Went there specifically for a wedding gift the bride wanted from their store. Felt like the movie pretty woman. Nobody would talk to me or help me. Giving 3 stars for the store and assuming she was having a bad day.

I love this store. I've shopped with them for several years and they are always very helpful and nice. They have lovely gifts for all occasions but they also have helped me find items I need for my own entertaining. Highly recommend them!

Love this store! I have shopped with them for several years. I've bought graduation gifts, wedding gifts, a baby gift and just some things for myself. They are always helpful and very nice. If they don't have something they will order it for you.

I have to write a review for Fragile in Sandy Springs ( they moved people to the Sandy Springs Plaza off Roswell Road) as they are amazing. Note that I have NEVER written a YELP review. I live in LA and my daughter lives in Atlanta and is getting married in Atlanta. I am a crazy traveler and don't get into town often. They actually opened the store for us on a Sunday ( Valentines Day of all days) to plan her registry.

They were incredibly helpful, fun, and insightful of my daughter and son in laws wishes. They were great and their bridal gift program is amazing for people who are purchasing gifts from out of town. They don't require you to pay extra shipping, they keep the gift and notify the bride to pick up. So, I just want to give a shoot out to Fragile for anyone who needs a gift for a wedding or any event and definitely for a bride. They are incredible.

I am so excited to write a first review of this place! Basically, it's awesome, go. That's all you need to know if you like to peruse/buy beautiful dinnerware or household accessories. I came to Fragile because of a current (long-held) Juliska obsession. I absolutely love everything they sell but I wanted to add to my Berry and Thread dinnerware collection with some serving dishes.

I had a specific birthday budget from my mom, and when I walked in, I explained the situation to Helen, the salesperson at hand. Well Helen was the most helpful person in the world. Didn't hurt that she had a knowledgeable-sounding British accent! I had a vague idea of what I wanted, but Helen went through the Juliska catalog with me, showed me what was new to the collection, and then brought everything out to show me.

She also had suggestions on what pieces I would need to serve what we normally cook at home, and so on. My favorite part about my time at Fragile was that at no point in time was I made to feel intimidated-- it was NOT a snotty shopping experience at all, which irritates me when walking into high-end places. I came with a specific budget (not an Amex black card) and Helen worked with me to make sure that we were shopping with that amount in mind. Juliska is expensive! BTW if you are a new customer you get 10% off!

So happy with my new purchases :-D :-D :-D P.S. Random location in a strip mall next to an Ace hardware though. Fragile deserves better! P.S.S. Website leaves something to be desired. but prices are accurate.
