No matter where we are, every Mother's Day my brother and I send our mom flower arrangements from Kui & I. Orders and payments can be made easily online and over the phone, and it's always smooth which is why we stay with them. Also they're locally owned and operated :). Tropical foliage and island vibes are all the reasons too. Five stars for presentation and durability.

A delivery was late once and then there was that lil typo on the lil attached greeting card that one time, but it was fine. Sometimes we (my brother and I) procrastinate but it only takes 10 minutes to get our side of the job done, and we can order the night before (as we did this year [and maybe even the day of]) and they'll deliver as soon as the next day. Spectacular florist! I ordered my wedding bouquet after searching for a highly rated florist in Hilo and decided on Kui & I. The florist is amazing, she made my tropical bouquet so it can survive not being refrigerated before the wedding. The boutonniere she made matched my bouquet perfectly. The bouquet was sooo beautiful! I highly recommend this place for any of your floral needs!

5 days later and a trip back home to Phoenix, Az and my bouquet is still gorgeous and fresh! All expectations were exceeded - absolutely beautiful work!

I ordered an arrangement for my great aunt to be delivered. But it turned out she was on the mainland. I told them they could donate the flowers instead. But they reached out and said they can just deliver when she gets back, which is a month later. Bottom line, great customer service! I will definitely order from them again

I live in AK and my mom is a patient at the Hilo Medical Center, I called to have an arrangement delivered same day for her Birthday and they got it over there in a very timely manner, very nice over the phone and good prices! Would recommend!

You know men, night before Anniversary I ordered flowers for my wife. The online ordering was easy. I ordered what I wanted to send. I did worry about the substitution policy. It is Hawaii and I ordered Red Rose Bouquet. I was worried they wouldn't be available. My wife received a beautiful bouquet of Roses. Thank you! For the great service and timely delivery. This place is amazing! I did an online order for my niece's birthday. Since I'm ordering from Portland, Or. I wasn't sure how the service was. But, let me tell you. They are awesome. I forgot to put my niece dorm number and they called to confirm all info. The delivery was perfect and the arrangement was beautiful. Thank you!

I adore these beautiful mini anthuriums and the way they are presented on rocks. They are pleasing to take care of by trickling water over the smooth stones. This was a very thoughtful, heartfelt living gift from a lovely friend. The delivery person was very kind and I could tell he loves plants as much as we do.

The flower arrangement for my mother's 80th Birthday was spectacular! It was exactly what I had imagined ordering. Communication and professionalism was also top notch! I would highly recommend Kui and I Florist!

For my wedding this past weekend, I had this incredible vision of draped crown flower on my sweetheart table. I was only ordering lei through another company and loose flowers from others, then foraging for the rest, so I didn't have a true "florist". When I asked the lei company if they could provide me with strands of crown flower for my table, they basically told me I was an idiot and what I was asking for was impossible.

I felt TERRIBLE. So I decided to reach out to other florists on the islands. As more people told me no, I started thinking that perhaps we weren't going to be able to do it after all. Kui & I was one of the florists that I reached out to and Kui responded, "Let's do it! I am up for the challenge." I immediately loved them. Kui ended up coming through in a major way and for that, I am a huge fun.

Not only was what I was asking for extremely affordable, it was also beautiful and perfect in every way. If I could do my wedding all over again, I would definitely have reached out to Kui & I in the first place for not just my lei, but for everything. Customer service was great too!

Amazing customer service and experience! I live in Texas and needed maile leis for my sons graduation. After the florist in Honolulu that my mom ordered from called 3 days before graduation and told her the maile was unavailable I almost died. Everywhere was unavailable. Well I thought what if I try a florist in Hilo. They told me they would get a delivery that day of Hilo maile and they'd be able to get the leis to me in two days. Well I just received the leis and I'm so satisfied. Mahalo KUI & I! You guys are awesome

I am from Pittsburgh PA and have dear friends in Hilo. I wanted to send them a special arrangement (not a typical tele florist arrangement), and reviewed the arrangements on Kui & I's website and really liked what I saw. I ordered online, explaining the purpose, the style, color and flower types I wanted. I also included a price range. They called me to confirm my requests and the price.

I requested a picture of the arrangement before it was delivered so I could confirm my order. The entire process was easy, their customer service was excellent and their artistic ability is just wonderful! When I saw the picture, I was so happy! It was beautiful. When my friends received the arrangement, in their words: "It is MAGNIFICENT! And from the coolest florist in Hilo!" I would definitely recommend Kui & I for your floral needs. Yes, they are MAGNIFICENT!

Asked for 12 small centerpieces and 2 larger bouquets for my daughters first birthday. She worked with me on my budget, and talked about how I wanted them to look. Great communication, very patient and friendly to work with. When I picked up the flowers they were so much more than I'd expected. Definitely recommend for events and parties.

We wanted a same day pick up for a very last minute quick arrangement and called Kui & I right as they opened. She immediately sent me a lot of different pictures of what they had available to what I had envisioned and went above and beyond to make our arrangement perfect. Everything was completed as we were boarding our flight and done within 10 mins.

Service and arrangement, although simple were better than I imagined and their lil "touch" was just what we were looking for. I recommend them 1000x thank you so much for making this "reveal" so special and memorable for us.

Seamless transaction! Ordered arrangement over the phone since I live on the mainland. Sierra (sp?) was so friendly and made things so easy. Immediately received an invoice via email and a photo of the arrangement prior to the delivery as promised. Arrangement was beautiful--one of the best I have ever seen with its mix of colors and flowers. Loved that they included some clippings from Japanese plants as this was going to a Japanese funeral. Would definitely use them again!

If you're not getting your flowers from Kui & I, you're not getting the best flowers in Hilo. Gorgeous shop, aloha for days, and arrangements and leis like you can't find anywhere. Thanks so much, Kui! My mother-in-law loved her orchids!

I had a special occasion to go to and Kui florist really helped me out they kept my purchase because my fridge was small and called me to remind me to pick it up before going to the Airport. all the staff are friendly and C the manager was really good fun I love places like this it's like family and they really take care of clients

They did a beautiful Urn display for my grandma's service. Their flower arrangements are reasonably priced and they do an excellent job.

Terrific florist. I live in LA and my mom's in Hilo. I waited until the last minute to order Mom a pretty Mother's Day plant of some sort (I hate ordering flowers because they die). The next Saturday before Mother's Day, I received a call from mom while she was crying her eyes out over how beautiful the delivered orchid was. *On a side note, it tickled mom that the delivery driver hid outta site and jumped out to say SURPRIIIIISE! Lol Thank you for making my mom cry and smile!

One of the reasons why we love them so much is because they're able to accommodate your budget and still provide beautiful arrangements. They go above and beyond our expectations every single time. I was looking for a florist to buy leis to give to the grads for graduation and I found this place on Yelp. It had a lot of great reviews so I decided to come and check it out with a friend. This flower shop was pretty big. It looked really nice from the outside and inside, it was full of pretty flowers. Parking was very minimal but I think theres always parking if you wait a minute or two.

A lot of customers order in advance and pick it up on the day of. My friend and I walked in and asked where the leis were. They were pretty busy but the girl was super nice in explaining each leis and prices to us. My friend got 4 leis and I got 3. Everything was really quick and their leis are very affordable and are pretty. I will be back if I ever need to buy leis or flowers for special occasions in the furure. Thank you for your great customer service!

I was supposed to fly to Hilo and grab some flowers for my grandmas birthday I was surprising her but something came up. Called Kui & I florist. Lady who answered (wish I got her name ) was super friendly! I asked her if I could do same day delivery. I asked for the best purple medium sized flower arrangement. told her it's for my grandmas 95th birthday which was today! & she got it set up! Pricing - $63 and some change for the arrangement!

Now if you're worried about price and you think it's too expensive you may not be too familiar with floral arrangements. I think that's a pretty reasonable price compared to what I've delt with before. They delivered with no issues & before my grams went out to dinner. Highly recommended!
