NOTE: You only need ONE appointment even if you would like to try more than one type of dessert. Select one and make a note of your second selection. You can call and speak with a wedding consultant for information or even place an order for your upcoming event. Our staff can answer questions for you and can have samples ready for you to pick up if you are not comfortable with an in person consult.

Cakes Report

Whether you are looking for individual cupcakes or having them placed together for a design we know the delicious taste will be just the same! Chocolate Fondant Buttercream and fondant icings can be colored to match your theme color. Mousse fillings which include strawberry, raspberry, chocolate, vanilla, lemon or mango, mousse of mint.

Mini Products Report

Our mini treats can be ordered at any time with a 48 hour notice and in amounts of two dozen or more. Mini's can be a great option for a wedding, graduation or any other special occasion where you just need something a "little" sweet!

Muffins Report

Large muffin flavors will vary daily in retail stores. Call ahead to place an order for 1/2 dozen or more any day, to be picked up at either location. Regular size muffins are available by SPECIAL ORDER ONLY. Orders must be placed for two dozen or more and can be picked up at either of our retail locations or store delivery sites.

Cold Spring Bakery is my go-to for desserts in the St. Cloud area! From planning out the desserts for our wedding to the day of, they were great! We opted to do assorted mini desserts for our guests, and they were a hit! Cold Spring Bakery delivered them, along with our cake (with our flowers and topper on it) and set them all out for us. The desserts were delicious, and we're so excited to have our cake again on our 1 year anniversary! Would HIGHLY recommend CSB for your wedding desserts!

I've never enjoyed anything so much from a bakery before! My daughter recently turned 2 and they designed the most beautiful cake (turtle themed). It was gluten free and still tasted divine. Thank you so much!

Cold Spring Bakery decorated my wife's birthday cake. Most of the communication with the decorators was through email, but I sent pictures with what we were thinking and they made one even better for us! She wanted a dolphin sculpted cake and that's what she got! Thanks for making a memorable cake for us!
