Wedding Boutique

My friend and I were all kinds of last minute picking out/ordering our bridesmaid gowns. Ashley was AMAZING! She helped us pick out beautiful dresses that suited our individual body types and made sure we got the best bang for our buck. There was an issue with shipping (NOT The Wedding Boutique's fault) and Ashley made sure to get on the proper people so I had my dress in time.

I wound up LOVING my dress and feeling super confident in it. Ashley is awesome! I definitely enjoyed the customer service and her knowledge in helping me select. She's super sweet. Go see her for all your bridal needs. Plus the shop is super cute and the decor is beautiful.

I had a wonderful bridal appointment today 3/12/2022 at 3pm, with Ashley and her co worker both or them were very inviting and welcomed me into the boutique, Ashley and her Co worker were very helpful the whole duration of my appointment and really took their time with me which I greatly appreciated. Also they both helped me realize a style of dress that I never would have thought to get but I just LOVED the dress I bought from there, they both overall were a great team and I would recommend them to anyone!

The dresses here are a lot more unique than most in the area. Ashley was wonderful! She was very pleasant and accommodating, despite my hectic situation.

I RECEIVED Personalized, friendly assistance with the purchase of a gown.

I had set up an appointment as instructed on the website, got a confirmation email and a reminder email about the appointment the day of. Went to the location, which appeared to be closed and waited outside for 20 minutes. No one ever came by to open the store for our scheduled appointment. Three other groups had showed up trying to get in and waited for some time while we were waiting.

It's really unprofessional to run a business requiring appointments, confirming said appointments, sending reminders to clients, and then not showing up or reaching out to your customers.

Not only is this shop super cute, but the owners are SO friendly and welcoming! Ashley has such a terrific eye for which dresses brides are looking for. Shopping/trying on wedding dresses at smaller boutiques like this truly makes the experience so much more personal and enjoyable. My sister ended up saying yes to the PERFECT dress. Ashley had great customer service she was very patient and knowledgeable. We talked for a while and had a lot in common. She helped me find a beautiful headband and earrings/necklace set for my wedding! I will be back to look for my baby shower dress!

Beautiful dress and good customer service If you are looking for an affordable dress, people that actually help you find it, and nice dresses this is the place for you! I bought my dress and they had it ready in 1 day. I did not have the need to even look in other places, this place was just great!

The store in the Rodney village shopping center I've been going there for some years now, and never had a problem with the man that works there but today this woman comes over and is standing there watching me and my daughters like we going to steal or something. As Im taking dresses off the mannequin to see how long they are on me she comes and tells me not to take them off.excuse me how am I supposed to see how they fit. Never again you lost a customer
