How long have you been designing? Kathy Faber has been designing bridal and eveningwear for 26 years and she has established clients throughout the East Coast. She designs to fit not only a woman's figure, but also her personality so that each client feels beautiful and confident in her one-of-a-kind Kathy Faber Design.

My mother had an EXTREMELY NEGATIVE experience with this establishment. My mother decided she wanted to have a custom-made dress for my wedding. Kathy designed and made a dress for my mother and it came out horrible. When we voiced our concerns to Kathy, both her and her assistant Brittany were rude. They even lied to us by claiming that they sent a sample of the fabric to us prior to making the dress.
We never received this sample or a phone call from Kathy when the fabric came in. Kathy finally agreed to make a new dress for my mother since the first one she made was beyond unacceptable. Well guess what, the second dress that she made was just as bad! When my mother showed up for her fitting, Kathy was 45 minutes late to the appointment. Kathy didn't even have the decency to apologize for being so late.
The quality of Kathy's work was horrendous and not worth the money that my mother paid. If you are looking for a quality dress and to be treated with respect, don't step foot in this store.

Kathy designed my gown for the Make-A-Wish gala which turned out to be the easiest process ever! I went to her after my aunt who volunteers at the gala told me she'd been going to Kathy for years to get her looks. There is a selection of fabrics at the store I was able to look through right there as well as swatches so I could select base fabrics & color.
She had several laces already in stock I loved then Kathy held each up and draped it so I could get a feel for the real thing. When my fitting came it took 15-20 minutes, I tried on shoes and Kathy marked my hem. I got a gorgeous necklace/earring/bracelet set from her as well which was nice because I didn't have to go searching somewhere else for my bling!
If you aren't sure, yes, she does have a beautiful selection of gowns already in stock that you can buy but I had this idea in my head before going to her that I wanted brought to life!
