Impeccable quality and customer service. I was in a pinch after i had a bad experience at a different local florist and had to cancel that order last minute and Dorothy's went above and beyond to take my order and make it what i wanted and also delivered it to my mother before the quoted time. Great experience!

I had gotten an azalea from my company as my sister had passed away. It was pretty but wasn't long and it died. I tried everything and no luck. I contacted Dorothy's Flowers and she replaced it with a plant. I was so happy as I wanted something to look at to remember my sister by and the kindness of my company. Thank you Dorothy for doing this for me. Much appreciated.

Our daughter just moved to Clairemore and we weren't sure who to call for flower arrangements. I called Dorothy's Flowers and I am very impressed with the customer service, she was very helpful so I decided to place an order. Thankful I did. The quality of flowers are amazing and the arrangement that was sent to our granddaughter for her birthday are GORGEOUS! Flowers were delivered quickly also. Our granddaughter loves the bear that came with the flowers. She is feeling pretty special today. Thank you for helping making her birthday special!

After my girlfriend was released from the hospital I stopped and picked-up a very pretty red rose here! I then got to looking around the store and found things that just captivated my eyes and the fresh flowers smells just made me a permanent customer. Along with great service no pressure for sales. I had to pickup a very pretty stained glass hummingbird to go with my Rose from here. I was blown away by the price of everything, very inexpensive. So pretty! Thank you for everything!

Excellent service, high quality arrangements I compare this florist to the best upscale in Tulsa. Rare in a small community! This should be your best choice in this community!

Pretty bouquet was delivered. However, I wasn't pleased with the customer service. While I went ahead and ordered, I doubt I will use this place again. :( Because I am across the country ANYTIME I order flowers for different friends/family (which is often) I always ask the florists if they'd be willing to text me a picture. Without fail, all florists have been MORE than willing to send me a quick picture. EXCEPT this place. Apparently, they were way too busy.which is great.but one of the best things I love about supporting small businesses is the one on one feeling that makes customers feel that the owners really care about them. I felt as if they just wanted to hurry up and run my card and get me off the phone. Not pleased.

After looking over their photos on their Facebook page, I was able to call in and get ordered exactly what I needed. The lady was very nice and super helpful. I live in another town, but feel certain my Mother-in-law will be receiving a nice plant and small gift today!

I didn't share this with them, my moms husband had passed away the beginning of the year. So I wanted this mother's day to be very nice. But it's hard her in Arizona, me in Washington. I called and set everything up and asked if they could be delivered early on friday. she told me they would try but could promise nothing. I had a back up plan just in case. Not only were the flowers in a coffee cup amazing, and the service incredible, my mom called 9AM Friday crying, she loved them that much. Thank you so so much!
