Mr Balloon

I contacted over 5 balloon businesses to request for helium tank rental. Mr Balloon is by far the best business to work with. Arrangement to pick up and drop off the helium tank is very easy and convenient. Since I have limited experience on blowing up balloons, I truly appreciate John taking the time to instruct me on using the adapter to blow up mylar balloons. I recommend Mr. Balloon for all your balloon needs because he goes above and beyond customer satisfaction.

Such an amazing company! It's was super easy to get a quote for delivery and to get the delivery set up. My phone rep was nice, straight with prices, and quick to answer any questions I had. Overall I would def. use them again!

Fantastic! I called Mister Balloon and within two hours, a balloon bouquet was delivered to the hospital and made one little girl very happy. As her mom said "what a beautiful room brightener". Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for the prompt, professional service!

Wow such a joke. I called for an arrangement of balloons witch was told could be delivered. Then when I called back he said that it couldn't be done on a Sunday. I even had to call from a different number cause he wouldn't answer my previous calls. Then when I spoke with him, he said shit happens it's a Sunday. A poor lack of character with a horrible work ethic.

No process put in place with least bit of concern for his business at all. I was disgusted with his service, lack of respect and his customer service. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

I was very happy with the customer service and product from Mister Balloon. I selected this company from out of town based on prior positive reviews and its location. Jon immediately replied to my initial inquiry with all the information I had requested. He sent me pictures, and made it easy to order and pay for his services from afar. The balloons were delivered on time and as promised (even better than promised because Jon added several extra balloons to complete the look). The balloons lasted through our entire event and for at least two days afterward. I found Jon to be very knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. Thank you!

I've used this service before and everything went as planned. However, I called John last night and he assured me that he would be able to provide balloons for a Halloween party I am throwing today. We were in communication all day and then he sent me an email and said he was unable to locate balloons and that he would not be able to do it. This all sounds fine, however when I called him to ask him about the last minute cancellation he said I was last minute (which may be true but didn't seem to be an issue last night) and then yelled and me and said I am done with you! I'm no longer working with you!

And rudely hung up the phone on me. I am a very reasonable person and was totally offended that someone who I gave given business to in then past and someone who had assured me everything would work smoothly today would be so rude to me. the way he handled himself not only was immature and rude but then put me in a last minute bind. Definitely never using him again!

I had a really positive experience with Mister Balloon. My communication with Jon was easy breezy- he was flexible and very responsive to my emails, even on a Sunday. The balloons were delivered on time for a bachelorette party and they looked great. Pricing was $27 each for large metallic letter balloons and $2 each for standard 12 solid balloons + delivery.

This guys sounds like a complete SCAM ARTIST! Wish I didn't have to give him a single star. I wonder how many people he has already ripped off without them even knowing. I called this place to get pricing on different types of balloons to have delivered and spoke with an older guy who happens to be the same guy on the voicemail recording so I assume he is the owner.

First I asked him the pricing for 50 foil mylar balloons to be filled and delivered to a residence. He told me the total for one mylar balloon it would be $7 each. The website says the mylar balloons are $1.49 each. I then ask him how much the latext balloons would cost to be filled and delivered. He told me $2.00 each for 50 balloons plus $25. delivery.

I asked if there was anything special they did to the balloons to make them float longer etc and said no that was not necessary. So with that being said, I know there was no extra cost for that. When I tried to ask him why there was such a massive price difference in two types of balloons he proceeded to tell me that because the mylar were more expensive to make.

I said I can understand that, but you aren't making them. He then says the factory makes them(Obviously). At this point he is going in circles trying to convince me that the reason the pricing is so much higher is because it cost more to make them. Then he tries to tell me because the material of the balloon is more expensive(Sir you aren't making them, the factory is as you explained).

I explain that he is not making any sense(as polite as I can) and after about a good 9 minutes of this back and forth with him, all I wanted to know is where the extra $5.51 was going towards. He then tried to compare how he prices to how Party City prices which is not the same and he still make zero sense. Party City is cut and dry. I could not get an answer out of him to save my life.

In the end he tells me and I quote "You want an answer to where the extra money goes? It is what it is", and he hung the phone up on me. The worst customer service EVER. Extremely rude, condescending and tried to rip me off. There are many other places that sell balloons who don't try to rip people off. I would go elsewhere as I intend to do.

Mister Balloon Rocks he got me out of a huge jam on a Sunday morning let me come to his house to get a tank of helium to keep my customers happy. Thank you so much MISTER BALLOON!

John was fantastic! I called from California to have a balloon bouquet delivered to a casino for my granddaughter's 21st birthday. He was so helpful and friendly that I knew I had the perfect person to fulfill this birthday request. Yay!

John was great. I called him to ask him some weird questions about stuff we need for a trade show in Vegas, and he was helpful, and gave me some great advice! Sadly, my vision is not feasible due to the global helium shortage, but he had some great suggestions for other ideas to try.
