In charge of a business or non-profit themed special event, groundbreaking, grand opening, holiday party, fundraising, teambuilding activity, awards & recognition dinner, conference branding, appreciation lunch, book signing, or product launch? When planning an event, you need the basics: Tables and chairs, table linen and chair covers, tents and dance floors, plates and forks, and list goes on. In the event industry, these are categorized as "rental" items.

You have an event. Your event needs stuff. Sometimes, that stuff needs more stuff. You want to add in some fun stuff. You might even need a place to put all that stuff. And you need more stuff to set off the stuff in the place that is storing all the stuff. You like specific stuff but need help finding the stuff you like.

So whether you want a couple of chairs or a complete tented affair, we have the functional stuff you need.

We originally had a larger budget for wedding decorations and working with Festivities and Paloma was amazing. When our plans and budget changed Paloma didn't skip a beat and was there with new ideas and suggestions the whole time. We felt that no matter what we needed they were willing to work with us and help us for our wedding day. We never felt like they didn't care for us just because we were a smaller client.

With so many stressors around planning a wedding it was nice that when it came to the decorations, Paloma and the team at Festivities made sure they weren't one of the stressors.

My career is in weddings/events, so I am very fortunate to have amazing relationships with vendors in the Twin Cities area. When it was time to choose linens for my own wedding, our venue provided the basics, but I knew there were linen options out there that would truly enhance our vision. I worked with Rachel over at Festivities to pick our table linens for our round guest tables, cocktail tables, and napkins.

I wanted two different linens for the guest table, a napkin that would pop, and then linens for the cocktail tables that would make that area feel like its own space. Rachel helped analyze our venue, color palette, and vision to pick out exactly what we were looking for, and it truly brought the vision for our wedding to life.

We ordered chairs, sheers and the wooden arch from Festivities for our wedding; they delivered great products and had even better service! It was so easy to work with Rachel and John. They're friendly, patient and understanding. The payment process was flawless and communication was superb.

This company was difficult to work with. Drop off dirty and unwashed rentals. Did not pick upon rentals on time. Will never recommend them.

We ordered flowers and decor from Festivities for our wedding. Everything was gorgeous. Rachel was great at coordinating with my wife via email and figuring out an aesthetic for our wedding. All of the decorations were sturdy and high quality. The flowers were gorgeous and well kept. The only issue was that about 5 days after our wedding we were contacted about missing decor.

I checked with everyone who helped us pack everything up and everything had been accounted for. After telling Festivities this they contacted us again about a week later saying they had found everything in a box in their facility. They also did not provide any set up or delivery for us since our wedding was on a Sunday. However we would definitely work with them again.

I had some simple needs for a graduation party and Festivities MN and my customer contact Rachel treated me as if I was their most important client. Great communication, fair pricing and a great selection. Would highly recommend and would definitely use them again.

We worked with Festivities for chairs, linens, and other decor for our August 15th, 2020 wedding. I was extremely impressed with Festivities timeliness to respond to questions, fair pricing, and that they never pressured us to upgrade. Instead, they listened to our vision and found the decor needed to make it come to life! When a positive covid case forced us to reduce our guest count by 5 people last minute, they were very understanding and did not hesitate to adjust our pricing accordingly.

If you choose to go with festivities, I highly recommend using their sheer drapes with string lights for ceiling decor. It transformed our venue into a beautifully romantic setting. I highly recommend Festivities for anyone who is looking for a reasonably priced and professional event decor company.

Absolutely wonderful! Our wedding was on Friday and it looked unbelievable. Everything went as planned. I worked with Melissa and she was amazing. She took the time to make everything right. And she was available to talk when I needed to reach her. Our wedding was so fun and the reception area looked so nice! Thank you Melissa! Dream come true.

I loved working with Rachel G. from Festivities for our centerpieces and floral arrangements. She listened with open ears and completely understood our wedding and the atmosphere we were trying to create. Completely pulled through for us! She was responsive, understanding, and very helpful! The deliveries were on time and there was no damage to anything! Returning everything was a breeze! I couldn't have asked for a better decor and floral vendor! Thank you, Festivities!

I had the opportunity to work with Rachel at Festivities in a preppy & plaid themed bridal shower/styled shoot last week and everything turned out to be perfect! About a week before the shoot, I showed up to Festivities and picked out some tables, linens, chairs and other misc. decor for the shoot. They have a great selection of items! Rachel was also very helpful during the process.

The day of the styled shoot, the Festivities team dropped everything off and picked everything back up after the shoot which was great! We can't wait to work with you again in the future! xo, Melody (Events by Melody)

We used Festivities to help us in decorating our venue for our wedding on May 19th 2018. Overall we were extremely impressed with our experience in working with this company. They were very quick in their communication with us and always willing to help to answer any questions we had. The day of our wedding they delivered our rentals and did an absolutely beautiful job in setting everything up. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have some help in decorating their venue for a special event. Thank you!

Festivities did the flowers for my friends' wedding. We were very disappointed to find dead flowers in the bouquets! And when the bride brought it to their attention, they blamed her for picking flowers that were out of season. Now the bride had relied on the florist to guide her in what to buy - why would they blame her when they should have helped her?

What an amazing company! Our event coordinator, Jackie, was such a rockstar and truly made my job easier while planning one of our biggest fundraisers of the year. Every staff member was friendly, helpful and put customers and their events first. Jackie was prepared, triple checked everything and was extremely flexible up until the day of the event. On-site staff was on-time, efficient and a joy to work with! I will absolutely be using Festivities for future events, truly a top notch company!
