I am so proud that my daughter and grand daughter have made this business so successful. I never dreamed we would be such an amazing team. In my retired years, I am so thankful for the continued hard work my family has put into my dream. I started working with my mom when I was 16 and I loved EVERYTHING about building Petals & Promises to what is today.

I loved getting my dress here! I came in wanting a different dress, but when I tried this on I knew this is what I wanted to wear on my wedding day. I felt so special and very well taken care of. I drove almost 5 hours to go to this shop and man was I impressed. The customer service I received was phenomenal.
Shopping experiences are best when accompanied by a bride's mother, closest friends or other loved ones. Remember that the more opinions at an appoinment, the harder your decision may be. Brides should generally purchase their gown at least 3-6 weeks before their special day. There have been exceptions to this recommendation as we have helped same-day brides find the dress of their dreams. Depending on the designer you select, special-orders can take up to 16 weeks to arrive in our store. Half down is required before placing orders.

This store was absolutely amazing to me! I found a dress that I fell in love with and the day I was going to buy it, I got a call saying that someone else just bought it and a custom order wouldn't get there until after my wedding. A few weeks later, they found out that the designer had made an extra of that dress in my size and so they immediately called me and I was still able to get my dream dress after all! Thank you so much! I highly reccomend them for both their selection and their service!

Went here for my daughter who is getting married in May. There is such a wide range of dresses to try on and the staff is great at making it easy and all go smooth. We eventually found "the one" and couldn't be more happy and this was one of the great memories that we will always have to remember and it wasn't as stressful or hectic as most other things that we've had to go through planning this wedding. Petals and promises made it easy and fun! Thank you!

I went here a couple weeks ago and found my dream dress! I didn't find any dresses in my original size that I liked so my consultant went a size below and found a few dresses that I absolutely loved! She was so patient even though they were close to closing. They staff is so personable. They even sent a thank you card to me! I love that a lot of the dresses were one of a kind, but also affordable. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Thank you for helping me find the perfect dress.

I went dress shopping here and at 3 other locations in Salt Lake City and I can confidently say that we had the best experience at Petals and Promises by a long shot. I found my perfect and unexpectedly unique dress that I absolutely love! We had a great time with Hanna who is the best bridal consultant! Highly recommend for all brides-to-be as their dress and size selection is very impressive!

Petals and Promises is the best of the best! The staff was so sweet and attentive to my mom and me during the entire visit. I wasn't sure what I wanted, so they quickly pulled a variety of dresses and helped me find what I wanted within minutes! The dress and veil were beautiful, the price was right, and the staff was wonderful. I've already recommended this shop to family members and friends getting married. This shop will make it so easy and enjoyable to find your perfect dress!
