Our wedding video exceeded my expectations. After searching through several vendors and watching styles, the drone footage from IQ immediately differentiated them. They captured our coastal wedding and the entire span of the property beautifully, and even more drone footage than I could have imagined showing the beauty of coastal Half Moon Bay. They even got candid moments from the drone beautifully.

The way they were able to capture our happiest moments up close where you can see how happy we were was also amazing. Ben in particular was amazing to work with and Alex was amazing with the fast video turnaround. I could go on and on about how happy we are with the final product - it feels very us and original and not cookie cutter at all which we love.

My wife and I were really struggling to find the right videographer for our wedding. Luckily we came across IQ Videography. IQ Videography was everything we hoped for! Alex is extremely professional and in our initial meeting, made us feel comfortable right off the bat. He really took into consideration all our requests for the wedding movie. We knew we could trust him!

The communication between us and Alex was excellent. When we would fill him on certain details for the wedding, he would reply almost instantly. We know how busy he is but was still on top of his communication which made us feel so much more at ease during a busy wedding season. The day of the wedding, he really let us be ourselves and did well with blending in to really capture genuine reactions.

I think this is extremely important to point out as it really made our experience so much more authentic and real! Alex really captured the whole day perfectly and let us be in the moment. When we received our wedding movie, we were extremely pleased with the outcome! The video was absolutely beautiful and really helped us recap the whole day in just a couple of minutes.

We hired IQ Videography for our wedding at SF city hall on 09/02/2021. We wanted someone who was experienced at city hall and knew when to capture the perfect moments. Alex and his team were there on time, very professional, and so fun to work with! He was also so quick to respond to my emails. My husband and I were pretty nervous at first but Alex made us feel comfortable from the beginning.

He captured our natural selves and how we love to smile and laugh that our video turned out exactly how we wanted it to be. We were crying all over again while watching the final edit and WOW, we were blown away! Alex even captured the raw moment of my father and I hugging which was very touching and means so much because he is currently battling stage 4 sarcoma cancer.

Alex Kohn did the Videography for my Wedding October 2020 and the video turned out AMAZING! I ended up not liking my wedding photos, I don't think I chose a great photographer (different company) so I am so glad that I at least have a beautiful video since the photographs didn't turn out well. The video honestly makes me cry. Alex showed up on time and was very quick at responding to my emails.

With the pandemic, Alex was understanding to my changed venue and made it work. Even though i had a small wedding of 20 people, Alex made it look grand! I also thought IQ Videographer prices were reasonable, I could have afforded more $$$ but it was great their prices weren't bad. The wedding went way longer than I thought and it was really nice of Alex to stand an extra hour and keep filming. He even made us a very cute Instagram video and gave us all the raw footage. I would definitely hire Alex and IQ Videography again.

Alex was great to work with for our wedding. He handled all of the logistical issues himself and provided all of his own equipment for our livestream, including the microphones. The quality of the video and audio was fantastic as well - our virtual guests had a wonderful experience over zoom. The edited copy of the video he sent afterwards too felt like we were back there again reliving the moment - it really spoke to the quality of what he captured. Without hesitation would recommend him!

We worked with Alex for our wedding in San Francisco. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Alex. We found IQ Videography here on Yelp and looking at the great reviews and their portfolio, I was really hoping that they had an availability for our wedding date, especially because we decided very last minute that we wanted a videographer. Our wedding was during Covid, and so that meant that our entire family back home would somehow want to participate remotely.

Given all these last minute requirements, I was so happy we found IQ Videography - Alex was really responsive over Yelp chat reachout and provided us with all the details we'd need including the packages and available options, which helped a lot with all the last minute anxiety. I cannot appreciate him enough for that. Talking to him really made us feel confident about the execution, he seemed to know every single minute detail.

On the day of the wedding, they set up a live stream for all our family back home and set up multiple cameras around where we were standing so they could get different angles of the couple. They also recorded the Zoom session so we could see all our guests and their reactions later on. This truly captured our day in its true essence. I can't recommend Alex and his team at IQ Videography enough! Our day was captured more beautifully than we ever could have hoped. Alex worked with us from Sunrise to Sunset (literally) and captured all the beauty of our elopement in Yosemite National Park. Alex is an amazing videographer and we were very lucky to have him shoot our wedding. Before the wedding, he was meticulous in learning all of the details of our wedding so that he knew how to plan the best shots. During the wedding, he is very easy to work with: when the wedding was in progress he captured the best moments, and when we had some down time, he grabbed us (the couple) and took candid shots.

I hired these guys for my wedding ceremony that was held at Muir Woods National Monument on June 21, 2019. I had never met them before (I'm from LA), but based off of their website and collection of photos and videos, I was impressed and decided to contact them. They arrived early to our destination (even though we were late hehe oops), and they were SO FUN to work with.

Very professional, very nice, and very funny; they were able to get us all to smile -- even my 20 month old daughter! They helped us decide what looked good and they even had our video ready two days before originally agreed. We showed their ceremony video at our reception, and the owner of the venue said, "I've seen thousands of wedding videos throughout my career, and this is the most beautiful I've ever seen" and there was not a dry eye in the house. I highly recommend them!

Alex is amazing! He's super professional and patient. We had IQVideography for our wedding at Hakone Gardens. Alex was so nice that he came 2-hours earlier to shoot wedding preparation and captured great family moments. Another thing I'd like to highlight, is that although the wedding wasn't in English, Alex was very professional & patient that he spent extra amount of time trying to understand the language, and edited a great hightlight for us. Alex has been incredibly patient and accommodating to us from the start. We shared a general sense of what we're hoping the video would look like, and Alex just took it from there and filled in the blanks. He has significant experience filming couples at the San Francisco City Hall, everything from knowing exactly which floor and which balcony will provide the best aesthetic to what time and day you will have the best luck in capturing a majestic shot of an empty city hall.

He was also very open to suggestions of filming in different locations to get the most interesting footage and flexible in editing videos to our exact liking. In terms of experience, knowledge, and videography skills, Alex proved to be the perfect choice. We were so thrilled by our wedding video. It's an added bonus that he's been so wonderful and easy to work with.

I have never sourced for videographers before and I was given very limited direction and it didn't help they weren't clear either. They were telling me it was an interview but called it a b-roll shoot and I didn't know any better, so I was trying to find videographer to do a b-roll interview. Alex never showed his frustration like another person that I found through Yelp, instead Alex remained cool and patience with me and never advised my ask weren't clear.

Out of the seven videographers I sourced, he was the best one and the most professional. I had a lot riding on this project, since the Lead person on this project wouldn't been very happy and I definitely didn't want to upset her. I was super worried when I found out Alex wasn't doing the interview himself. But Alex sent Ben to do the recording and I know the clients were super happy with Ben.

Long story short, Alex was extremely great to work with and he never came back and said that's not my job or I am not getting paid to do that. He always came back with solutions, like when I asked to see if he has a transcriber for the interview, he didn't just say No and period. He said no, but you can check out these sites for transcription services. He is seriously amazing, and I cannot recommend him enough. Super professional and patience. I highly recommend him for corporate projects and not just weddings!

I am so happy that I ended up getting a videographer for our wedding. Alex was great to work with and extremely professional. He sent us a highlight video within a week after our wedding and had our final video to us soon after. The final video blew us out of the water and the editing was absolutely amazing! Alex and his team are the most patient and professional team we have encountered. Our wedding wasn't easy with over 950 people they stuck by us and kept the flow going. When we needed them they were there for us and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Let's begin with this, if possible, I would give Alex and his team 6 stars instead of 5! My wife and I first saw Alex's work from our friends' wedding and were amazed by his work with the videos and camera skills. It wasn't until then when we had our first meeting with Alex to realize how great a guy he really is! Alex is really professional, responsive to emails and phone calls and ssuuuuppperrrr fun and easy to work with.

Despite having our wedding at a venue that Alex did not shoot at before (Ruby Hill Golf Course), our videos came out amazing and it was as if he's shot at the venue 100 times before. Alex is truly a master and a wizard with his camera! We are very lucky to have our beautiful videos and can watch them years down in the future and still replay the day with every little detail.
