Our canopies are the perfect addition for weddings, graduations, company outings, birthday parties and anniversaries to name a few. We have a variety of sizes to fit your events needs. We have many carnival games to spice up your birthdays or company events; these are for people of all ages and a great way to give out small prizes.
When reserving ANY item you will be required to put 50% down nonrefundable to hold your product. If not reserving, it will be on a first come first serve basis. When receiving product you will need TWO forms of ID. A drivers license along with a credit card, check, or paystub with name and address on it.

I checked a few area rental places for canopy, tables and chairs. Pricing was somewhat comparable so I went with the "hometown" option. What you don't realize is that Ruddys has not upgraded so you are paying 2020 prices for old, heavy wooden tables that are probably 30+ years old. The tent was also the old "circus tent" type whereas the others I checked were spring-loaded and easy to put up.
We didn't have the proper sledge hammer on hand to even put it up! They should supply one or let you know ahead of time what you need. It all worked out so I gave 3 stars for "doing the job", but had I known, I would have rented from a company that has updated equipment for the same price or less. Staff was friendly and flexible, but its just time to reinvest in upgrades.

The only reason I'm not giving one star is because the person who took my order worked very hard, was very nice, and very professional. After that, things go downhill. I was told I'd be contacted between 9am and 2 pm before they left for the delivery. It's nearly 330 and no call, no eta, no idea. When I called and asked for some info--ANY info-- I was told: no idea when it will be delivered.
He'll deliver until he's done. I replied that my event is tomorrow and I HAVE to leave to run my own errands, you know, to prepare for a party, and do I have to be here and she responded, well you're responsible for them, so if you want him to leave them out front that's up to you. I don't like being held hostage. Or companies that can't back up their own claims.
Or being treated like I'm a pain in the ass when I didn't get what I was promised. Everybody gets busy, but why does the customer service have to go in the toilet, too? Being coldly polite isn't helpful either. It just makes you want to hang up. Tables still aren't here. Go figure. Editing to add a star because the delivery team was courteous, apologetic, and friendly. I appreciate people like that.

Manager is absolutely rude. I rented there abput 10 times all of a sudden i have a 400 cash only deposit that they wanted. Wouldnt give me no explanation. I requested to speak to the owner who ive dealt qith before. The manager says im the one in charge! I make the calls around here. OKAY lady. I wasnt rude at all. And she just kept getting more rude due to me asking questions. Then she says! Bye! Click
