Our church did a 2 day rental. and returned it when they opened on the next day, ,, a day early and they only refunded $100. and they charge us $325 a day. not good business. beware!

Furious that the wine fountain I rented for my wedding was broken. Of course we don't know this until we put 4 gallons of wine into it right as wedding is starting since you can't turn it on until wine is in it! This area was a huge focal point of the reception, so not only did I not have a fountain we wasted 4 gallons of wine in it. When we let them know the lady acted like she was going to do me a favor by giving my money back for the BROKEN FOUNTAIN WE DIDN'T get to use!

My husband and I picked up a piece of equipment that they had donated to the schools softball team. This was to help them prepare their field for the season. It was very kind of them and very much appreciated. We returned it the next day with no problems. The staff was friendly and helpful.
