Mardees is a great place to get a casual comfort food meal. I first discovered this place about 20 years ago. It was a great place then and is still a great place. When you go make sure you try their mardees casserole its like cheesy potatoes but better. But whatever food you order you won't be disappointed. Its all great.

OMG. What a fabulous place for breakfast. The lady that owns this place is absolutely charming and gorgeous. Outstanding breakfast. I'll never eat at a restaurant chain as long as places like this still exist.

I love mardee's. Great food, great people. Normally 5 stars. But today was beyond disappointing. We were seated next to the door, not an issue. The problem was the 15+ people standing around us in front of the door while waiting for a table. I shouldn't have to eat my breakfast with random strangers backsides a foot away from my face. I was elbowed, hit with purses, and bumped into numerous times while eating my breakfast.

The fact that none of the employees cared enough to tell everyone to wait outside was infuriating. In the past, I've see employees do just that. I guess today was different or they just don't care anymore. I hope they figure out though.

Such a cute little local diner. The staff is super friendly and the food is good.

We visited the Van Gogh exhibit today in Buffalo and wanted to grab lunch at a diner on our way home. We went to Mardee's and it was wonderful. It is a small diner and it was very busy today, so we did have to wait a while to be seated. There were only two waitresses working but they were both wonderful and working very hard! The restaurant is nicely decorated and the food was great.

I ordered a turkey club with the soup of the day and it did not disappoint. My kids all ordered breakfast food and they were also very happy with their meals. When we left we stopped next door at the cute little candy shop as well. I highly recommend a visit to Mardee's.

The best mom and pop restaurant for breakfast or lunch! The food is just fantastic and service is not just great, they are also so much fun!

Cannot recommend this diner more! The service is fantastic. Definitely try the breakfast casserole it's out of this world!

This is definitely a local treasure. It's kind of hidden on a side street in a residential neighborhood, but well worth it to seek out. The food is absolutely delicious, and they are friendliest people! My husband's cornbeef hash was outstanding, as was the rye toast. Our eggs and bacon were cooked to perfection. I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. Just make sure to get there early so you get a spot.

I love this place, the food is consistently of great quality and the service is friendly. I recommend their home fries- they really can't be beat.

We started meeting virtually a few months before the wedding and then had weekly calls as our date approached. Mary was always responsive via email and texts.

Here are a few things about Mary that put her head and shoulders above the rest: - Mary is very responsive. No email, text or call goes unanswered. She makes time for her bride and grooms! - Mary is organized! She provides a wedding planner app that keeps everything in order. Tasks are assigned to you, your fiance and Mary, herself so you always know what's coming next and who's responsible for which task.- Mary was instrumental in creating our weekend and day-of timelines.

Oh my goodness. That alone is worth its weight in gold. That was a huge help! - Mary will review your contracts and make sure that you get what you paid for. Again, this was priceless because there so many details to think about and keep straight. - After everything Mary did leading up to our wedding day, it's on your actual day that Mary really shines!

She shielded me and my husband from all tasks and questions so we could truly enjoy our wedding day. She kept the ship moving in the right direction and made sure all the key players we're where they needed to be. Words can't express how much I valued the support she provided my husband and me during the planning and on our special day. She was simply amazing!

We had our wedding at the Pickering Barn in Issaquah, wa. After being stumped how to hang up string lights in the Hay barn, I contacted Mary for help. Mary and Spencer were professional, courteous, and a pleasure to talk to. Really calms the stress of planning a wedding! Mary and her team hung up drapes with string lights. They were on time on arrival and upon the clean up time. Decor was amazing!

Professional team and made our wedding into the vision we wanted plus more! Mardee design and consulting will be my forever number 1 recommendation for all decor going forward. Thanks Mary!

This place was awesome! It's small, physically, but makes up in service and food! Walk in and put your name on the list on the wall, no fancy computers or hostess. Just a nice restaurant that serves great food and cinnamon rolls. When you need to get away from city life and get great food, take the drive out there. Will not be disappointed.

This little place was packed to the brim with the friendliness workers and customers you will ever have the pleasure of experiencing. The giant cinnamon roll was delightful and nice and warm inside and the food was well priced had 2 eggs sausage toast coffee the the casserole for 16$ that's great price for good food. Will be returning with others

I have hired Mardee's to provide decorations for several parties I've hosted at a downtown residential high rise each with around 175 attendees. Mary and her team have always done a fantastic job following my specifcations and delivering colorful arrangements, often helping me fulfill themes around the seasons. Raffling off her wonderful arrangements and setting up a "candy bar" in which people assemble their own treat bags among displays of various candies have been especially delightful for our residents. Highly recommended!

Great food and friendly service. If you're in the area make the stop. It's the kind of diner that's great for breakfast with the family, without being over priced like so many others
