I wish I could give this place 0 stars! They ordered my dress in the wrong size and did absolutely nothing to try to make up for it, and since there is no time to order the dress in the correct size, I will have to pay for the massive alterations. Bonnie was extremely passive aggressive and rude. Never shop here! I would never recommend this place.

Absolutely cannot say enough good things! I really had not planned on finding my wedding dress since I really didn't know what I was looking for and I had just started looking. I just knew I wanted something more casual. I was not at all pressured about anything. I found THE dress as we were preparing to leave. We made an appointment to come back the next day to look at bridesmaid dresses.

I had picked one that I thought might work. When we got there, Bonnie had pulled a couple of dresses she thought we might like. Of course, the one I picked SO didn't work. The one she picked? PERFECT! My ladies are all different ages and sizes so I expected things to be very difficult. Bonnie made everything so easy! We had a no stress experience and the prices were amazing! Each dress is under $250 and that is with a rush. So happy we stopped in there! (No pics until after the wedding. Sorry)

My experience started off well but ended leaving me feeling disrespected and pushed out the door. I arrived on time for my appointment and worked with Lisa to determine what style dresses I may like. She encouraged us to look, and chose some for me to try as well. I only was able to select two or three that I liked, while she picked out many more.

I wasn't sure what style I was looking for, as I am new to wedding dresses and this was only my second time looking. I was happy she found some for me as she is far more experienced than I am in this, but I felt pushed rather than allowed to look on my own. I liked some of the dresses I tried on and after a while I found two I really, truly loved.

I mentioned a detail about one I didn't like and Lisa told me to just "ignore it" even though it was a major part of the dress (a seam across the thighs) and made my concerns feel unheard and meaningless. I tried on another dress that she complimented me on, I liked it but I didn't LOVE it the way I really liked a few others. When I did find two I loved, she insisted I didn't like it as much as one she chose and constantly talked about.

Then when I made it clear I preferred two others, she shut down and stopped answering my questions or engaging with me for the remainder of the dressing. Once I made it clear I didn't like a dress she did, and she wasn't getting the sale on that dress, she seemed to stop caring about me as her customer. I also showed her some styles I liked from my first shopping experience, and she seemed angry that we talked about it, after she asked for our input and research.

I left feeling hurt and my mom and friend also felt disrespected. I would have bought THE dress that day, and considered going back for a second fitting just to be sure. After reminiscing on my experience, I will be moving forward somewhere else. I hope this feedback can provide some positive outcomes for future appointments and result in happier endings for other brides.

This boutique was recommended to me by a family member. My daughter and i went here and the experience was perfect. The consultant listened to what style dress my daughter was interested in and worked so hard finding the perfect dress, we said yes to the dress. The experience was professional and down to earth. Got my mom's bridesmaids dresses here and my ex-sis n laws bridesmaids dresses here. They have a great selection and have great prices. I cannot wait to start looking for my wedding dress! This will be my first stop!

I ordered my wedding dress here, after weeks of shopping at other stores. There are such nice folks working here. Bonnie, the associate helping me, was lovely. She was patient, listened to what I was looking for and helped me find other styles of dresses that I hadn't tried before. My appointment was on a week day and the store was quiet. Bonnie was very thorough when reviewing my special order and made sure I understood what I was paying for. The selection of dresses is really nice. Less than you will find at David's Bridal, but the quality is much nicer. I highly recommend this shop.

I had a great experience shopping for and buying my dress at Images of Racine. I've been working with Bonnie, who has always been professional and has the patience of a saint. I shopped at several other stores, Eva's Bridal, four different David's in IL, WI & IA and came back to Images - where I found the perfect dress for my September wedding. I would advise however, the area where you can show your dress to you family/friends is on the small side, so be sure to let them know how many will be with you when trying on dresses. It can get a bit cramped, but otherwise a great experience. I'm going for my fitting and alterations next -

My daughter found her wedding dress here on the first day of shopping. She had a designer in mind, although they did not have that one in store the sales team found a different designer that was amazing on her. The ladies were so great we went midweek during the day and literally had the entire store to ourselves. These ladies were always accommodating every time we visited.

The wedding was in Jamaica, they took care every detail for the trip and transporting the dress. The guys also got the tuxedos there as well. I have been in this store on other occasions and did find that the ladies were as helpful, but on this occasion, they went above and beyond and only enhanced the bridal experience for my daughter.

I wish I could give them a big fat zero! what an awful experience I had. the sales woman Bernie who came to "help" us was a complete and total B. Just the most aloof pretentious snob I have ever encountered in sales. I live next to a neighborhood in Boston where people are known for their money and their attitudes. I often shop the local boutiques and I have NEVER experienced so snotty a person in customer service.

I was in town visiting my grandmother so we drove up in her very old Buick and casual clothes. The lady took one look at us, decided we were a waste of time and proceeded to be awful. You'd have thought we walked into Neiman Marcus wearing sweatpants. Such a big attitude for such a tiny third rate store. Don't waste your time or money here. If you want to be treated kindly go elsewhere!
