We agree to order the merchandise listed on the corresponding invoice in the size, color, and material you have requested. It is important to note that the size you have ordered (when applicable) is a standard size and is not custom made to your measurements.

I came in looking for mother of the bride dresses and the consultant was very helpful. I had an appointment which was great because I don't have to wait to long. Even they were short staffed and super busy she made me feel like I was the only one in the store. They really know their stuff at Ballew Bridal and would recommend everyone try them out.

We went to Ballew looking for my sister in law 2 mother of the groom dresses and a bridesmaid dress. We had an appointment but when we got there where told to pick out dresses and consultant would be back. She never came back and another consultant ended up helping get us a dressing room. I helped her in and out of dresses with no help from the consultant.
After many dresses I noticed her consultant was helping the party next to us along with their consultant. After we had tried on many dresses that I got for her. I asked the consultant if we could get one in another color she said no. I said well how about this one in a different size. She said we will have to measure her. I said we have been trying on dresses and I'm telling you this is the size she needs.
She said "well I'm not sure where you have been but we would all like to be a size smaller." This lady lost probably a whole bridal party sale plus at least 3 dresses from my sister in law. I'll be getting married in a few month but I wouldn't set foot back in this place. Rude is rude!

My sister and mother and I came here to try on different styles and silhouettes, not expecting to find *the* dress. I must've tried on 15 different dresses, but in their clearance section my Mom picked one out for me to try on (A Christina Wu dress), and lo and behold - it made both of them cry as soon as I stepped out of the dressing room. I knew for sure that it was THE dress :) I was able to find a beautiful veil that matched and that was under my budget.
Our dress assistant Mary Kate (or maybe Mary Katherine? I wish I could remember her name, but this review is a few weeks old) was very helpful and knowledgeable in the whole process. They do payment plans as well, which is super flexible and convenient. Thanks Ballew!

I came to Ballews Bridal to begin searching for a wedding dress. I cannot begin to describe how wonderful our experience has been - from the personalized service by Ms. Ballew and her helpers to the lovely selection. Ms. Ballew went above and beyond to help me find my gorgeous wedding gown. Very professional and knowledgable. I LOVE my dress. Thank you a million times. I am leaving with the perfect dress and a wonderful memory. Many thanks! BALLEW'S BRIDAL IS THE PLACE TO GO, NO NEED TO LOOK ELSEWHERE!

Very disappointed. I gave them my measurements and the dress they sent me didn't fit but they wouldn't exchange it for the correct size. I would have assumed I gave the measurements wrong except I JUST ordered another bridesmaids dress from another company and that dress fit great. Just upsetting that I trusted them with a job that they said they could do and now I'm stuck in a dress I can't breath in for my friends wedding. I most certainly would NOT use Ballew Bridal again.

My friend's wedding is less than two weeks away and they just called us today to tell us they received our bridesmaid dresses. I ordered my dress in late February. They are over three weeks late to the date they promised our dresses, and many of us are scrambling to find a place that will be able to do our alterations in time. Since they came in over three weeks late, I am no longer in town to get the dress myself as planned; when I asked them to cover the cost of the express shipping (since it wouldn't have been necessary if they had given us our dresses when promised), they said they wouldn't be able to do that because it was a third party's fault.
No matter whose fault it is, we ordered from them and they hold the responsibility of delivering what was promised to their customers in the time frame they stated. And if that is not possible, they should be doing everything in their power to set the issue straight instead of making the customer pay more for their tardiness. I would hesitate in ordering from this company, especially for something as important as a wedding.

Loved my experience with Ballews. Bought my wedding gown and my sisters gown from here in 2015 and 2019 and both instances were met with excellent customer service! Many dresses to choose from. I would recommend calling and making an appointment especially on Saturday because it is their busiest day.

We had an amazing experience and wonderful service. Tyresa W. was my consultant and she did a great job finding the kinds of wedding dresses I was looking for. She helped me articulate what I did and did not like, and then she went and found more dresses that had the features I liked. The dresses were gorgeous, and she was very knowledgeable and attentive.

I had such a great experience at Ballew Bridal and highly recommend them. I can't thank Mrs. Ballew enough for helping me find the dress of my dreams! They were personable, attentive, and knowledgeable about finding exactly what I had envisioned. I love that they went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% happy with my dress and even made great suggestions on the type of veil that would work best with my gown. Mrs. Ballew and her staff even helped my mother-in-law find a beautiful dress to wear for the big day and she looked absolutely gorgeous.

I have had such an incredible experience with Ballew Bridal! From the moment I walked in the door, I felt so welcomed and excited to be a bride. The store has a wide selection of both wedding dresses and bridesmaid dresses, and it was so fun to shop there! Also, my consultant, Lauren, is truly one of the sweetest and most genuine ladies! She has gone above and beyond to make my bridal experience so special, and she was so helpful when searching for my perfect dress! Lauren is so patient and so joyful- she truly makes you feel special and appreciated. Also, I recently went in for my first dress fitting, and once again I had an awesome time! Mrs. Ballew is so kind and wonderful to work with. I cannot rave about Ballew Bridal enough! They are the best!
