Maui Mall: Kahului Florist

Ordered online from California to send my grandma in Wailuku some flowers for Mother's Day. Order process was easy, delivery was right on time, and my grandma loved the flowers. Would definitely order from them again!

I ordered an arrangement with very short notice for my mother in law. I had requested purple and pink flowers, however I was willing to take a chance with designer's choice in case they could not get the flower colors ordered in time. Three days later, they delivered a elegant arrangement of red anthuriums. Simply stunning. Highly recommend this florist!

They were very helpful through the phone. I wanted to get my partner flowers for valentines even though I'm in LA and my partner stays in Hawaii. I didn't get her name but she was helpful and made the bouquet just how I wanted them to be. My partner loved the sunflowers and roses! Thank you so much Edit: I had to take away one star because they haven't updated their location and my friend had a hard time finding the place. It's not at the mall anymore it's at another location. They didn't tell me when I called on the phone before picking it up or after ordering them. Would've appreciated it that /:

After calling a handful of florists to request a rush order of 10 lei's, I was lucky to have Kahului Florist fulfill our group request in less than 24 hours. My friends and I came to Maui to celebrate the life of a dear friend who passed in 2019. Covid halted plans for our 2020 celebration, we were not going to allow Omicron the pleasure of a second strike.

Our friend loved to get lei's whenever in Maui, and the Tuberose lei was his favorite. I called Kahului Florist around 2:30pm, by 4:00pm my order was confirmed with pickup scheduled for 9:30am the next day. The florist shop is near the airport and has ample parking directly in front. When I arrived the next morning, our lei's were wrapped in tissue paper, an secured in a box the length of the Orchids.

The aroma of 10 Tuberose lei's was a kapow, TKO of awesomeness! They were fresh, pretty and chilled. Everyone in our party commented on how fresh the flowers were, as well as their fragrance. My lei lasted an additional 3 days by keeping it in the refrigerator after wearing. Nathalie was so gracious in fulfilling this order for us in such a short turn around. It was an important event. I am forever grateful and would definitely use Kahului Florist again.

5 star + service! I am in California and wanted to send a special message from our mainland Ohana to our special Aunt in Maui. I had already placed and paid for an order with another international floral company, but they did not deliver on a date they said they could meet. After several email exchanges with the international floral company, I searched online and called Kahului Florist.

I was assisted by "Lindel" over the phone who kindly answered my questions, fulfilled my request for roses with local flowers, and she asked tactfully what my budget was, which I thought was good customer service. As I requested, she even texted pictures of the arrangement so that I could share with my siblings. As promised it was delivered on the same day.

Our special Aunt was happy to receive the large, gorgeous arrangement! It is refreshing to work with people who are responsive, follow through, and are good at what they do. Mahalo!

Kahului Florist is a Maui institution. They have been a staple in anniversaries, birthdays, celebrations, and many special occasions for the people of Maui nearly 50 years. They were located at Maui Mall for over 40 years up until recently. They moved in to their new spot on Dairy Road about 5 years ago and I finally was able to stop by that location. COVID protocols are in place and they have you sanitize your hands and sign in at the front (I'm assuming for contact tracing purposes).

They have fresh leis and flower arrangements in the refrigerator to the right; many of which are reserved/preordered, but I did see they had a handful for sale. To the left of the store they have their large gift baskets and small gift boxes filled with various treats. On this particular occasion, I stopped by for a Mother's day gift basket for my mom and aunties.

They range from $40 and above and are filled with a mix of local Maui goodies and mainstream brands. I love their gift baskets because of their convenience and mix of treats. It's also a great gift in place of flowers, especially if the receiver prefers food over everything else;) I've also ordered and received leis and floral arrangements from them in the past and they have always been great quality. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a florist or if you're looking for large gift baskets.

Wonderful, caring service as I was making arrangements for floral decor for my Mom's funeral services. Always a pleasure doing business with them. They never try to push the more expensive arrangements, just what's appropriate for the occasion.

Shel is amazing and personable. She listened to our concerns and budget then created amazing bouquets and arraignments that were more than we ever expected. Thank you for making my daughters wedding that much more beautiful!

False information was mentioned on Kahului Florist reply back to my review. A direct message would have been much more professional because I did NOT block them. To clear things up, he called to change the delivery to Nov 10th between 10-12 at the nail salon. Not once has he mentioned Nov. 12th. At this point it sounds like it was a simple miscommunication between him and Kahului Florist.

My bf mentioned that you / your workers were very rude to him. As a business owner / manager we expected much more professionalism from you and your team. Like I mentioned in my previous review the flowers got delivered wilted and we were not satisfied. I called Nov 11, multiple times to try and cancel the order again as it was not delivered on Nov 10th. ( I didn't know they were closed). Nov 12th came and because the flowers were already paid for and delivered, we left it at that.

The overall order process, delivery and customer service was unacceptable. We took it as a lesson learned, we have every right to post our review on the horrible service we received and we will NOT be doing business here again.

I was in a mad dash to get flowers delivered for my moms birthday. I called around and being that covid is in full effect I didn't have many options. I finally was referred to Kahului Florist. I called the gentleman that answered the phone helped me right away made it simple. Asked my budget what I wanted and where it would be delivered. In no time I had completed my order and it was delivered the next day. I ordered these site unseen and I think they look marvelous! Thank you Kahului Florist for saving the day!

I called them on the same day I needed the delivery. I'm from Washington and my friend is in Hawaii. They got the work done it was super easy and the person who answered my call was super nice and helpful. I was trying to upload photos but this app is not letting me. Birthday bouquet was really prettt with a happy birthday balloon with basket full of goodies

I live in Cali, ordered online for a flower arrangements. I didn't even have to call them. Online ordering was fast and easy. I also picked a delivery date on the same day I ordered online. You just have to make sure you don't pass their cut off ordering time, otherwise your orders will be delivered the next day, but I'm sure they will always work something out with you. I've ordered online twice in the past, and my mom was always happy with the flowers she received. When I lived in Maui, I've always shop there if I needed a really good arrangements.

Although they had a busy day and tight schedule, when I requested a same day delivery to a location right by their place they were more than happy to deliver a beautiful dozen rose bouquet to my wife like literally half an hour after I ordered it! I called right before the same day delivery cut off time and even tho they were already busy and heading to the west side for a big event, they took the time to get a beautiful dozen roses to my wife within 1/2 hour of me ordering it. They really helped me out when I was in a pinch and last minute wedding planning. Their prices are reasonable and they really worked with me to make sure I got what I was looking for. They have your best interest at heart and tell you advice which I really appreciated. Not to mention, the bouquet I got from them was just gorgeous. I highly recommend them.

I've lived 16 years of my life on Maui and have only ever gone to this florist for all my needs. They are helpful and actually make you feel like family. Aunty Sheldene was always my helper, much props to her.

Thank you for a bouquet well done! I live in LA and wanted to send some flowers to congratulate a friend on passing the bar exam. I found this place on yelp, and got linked to their website. I was able to order through their website, paid and went to work (7am LA time 4am Maui time). At 12:51my time, 10:51am Maui time I received a text my from my fiend holding a beautiful bouquet of flowers! She was thrilled. I was surprised on how quick the turnaround was. MAHALO!

Im grateful that they delivered it the next day In the Morning and they are really responsive via telephone, we ordered flowers for my mother in law from California. The arrangement is beautiful but the flowers were a different color than what was listed on the website, the website said it was yellow roses but what was delivered was red roses, I gave them 5 stars for creating a beautiful arrangement and delivering it on time.

I placed an order online for a flower arrangement to be picked up on 6/14 for my mother in laws birthday. I live in Las Vegas so it was difficult to find a shop on Maui that had photos of their products online as well as offered online ordering. I would have preferred going in person to order flowers because its easier. I called a couple of days with some questions before my order was due and the worker was very friendly! The flower arrangement was beautiful. I will definitely order from Kahului Florist in the future!

I was looking for leis that are a bit nicer than Costco or the grocery store. I was very happy with the quality and selection of what they had to offer. I called the day before and confirmed that they had what I wanted and they were ready for me when I arrived. These were both leis that neither Costco or the grocery store had and were terrific quality. Spendy but I'm my opinion worth it. Great service, helpful recommendations. I was glad to have found them.

My mom was at Maui Memorial so I ordered flowers online and my did picked them up the next day. They were friendly and arrangement was pretty but not what I ordered. I ordered #5 and received something more like #2. I realize that the arrangements can vary by season, but this was not representative of what I ordered and paid a premium for. I would not recommend for anyone to order online as who knows what will actually be given.
