I had such a great experience with Ice Sculptures Unlimited. Kimberly and Alvin were wonderful from the first interaction to the last. They accommodated our request on a short notice, were super knowledgeable and friendly, and even followed up after the event to check in. DO NOT and I mean DO NOT use this company. I purchased a Groupon for the sculpture and when I went to order it, the company said that they were not going to honor the 250.00 groupon. They told me to get my money back and give it to them directly and THEN that same coupon cost increased first 100.00 and then up to 450.00 for the same thing. This company is not reputable and they pulled a bate and switch. I had to go to Groupon executive offices to even get my money back. If you are smart.walk away and tell all of your interested friends to do the same!
