Couldn't have asked for a better DJ! Tyler kept the night running smoothly and had everyone up out of there seats the entire night. He made sure that we had everything that we needed and that nothing would get in the way of our amazing day. This is the second wedding now that I have seen him at and it just continues to get better each time! Big thanks to Tyler, thank you for making our day great!

Tyler Smith was absolutely FANTASTIC at our son's wedding! He was just like a wedding planner and was very organized down to the most very minuet detail. I have used Hey Mr Dj, Tyler Smith, as a Dj for many years. He has performed at many corporate events. Every event I receive compliments on his style and interaction with the attendees. He is always on time, efficient and very knowledgeable about how to keep an event on point and fun. I even used him for my daughters sweet 16 birthday party and the teenagers and parents loved the venue. I would highly recommend him for any and all functions.

Hey Mr DJ did an amazing job for the Students of Lonepine High School at the Big Sky Ski Resort, Tyler truly knows how to put on a fantastic party, he had the kids up dancing all night with great music that was also appropriate and for that I was very happy, can't wait to have you back again next year.

We want to thank Hey Mr DJ and Tyler Smith for providing our entertainment for our 2017 Tribal Retreat at The Resort at Paws Up in Greenough Montana, for 7 nights Tyler entertained our large group of members and family to some fantastic music, videos, lights, instant karaoke and fun. Night after night the parties and dances were a hit, he always took requests from our oldest members and out youngest children and made us feel very welcome. We would highly recommend Hey Mr DJ and we look forward to using the service again in the future.

Tyler is AMAZING! We had heard Hey Mr DJ at another Missoula wedding at the same venue, and when we got engaged we didn't even talk to another DJ. He was extremely easy to work with, took all our requests to heart, and made the night a huge success. Tyler kept the party going until almost 2am at our NYE wedding, without making it about him which I think is important with a DJ.

He knew when to step in and do his announcements, then kicked back and played awesome music! Even our parents with very different taste in music (who wanted a band) were beyond pleased. We all loved Tyler. You will not regret booking this Hey Mr DJ!

Tyler smith will take your money, play bad music at your wedding, and you will never hear from him or get your photo montage! Do not book with guy! Got a F from the BBB! He is a sick person! Heartless! My wedding was 9/20/13 still NOTHING! I wished I had seen all the bad reviews b4 : so not okay with this mans lack of Professionalism! I even let him know my mom passed away just a few months after the wedding and would really like the video it's the last I have of her makes me sick. How can you do this to someone? How?

Tyler was the DJ for my wedding. We pre-paid for the highest package which included him filming the ceremony and reception as well as playing music. He was difficult to contact and work with leading up to the reception. However, on the actual wedding day, he was a good DJ and seemed to make a great video. Unfortunately, several months later my wife and I are still waiting for the video.

He has resumed his poor and unprofessional service and has not responded to my wife or mine attempts at communication via phone, email or texts. I would recommend a different DJ service for your wedding. Tyler's terrible professionalism far outweighs his good performance at the wedding reception. Based on other reviews, I am not the only one who has had this problem.

My husband and I were excited about our wedding day, and were very pleased with the wedding day service that we received from Hey Mr. DJ. However, almost 1 year after our wedding, we have still not gotten our wedding footage, even after numerous attempts trying to contact him. We too, paid our money upfront and are still waiting for a reply - and based on the previous posts, we are not the only customers who have experienced his unprofessional service.

Always the best music and Tyler is very professional. I have known Tyler for over 15 years and his music is the best around! He always does a great job taking requests and making sure everyone is having a great time. Definitely check him out for your next party or wedding!

Hands down the best DJ company in Montana, these guys have great music selection and when needed will bring the energy to make the party. I have been lucky enough to spend many of drunken nights on the dance floor in many different places and I always have a good time. Very professional and ensures your event will be what you want of it.

Unprofessional. Spoke with the owner to hire him for my wedding. He said he was available and would put us on the calendar. I asked him to send us a contract and references so we could move forward. Never happened. Then I tried to contact him on his cell, home phone, email and even texting with absolutely no replies over the course of 1.5 months. In the end I had to hire another DJ and pay a premium due to the short notice and for him to rearrange his schedule. Avoid this company like the plague as I have heard of others with similar experiences.
