Elite Party Rentals

I spoke with a young lady from Elite Party Rentals who was extremely rude on the phone. She called to say that one of our table cloths was damaged after our daughters wedding and she expected to find more since she had not gone through all of our bags yet. I asked her what the damage was and she said there was crayon on the table cloth. I asked her where that was in writing?

She said it was on an orange paper when my items were delivered. I tried to explain to her that I did not receive this paper that she was referring to. She became even more rude as I questioned her about this paper. I am a very patient person and asked her to please not have an attitude with me as I was just trying to ask her a question. She went on to say that I put this paper on every order and you got it too.

I said, "excuse me"? I did not receive an orange paper as I'm sure I would have seen it. She said, "yes you did" I asked her again to please talk nicely and not be so rude to their customers. She said, "I'm charging your card for the table cloth". I told her that she didn't have my authorization to charge my card and she did it anyways. I have filed a dispute with my CC company. Beware of doing business with Elite Party Rentals especially if this young lady answers the phone.

Elite Party Rentals was very responsive and polite in helping to organize my graduation party. Thank you for being courteous and fair with my rental order.

Amazing party rental place! I ordered 40 basic chairs for my banquet. The chairs were super clean and looked brand new!

They have everything you need for the event every napkin color and the table cloth are always clean and pressed

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with our rental. We rented chairs for an event and the chairs wet all dirty and I feel if you rent something it should come clean especially now things should be clean and sanitized.

Unreliable delivery and poor communication. People only use a rental company for special occasions, when ordered items dont show up even after confirmation it creates havoc with last minute changes. Do not rely on this company for your important event

Do not trust this company! Too bad there are no negative stars! Despite three confirming phone calls in days just before and ON DAY of delivery; tables, chairs, and linens for our Sunday Shower Brunch never showed up. Shame shame on them.

My organization rented a stage from Elite Party Rentals for an event we had yesterday. They did a great job setting everything up, and ensured the safety of our guests. They also came after the event (after hours) to pick up the stage, which was really great. The communication I had with their office was professional and polite. I definitely recommend renting from this company for any event you may be having!

We have been rating from this company for years and nevertheless had any issues. We always have an excellent customer service. I totally recommend them for your next event.

I tried to rent 1 table and 8 chairs for a small event that I am hosting, the total? 25 dlls plus a 50 dlls delivery fee? Are you guys out of your mind? Makes no sense that I'll be paying more for delivery fee than for the actual rental. I live 5 miles away it's not that I live in Folsom or El Dorado Hills! I'll never rent stuff from this place ever again, y'all are ridiculous!

I was going to host an event on a Saturday, so I decided to rent a couple tables and about 15 chairs. I had never rented before, and I didn't know if companies like this had a minimum amount. I went in on a Friday afternoon to inquire and pick up.the receptionist was helpful and asked what I wanted and gave me a price quote. I got 2 6ft tables, 15 folding chairs, all for around $30 bucks.

She charged my card and let me return on Tuesday (4 days of rental).told me to swing my vehicle around the back to pick up. I pulled my truck to the back and 2 gentlemen asked for me receipt and quickly loaded my truck professionally and efficiently. I haven't returned the chairs (I do that in a couple days), so I don't know how the return process works yet. But the quality of table and chairs worked out great and it led to a great party!

I would not use this company if it is important that you get your rental equipment on time or when promised. Used them for a small wedding at my home. Was told a window of 11:00- 1:00. Every time I called to see where they were they told me mine was a small order and they had bigger orders ahead of me. We finally had to leave for the rehearsal dinner 5:00 pm with out our delivery.

They delivered some time while we were out. Had to set up for wedding at 11:00 at night. Very condescending on the phone to me( the bride). Not what I needed the night before my wedding. NEVER TELL A BRIDE HER WEDDING ID NOT IMPORTANT ENOUGH.

I manage a large apartment complex. We have resident events throughout the year. I always rely on elite party rentals for all my needs. They are professional, reliable and always try to accomodate our every need. I have even called them at the last minute and they were able to accomodate us. I would never consider using anyone else.

We ordered tables 2 months prior for my sisters engagement party, they delivered the tables 1 day before the party. They delivered the wrong size tables, charged the full amount and basically said to screw off when we asked to make it right. Terrible business doesn't care about their clients and have never been treated unprofessionally in the phone. he said "lucky you guys got tables"-and it was better we got some vs no tables at all.

They delivered the WRONG tables and did not tell us. The managers response "better we deliver some tables than not at all". We reserved the tables one month ago, common sense that if you do not have them then do not promise for them to be delivered. Either we had to drive to give them back (40min drive for us and my engagement party was the next day no one had time to drive) to get a full refund OR we are stuck paying (with a small discount) for TALL tables that we did not want (for the grandparents). MONEY HUNGRY AND UNTRUSTWORTHY. I even questioned his business model for a positive client experience and he had nothing to say back-- he does not know what he is doing he only CARES about money.

The best experience ever! Super friendly receptionist (wish I would have gotten her name) who went above and beyond to provide excellent ideas, assistance and over all service! Ordering was easy and delivery was timely. I will be back again for my next event!

So in October my brother & I threw a party for our mother he was originally quoted $100 cheaper for renting a dance floor for our event he called back to close deal owner says that employee no longer works here so I can't honor deal to late to find another floor so my brother negotiated with him he give us $30 back I go to pick floor and tell owner it was unfair to not honor deal he should at least meet us in the middle and give us $50 he said absolutely not he gave me the $30 and then after I told him I would right a bad review he tried to snatch the $30 from me bad business man do not trust him all his reviews are horrible you thought I would forget to write you up your were dead wrong only reason I completed deal with was to make my Mother happy on her 60th Birthday your dead to me dude

They came highly recommended by a coworker. I have used them twice now and both times they have been excellent. When I call a real person picks up the phone and is very friendly, knowledgeable with their current inventory and prices are competitive. Delivery is fast and organized.

There have been a handful of posts from people regarding my wedding and the fact that chairs were never delivered. They are extremely accurate, and I am merely posting a yelp review to make sure this does not happen to anyone else for an important event. It's just amazing that after paying thousands of dollars for other portions of the wedding, that something as simple as delivering chairs could mess up the day. Please do not use this vendor.

I rented from this company for my Thanksgiving dinner and they were very helpful with timing and decisions. We had 50 people at my house, and the deliver came on time with plenty of time to set up. The staff is very knowledgeable also.
