Frequent shopper here for unique gift items. Yesterday, I wanted to purchase a gift bag. They are behind the counter about 10 feet away. There were 2 people behind the counter, but they would not allow me to look at them! I just wanted a closer look to make a selection. Staff rudely told me I could not come closer, and I was told I was welcome to leave.

Maleeya was very friendly an attentive.she also wrapped all my gifts in a timely manner an also followed up with a phone call.she has great customer service.she also showed me which items I can get customized.so I will definitely be back for that part.

Ok. I placed an order for wedding favors at BeauCoup 10 days ago. The site stated they were in stock. They still have not shipped. I have tried multiple times to contact them. When I called the customer service number, I was on hold for 35 minutes, and still no one answered, so I hung up. I have not found a chat option. The customer service is terrible, and if I could talk to someone, I'd cancel the order based on that alone. Do yourself a favor and find another distributor.

This has been the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Wait times on the phone can be up to 2 hours and under normal circumstances I would not wait that long but it appears my emails were never read and if they were then the supervisor, Annie chose to ignore them and answer with her own agenda. I tried multiple times via phone messages and emails to cancel a re order for a product that was defective upon arrival.
The new shipment would not arrive in time so I tried to cancel. But I have been unable to reach anyone. It makes me think the company is going out of business which would be understandable given the current climate of things. I would be cautious before ordering anything from this company and most especially if you want anything personalized. They are likely understaffed and possibly closing. Their events department has already closed.

I ordered the silver measuring spoons for my daughter's baby shower, with a promised delivery date 3 days before the shower. I called Beau-coup on the day they were supposed to have been delivered, and was told that the items "were on back order and would be here by the 19th" (which is a week AFTER the shower!) There was absolutely no communication regarding the delay, and that's just inexcusable. Had I not called THEM, I'd still be waiting for the items! And now it's too late to try to order something from another company. Very upsetting.

Purchased a few items for a baby shower. According to their website, they were supposed to ship the next business day and arrive in plenty of time. I ordered my items and paid $12 (!) for standard shipping. 6 days later, nothing has shipped. I contacted "customer service" and was told they would check in the status. Nothing. So I called back the following day and they couldn't tell me anything about order status. Nothing. It's completely ridiculous.
So I cancelled my order. I hope I get a refund like they promised. Wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing, this seems to be an ongoing problem. I found the same item for half the price on amazon. STAY AWAY from this company, it's a waste of your time and money.

I ordered personalized fortune cookies in may for an august event. These cookies were one of the main gifts and had a lot of meaning. I purchased a special cookie jar to put them in as well. Last week in July with two weeks before my party I got a refund email with no explanation. however I did not notice the email until a week prior to my event since beau coup sends mass emails everyday.
I called and asked why I was refunded and was told because of Covid they can't make my order. so then why did you allow me to purchase back in may with Covid? I called twice for a supervisor and was told both times they were in a meeting and would call back both times I didn't get a call back and then I had to purchase from another company and rush ship them, and paid more per cookie.
Only positive is that the other company bakes in house and the cookies will probably be better quality and they allowed more fortunes with their cookies. This company Beau coup doesn't care about their customers or their events and how special the items they purchase may be to them.

Ordered a first birthday prepackaged decorative kit three weeks ago and never received anything. Was really excited because it was a really good price and they were the only ones that said they had it in stock. Wishful thinking I guess. I go on the website to check my order and it says it's still in processing. I called the phone number but it says they're closed due to the virus.
On their website it still says they are shipping items out and that it would take only about one business day. I emailed them instead and after a couple of days I got a response and said they would look into it, but I still have not heard anything. My daughter's birthday is coming up and I fear I'm going to have to come up with a plan B. Super sad I really wanted it to work out. Would not recommend ordering from this company.

My fiance and I bought our wedding invitations here. To be honest, there were a handful of issues that we encountered with the printing company not printing the number of invitations and envelopes that we ordered. This was an issue with the printing company, and Swoozie's went above and beyond to help rectify the issue quickly each time. While I would not recommend Little Lamb printing to a single soul, I would recommend visiting Swoozie's if you have any stationary needs.

Horrible customer service. Actually NO customer service. Placed an order, received 1 item and waited over a week for my additional items. Called several different phone numbers and only reached an answering machine. Each time I left a message but never received a call back from anyone. I also sent emails and no one ever responded to those either. I definitely would not recommend placing an online order from this company!

Beware of tiny baby sized stemless wine glasses! Nowhere on the online ordering did I have the option to pick a size so I assumed these were standard size stemless wine glasses! After spending $225.00 and receiving 85 very small glasses ( I can barely see the writing on) for my wedding I called customer service and was very abruptly told " no returns on customized items" so I guess I am just out $225. Very unhappy

CRAPPY products. 200$ to send back from canada when you find out their products SUCK. seriously. their favors are terrible. they're way smaller and almost embarassing to give out as favors. ALSO when i asked a customer service rep for help and about info about their refunds. they literally took a screen shot BUT DELETED some lines that were straight on the website. avoid yourself a lot trouble and some expensive refund shipping costs that you will not get back and buy your favours from somewhere else. customer service is very rude do not recommend at all! dont even want to give 1 star. so unhelpful.

Outstanding Service! Asst. Manager Shavvon Richardson went all out to make sure my custom note cards were perfect -- she took the time to get them right, had plenty of patience while I reviewed proofs on her computer screen right then and there, and kept me posted on production and delivery. The final product was much better than I expected and the price well within reason.
There is NO WAY this level of attentive service is available anywhere on-line! There's still good reason to shop in traditional in-store ways! The entire staff at this store is cheerful, helpful and seem very happy to be there. They own my future business, for sure!

Man! I wish I would've read the reviews before I ordered from this company! This place is junk! They have no guarantee on their product and when you ask Francis for help, he says, "Sorry, no returns on personalized products". Their website doesn't even show you what your order will look like. I lost a lot of money with this place.

Update:- I received a callback from Beau-coup team before the 24 hours they promised. They were very understanding and refunded the full amount including shipping. Vicky also mentioned that she will work with her IT team to fix the situation mentioned below. Overall beau-coup made me feel very comfortable to keep doing business with them. A great way to reestablish trust by doing the right thing.

I ordered 72 sunglasses and they arrived on a timely manner but they were not engraved as shown on the website pictures. The website has 2 types of sunglasses they have for sale.
On the cheaper one, they include a picture of the plastic label that you peel and stick to the sunglasses. On the expensive one, there is no picture that shows the plastic label. I ordered the expensive one specifically so that I can avoid the plastic sticker peel. However when I received the glasses, there was a plastic sticker! I checked the website right after and then noticed a note that says assembly required. Links to both sunglasses pictures are at the bottom of this review.
I called customer service and voiced my concern but the customer care representative, Savanna was not very empathetic to my situation. I then spoke to her manager Vicky, who seemed to understand the situation but could not make a decision to take the items back for a full refund. I need to wait 24 business hours to get a response where I could be defended for the glasses but not for shipping and the label. What's the point of having the label and getting the sunglasses shipped if I won't be using the sunglasses?

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered the stemless wine glasses for my daughters shower they arrived 2 weeks ago. When I pulled them out it looked like they had No printing on them. But if you hold it up to the light you can barley see the printing. I have been working with Francis and was asked to send 4 emails with pictures 1 glass, glass with white napkin in it, glass taken in natural sunlight and then 4 glasses!
Then oh I see what you are saying? Then no response I had to call them and was told they sent it to the printing department and they are the color ordered? I said well then you should tell people if you order this color you have to drink milk out of the wine glass to see the print! I am still waiting for a supervisor to call me back? Obviously not going to happen! Sad and disappointed with something I was hoping to be a special touch and surprise for my daughter is not going to happen!

I ordered the 15 oz stemless wine glasses and gift boxes for my daughters baby shower. Upon arrival, 2 glasses were broken and there were also 3 gift box bows missing from the order. I contacted customer service who responded immediately that she had all my info and would send it to the fulfillment team. Then crickets! Not one word, not one replacement glass, not one bow.
I had originally paid extra for shipping insurance also. Don't waste your money folks! This is an unprofessional outlet, unfortunately. I forgot to mention that I allowed 2 weeks for a response or resolution before posting this review. Two weeks is more than sufficient time to resolve the issue and it still wasn't taken care of.

I designed cork coasters for my Dads 60th. The website said they would ship in 2-4 business days. 7 business days later I saw they had not shipped yet. I called and the rep was very nice. She contacted the vendor and then informed me that my order would not arrive by the needed date, this Saturday. I had to cancel the order and get a refund. I am really disappointed that I will not receive the coasters for the party.
The party is a few days away and that's not enough time to order from somewhere else. I wish I read the reviews first because I would have initially ordered them elsewhere.

My first experience w Beaucoup was when my ma Ordered some custom sweet16 one inch stickers for my bday but that arrived late Altho we paid for rush printing and etc. so that was disappointing and I thought I'd never use Beaucoup again despite their range of wonderful party favors, decorations and etc. However for my mother's 60th bday we decided to give Beaucoup another chance and we re really glad we did.
We purchased the 15oz stemless wine glasses and had some custom printing done on them. They were reasonably priced. Like 3-4$. When they arrived, a few were broken but after having spoken to customer service, they kindly replaced the broken glasses and were able to replace them in time for the bday celebration. Will be using Beaucoup again!

I used Beau-coup.com to order a vintage tent favor bag for a baby shower favor. Unfortunately, the bags I received are very cheap quality, tiny, and they do not stand up. They are NOTHING like the photo on their site with the bow and \white lace. The ribbon is too short to tie a bow, the lace design is laserjet grey, not white. The personal inscription is small and printed light so you can hardly read it.

I ordered favors for my daughters baby shower, they are the scalloped boxes, cute but the writing is light, I talked to customer service who is very nice and said I wanted to pay for new ones, maybe I ordered the wrong color. A few days later I got the response that the order was filled as ordered. I didn't want it for free but they said no, so bye bye, no more orders from me. I also had to glue gun the ribbon to the box since it doesn't stick and ill have to glue the box closed since they pop open. Cute but cheaply made for the price!

I was going to buy things in here yesterday when I overheard staff members discussing Trump. They were clearly fans as they were drooling over how "attractive" he and his wife are. First of all this is a HUGE mistake in business! Never discuss politics in front of customers! Then when they tried to engage a customer in this conversation they ended up trying to embarrass her when she disagreed! I will never shop here again. Completely disgusted at the level of ignorance and disrespect!

Do not purchase any products from this vendor. I ordered candy bags for a candy bar we are having for baby shower - the bags are cheap, tiny and the stickers are cheap laserjet printouts. The product comes on laserjet printouts with bags that probably cost them 3 cents total (aka self assembly). I spent $75 on these bags and feel so ripped off. I contacted the manager for a full refund; he refunded $25.
I can't imagine the headache had I spent more. The product is subpar and the manager uncooperative and rude. I am sending the bags back so they can throw them in the trash. I repeat - do not purchase from this vendor unless you want cheap products and bad service.

I found myself needing last minute party favors and was in such a rush that I didn't bother checking for reviews until after I placed my order. Naturally, the reviews I read made me VERY nervous - so I called Beaucoup's customer service and explained my fears as I had not received an ETA for the items ordered and needed them by 3 weeks time.
The rep (who was super sweet, understanding and helpful) was able to tell me that my order would most likely be shipped to me within a reasonable timeline and that I should be getting my items in time for my event. I was skeptical but hopeful. To my pleasant surprise, I get an email two weeks later telling me my order was scheduled for delivery the very next day.
I was so excited to receive my party favors in time and thrilled to discover that nothing had broken or even cracked during shipping. Overall, I would definitely order from beaucoup again. Had a terrific experience with them and I would certainly recommend.

I love this store! As a recently engaged gal, I found out they were hosting a bridal event and they had tons of merchandise for bachelorettes, weddings, bridal showers, new homes, etc. I ordered my wedding invitations, engagement party invitations, and housewarming invitations there. I also purchased decorations and gifts for my friends bachelorette and bridal shower there.
Many of the items are on the pricier end and can sometimes be found for cheaper elsewhere but I love supporting local businesses and I would hate for them to leave because of internet shopping.

DONT, DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I ordered personalized hershey kisses and after taking my money, I received an email that I needed to pay another $18.00 to ENSURE that they didn't arrive melted. Can you imagine. I have ordered chocolates before, and i have not been held hostage. Talk about bait and switch. I plan to pursue further legal action, let me know if anyone else is interested.
