For two years in a row, I've called Youngs to arrange a day of flower bouquet delivery and they've done an amazing job both times. I always pay a few more dollars for extra flowers, it's totally worth it.

My Mother recently passed, I live in FL and my Mother is in WV I called Young's yesterday requesting Daisy's I did not request any certain arrangement it needed to be self standing and Daisy's my mother's favorite flower. I had the cemetery send me pictures there is not one Daisy in the arrangement. I am so disappointed and heat broke

While searching for the flower I would give to my love, I was unable to find one with the proper energy. The selection seems wonderful, but the roses seem to radiate quite an ominous, foretelling aura.

I live across the country, but I've been using Young Floral Company for online orders and flower deliveries to my mom in Charleston for over 15 years, for birthdays, Mother's Day, and Christmas. My entire family has used this florist for every occasion in our lives for decades. Today, I received a damaged floral arrangement as a gift. I let the sender know and they said I had to return it to the store or there is nothing they could do. Really? I have to drive it to the store? Tracy was horribly rude, she said she had been up all night and what did I want her to do about it?

I asked for Janet and she wouldn't even come out of the back. I guess our family business isn't worth it to them and the "satisfaction guaranteed" on the sign is just paint. Tracy couldn't even give me documentation that it had been refunded. Here's an approach, "We are sorry to ruin this occasion, let us compensate the sender and make it up to you." I am sure someone teaches seminars on these matters.

Not the best prices in Charleston (or the worst), staff is seemingly indifferent to customers, and flowers die quickly. In other words: not your best value.
