Nice facility, nice ladies, non informative and the head guy or owner has no customer service skills. You can't handle a customer with the assumption that he was briefed on all of the steps by your employees and treat him like an incoherent dummy. Good thing this occasion was for my son's Junior Prom. I would've turned everything down having to drive back for the most minor of things that weren't ready as told. Will take my business and money elsewhere for his Senior Prom next year.

Great customer service, highly recommend if you need any gifts delivered on a last minute timeline. Highly understanding and easy to work with.

The work that Windee and the rest of the OTC crew did on our wedding was beyond stunning. I recommend their work a million times over! One of the best businesses out there.

I specifically cancelled my order with 1800Flowers and decided to go with Occasions to Celebrate because I wanted to support local businesses and they "guaranteed" to deliver on the date I requested. Well, I sincerely regret my decision. Not only was my delivery late, I attempted to call and left several voicemails during working hours only to be blown off by them.

I did not receive a call or email back from them. Once I was finally able to speak to someone after several hours and 5 calls later, I was told that delivery would be late and the reason for late delivery was, and I quote "That's just the way it is". I will never be shopping here again and I STRONGLY suggest others look elsewhere. I am all for supporting local businesses and in the past I have had great experiences with local, small businesses but this is one small business that I would avoid.

The cherry on top of the awful customer service is the fact that the quality of the flowers was mediocre at best. The bouquet was much smaller than expected. I purchased the "Best" option on their website as well.

The flower arrangement for my Mama's Birthday were even more beautiful than I could have imagined! I always worry when ordering flowers online but never again! I will use Occasions to Celebrate in New Bern again!

Wonderful service and beautiful arrangement. I was late in getting a Mother's Day order in. Instead of arriving late, Occasions to Celebrate moved the Monday after delivery to the Saturday before. The arrangement they sent on late notice was beautiful!

Windee was wonderful to work with. She gave me so many wonderful ideas, the best one was to bring in the chandeliers and hide the antler lights. The guests didn't even notice they were added and not part of the lodge. She was able to help me take the ideas I had in my mind and make them happen and it was perfect.

Had a last minute order for my wife's birthday. Order flowers at 4:00 pm & they were there at 11:00 am the next morning. Fantastic. Recommend them to everyone.
