Favors With Style

I think this website is a fraud. I ordered some favors for my son's baptism and the order went through but a couple of days later they email me that they are out of stock and tried to sell me something else instead. I told them that I would like a refund and the said ok. However 2 weeks have passed and I haven't received my refund yet. I have send them several emails and I haven't received any answer yet. We tried to call them many times but no one answers the phone. There is no costumer service at all. I m still waiting to get my money back.

10 stars! to Favors and Flowers team! I am beyond belief, I rushed my wine glass order and received it within 5 business days. Printed with colors. The RUSH service was additional but it saved my worries. With this day and age where nothing is reliable. I recommend this company Thank you Maria!

I made a purchase over a week ago and received my stemless favors way ahead of time. The personalized stemless glasses has a nice touch to it that all my friends and family were so happy to receive the gift. I am not the person who would leave good reviews but this company deserve my five star.

This company sucks. Do not order from them if you are ordering personalized items. They send you the printed stickers separate from the items and you do the job for them placing the stickers on each item you order. Nothing is assembled. So you basically paying for printed stickers that you could of printed yourself on a nice paper. I ordered over a hundred of small souvenirs for my daughter's first communion reception and and I got shocked when i notice that I had to do all this work!

And the thing is that if you mess up the sticker when placing it on the item then you cannot use it anymore which is a waste and you just have to disgard that item also since the sticker is wasted! When I called customer service to return the order they told me they dont accept returns for personalized items. Waste of time and money! Very disappointed.

They took my order and created custom favors within 2 hours for a rushed last minute order! Nice to chat with them so they can give me ideas of what to buy for my budget. Great timing!

Horrible company to shop. They do not remove product if it is out of stock or discontinued. They want you to buy it assuming its available and they will call you next day telling you that they just went out of stock. They will try to offer you something similar which is more money. When you refuse to pay more. they will give you for the same price as if they are doing you a favor. why going so much of hassle when you can just remove it and update your website. Bad business. Will not shop here. ALso their customer service rep is RUDE.

I purchased some stemless favors from another site just last week and my event is this saturday (may 27). They called me monday and said they cannot deliver. I felt really bad bec i really need favors for my event. So, i searched and searched and came across Favors and Flowers. I spoke to Caroline and she guaranteed delivery this week. Based on my experience and receiving my product today. I am very, very happy with my delivery.

Yes they dont have the store front anymore but they ship out product right away. I placed an order 5 days before my event and i got the product right away. Speedy service and professional customer service that makes me a happy customer. You won't be disappointed.

They changed shipping price after purchase has been placed. So we asked to cancel so Amir asked for a 10% cancelation charge. 10%. On shipping too. Spoke with Amir after bring on hold for 15 minutes and he was of no help. Shop else where people.

The service received from Favors and Flowers is HORRIBLE. We ordered matches for our wedding, and the colors received on the packaging were completely off from what was displayed on the website, and the Company refused to make it right by sending the correct colors or refunding our money. I even contacted the Better Business Bureau, and the Company disregarded the complaint, however this is still on file with the BBB. Shame on you, Favors and Flowers, on such a poor business model when it comes to customer service.
