The florists that work in this shop are truly talented at their craft. I've never been disappointed with their arrangements. They've always been friendly and helpful. They've always had great ideas. Just give them the flowers you want or a price. The best florist shop is Aletha's florist in Marietta. Hands down.

My husband surprised me with flowers after having our second daughter. They were delivered at the hospital which made it even more of a surprise because he never left our room. The flower arrangement was just beautiful, pink roses bright full bloom Lilly's and Iris's. Really made me feel loved and special. Highly recommend Aletha's florist for some amazing long lasting flowers for the special people in your life!

My husband's mother is ECSTATIC over the bouquet we sent. She's at Marietta Memorial and has had a pretty rough few days. I did everything online so I've had no personal contact with anyone who works there. I ordered "Aletha Arranges" which is not pictured, but comprises what is fresh and available in the shop. I'm looking forward to a picture, but she told my husband it was HUGE, over 3' tall and had many varieties of flowers and colors, including a lot of roses.

My MIL also received many compliments on the arrangement from the staff. I'm delighted she's so happy with it! I selected the premium option at 99.99 (total with taxes (7.76) and delivery charge (6.99) came to 114.74 total). Seriously good value for the quality and quantity of flowers. I was trying to support a local business and checked out all the florists in Marietta.

The others I looked at mostly used a national broker for their online ordering like flowers.com or 1-800-flowers, etc.,. That means a significant portion of what you spend on an arrangement doesn't go to the local business. They offered pretty standard and similar FTD type arrangements. I also LOVED that when I entered the credit card information, they traced my Internet Protocol (IP) address to discourage credit card theft. I shop online a lot and I'd never encountered that before. This is the best of old school shop local and the modern online experience.

I have used this florist for years during the holiday season to help send flowers to family members in Marietta. I live out of state and rely on the store staff to prepare beautiful gifts for me. This year I called and spoke to the sales person. I told her she had a significant budget to make something beautiful. I received a call from the person it was delivered to and they said "you did not get your money's worth." I called the store and the worker told me "I told you the plant I was sending was the last one." She was rude and unwilling to help make amends. She told me I needed to call the person I sent it to and apologize to them. I will not be using their services again.

This place saved my life! After a long morning of calling all over town trying to find some sunflowers for my girlfriend for our anniversary, the wonderful woman who answered the phone said that they were out of stock (shoot!) but that she would be willing to cut some from her personal garden (yay!) I ended up with the largest, most beautiful bouquet because of the incredible customer service and kindness shown by this shop. Highly recommended.

I have used Aletha's Florist for nearly 30 years. They have never missed the mark. I call and describe the need for the flowers and the details around the event, they do the rest. Costs are always fair and the arrangements are always the talk of the event. Polite, professional, and always on top of the "little details". Shop here!

The flowers were not fresh. After spending nearly $100.00 I was very disappointed. Have emailed them and so far no response.will give them until 3 o clock before I make a phone call. I received a return phone call.they wanted to see the flowers. I sent them photos and they replied with return them and we will replace them. I did not want to take a chance on another no so fresh bouquet.

And asked for a refund.which they said they would give me after I returned the flowers.is this a normal practice? I am 25 miles away? So not only do I have to take away what was suppose to be a surprise gift from a loved one I have to deliver them back to the florist in order to get my money back.what are they gonna do re sell them? This is no way to conduct business.

I looked at a bouquet on Friday in their display case.the flowers were delivered on a Tuesday. I am guessing these were the same flowers! Be very specific if you are dealing with this establishment.

We are really happy with the service we received and the arrangement we purchased via Aletha's yesterday. My grandmother was admitted to Marietta Memorial unexpectedly and my mom recommended that I call Aletha's directly to arrange for some flowers to be delivered. When I called, I reached Heidi who was friendly, knowledable and a great listener - it was important to me that Heidi really took the time to communicate about the arrangement and the delivery process.

She even offered to send me a picture of the arrangement prior to delivery. The act of sending flowers tends to be underscored by an emotional event - sometimes a joyous one, sometimes a sad one. To be able to to pick up the phone in California at noon and reach a kind, professional like Heidi who delivers a beautiful floral arrangement to the hospital within two or three hours is priceless. Grandma loves them. She's raving about how lovely they are and that brings all of us who care about her and wish we were there a tremendous amount of solace. Thanks, Aletha's! Thanks, Heidi! We look forward to talking to you again - next time for a more joyous occasion like Grandma's 88th birthday.
