Event Rents gave us the perfect finishing touches to the decor at our wedding reception dining tables! We ordered royal blue table runners and linen napkins to add a touch of our wedding colors at each place setting, which turned out beautifully. I would like to give a special shoutout to Mike Wheeler! Mike was amazing to work with - he was always attentive, responsive, and personable, and made sure we were happy with the items we ordered.
We were also pleased that the day after our wedding, Event Rents picked up our rentals from our venue for no additional charge due to an event they had at our venue the following day! We contacted Mike at Event Rents for our son's wedding rehearsal brunch near Colorado Springs. He was very responsive and flexible, and he accepted many changes up to the last minute (due to Covid) with professionalism and without complaint. Everything was delivered on time and in order, and the brunch was beautiful as a result. We highly recommend.

Barry and the other people he worked with treated us fantastic! We ended up canceling because of Covid, but Barry and event rants were kind and helping and settling the matter. We plan on going to event rents for all of Our rentals from now on. We host mini barbecues and small rodeos and because of Mary's kindness we will use their company for the rest of our time.

As a planner, I've worked with event rents for the last 7 years. So when it was time for my wedding day, I knew exactly who to call. They are SO reliable, on time, everything with the order is always accurate, they are easy to work with, have a huge team to back them that are friendly and responsive (especially Mike, Maria or anyone you get) and have high quality items.
My wedding venue was in the middle of nowhere and they came out for a site tour to ensure that everything ran smoothly. HIGHLY recommend! Asked for a wedding proposal on a tent rental. Mike came out to the house. He measured everything and promised to email a proposal. We never received it (that was March 28). After 3 days of waiting we called Butler Rents. They came out the next day and we had the proposal a couple days later. The tent was done. Then my son, his fiance and I went out to Butler Rents this past week and we were shown the wood tables, chairs, what was needed for the bar since we had such good customer service from them.
In the end, the money is going to Butler Rents. I don't know why Mike didn't get back with us. Maybe he didn't think we were serious or what. But it cost the company a customer.

My partner and I recently wed and our wedding planner spoke so highly of Event Rents that we felt safe in giving them our business; he was right! We rented a number of the Edison whitewash tables and they were so clean and sturdy that it was almost a shame to cover them in linen. Everything we ordered was just perfect and they even set things up for us! The young men that delivered everything were so helpful and sweet. Events Rents made our special day all the more special. Five stars.

I hate to write a bad review, but I feel as though I should. My sister is getting married next year and had reached out via e-mail to get a quote for a tent and dance floor rental, they never responded. So I then called to inquire about rentals. They told me someone would call to give me the quote in one to two days. I never heard from them, so I called yet again and they said they would e-mail me the quote later that day.
Never heard from them. I understand being busy, but this is just ridiculous. Hopefully they don't treat all their inquiring costumers this way. Needless to say we found a different company who has been very responsive.

Well definitely DON'T work here. First time working with this company today and one of the crew chiefs came up to me and told me I belong in the kitchen cooking and cleaning dishes. while the other co workers were being huge jerks towards me. They were also talking badly in Spanish about my friend and I thinking we couldn't understand. Everybody needs work and I was out there busting my ass trying to make money to pay my bills and he just had to come say that to me for some reason. I've never had anyone disrespect me like that and coming from a so called "boss?" I don't think so. I'll be making further action with this situation because I'm not the only female that's had to put up with comments like that.

I got married in September at Cielo at Castle Pines; they require you to use vendors off there approved vendors list, so this is how I ended up using Events Rents. They supplied the silverware, linen and serving pieces for my reception. The cost to rent the china and serving pieces was asinine, but I can't blame them for that since in the event industry (especially weddings), everything costs way more than it's actually worth.
They had a good selection of table linen at a variety of price points and I was able to find 3 different colors in linens for my dinner tables, accent tables, and wedding party tables. I was initially pleased with my table linens. However, the day of my wedding when the tables were being set-up, one of my bridesmaids pointed out to me how sloppy they all looked.
I was busy getting ready for the ceremony, but I peaked at them and they looked horribly wrinkled and tacky. My maid-of-honor pointed it out to the crew and they assured her that they would be steamed and straightened before the wedding. My contact at Events Rents was Maria. Unfortunately, they were never fixed. Every single one of my main tables and accent tables had linens that were wrinkled and creased all over.
The length of linens used on some of the side tables was not the proper size and were just left hanging there, they didn't bother to try and tuck them in or anything. When I got my wedding pictures back, I was horrified. The wrinkled, sloppy linens made my tables look cheap- and they definitely were not. I've included a few pictures to show.
If a company is going to charge this much for table linens and china, they can at least take the time to steam them and place them properly on the tables. Thanks to Events Rents for making my wedding tables look like total crap! They should be ashamed for charging me anything, considering how bad they look. ***UPDATE*** After reading this review and seeing the pictures, the owner reached out to my Mom (since she's the one who paid for the linens) and was not only extremely apologetic but also refunded her money. This level of service and the fact that the owner did everything to make it right, would make me consider using this company again.

Event Rents went above and beyond for me. All of the people that I spoke with on the phone were super friendly and made everything really easy. I wanted to rent a dance floor for our wedding as well as table linens. Ten minutes after I put my order in, I got a phone call from Event Rents telling me that they had run out of outdoor dance floors, and they were very sorry.
I unfortunately had waited until the last minute (3 weeks prior to the wedding) so it was kind of expected. I didn't want to pay the $85.00 delivery/pick-up fee just for 12 tablecloths and no dance floor, so I decided I would cancel my order. Instead the guys at Event Rents called their distributors and found another dance floor for me on very short notice.
The dance floor was set up well before I even got to the venue, and they picked everything up the next day, and I didn't have to worry about a thing. I would definitely use their services again.
