Mary at Plano Florist has done both of my daughters' weddings. The flowers were absolutely beautiful! We received so many compliments from the guest who were very willing to take the centerpieces home at the end of the event! Mary is easy to work with, her prices are reasonable and she was committed to making sure she met all of our expectations! Can't imagine using anyone else!

Our school staff received many beautiful flower arrangements Valentine's Day from 2 very kind families who purchased the arrangements from Plano Florist. The flowers are not only fragrant, but perfect and at peak freshness. The stained glass vase complimented the arrangement nicely along with a string of heart lights. What a very nice gift-feeling appreciated and loved! Fantastic work Plano Florist-keep it up!

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for a funeral service from the website but called into the actual florist to verify size etc. Sherry was helping with my order which she was very helpful. I asked to receive a picture of the arrangement BEFORE it was to be delivered (because we added more flowers to it and supposedly a different vase was to be used because we wanted it bigger) well, time went by and never received a photo so I called the florist and Mary answered and she obviously did not review Sherry's notes from me (the customer) Mary was not professional at all, she was not sympathetic to me (the customer) things she said were very unprofessional in my opinion. We wanted to use a local florist and this was my first choice and first time using Plano Florist, needless to say, this will be the last time.

I've used Plano florist for the last few years for anniversaries and just because. I've always appreciated the reminder every year of our anniversary and to do business with them. This year when Sherry called I lost cell phone connection mid conversation. I didn't feel a need to call back after work as I have other plans this year. Sherry decided to call me a few days later saying how "I chose to hang up on her" Sherry have you not had a cell phone drop a call? Yes Sherry stop badgering me for business and take your assumptions elsewhere. As I will take my business elsewhere Pic of voicemail she left me.

Mary and her team are super sweet! A friend lost her father recently and I went into the shop and picked up a green plant. Mary took it to the back add fluff and shined it up perfectly. Thankful for the extra effort they take in making deliveries go smoothly. I love to support this family owned business!

This shop owner was horrible. I went in there for less than 6 minutes and she didn't wear a mask! She then proceeded to tell me "she got tested" and I wore a mask, so I am fine". Hey lady, it doesn't work that way- I am protecting you by wearing a mask, you didn't protect me. Covid is real and wear a mask to protect others. How can people be so careless?

False advertising of "contactless delivery" with no mask. We have used Plano Florist off and on for several years as well as received deliveries many times. We have always been happy with the product and delivery. Unfortunately, I am having trouble shaking my concern about how a delivery of balloons for my son was handled this week and the lack of response when I sent a message to the shop about my concerns.
My son was quarantining at home after possible exposure to four cases of Covid-19 in his school group. We knew his grandmother would be sending him balloons today for his birthday so expected a delivery but assumed the delivery person would be wearing a mask and leave them on the porch for contactless delivery as all other deliveries have been done over the past several months.
When I opened the door, I was surprised to see the delivery person holding the balloons just outside the door while not wearing a mask rather than setting them on the porch and backing up a bit for contactless delivery. Since he really seemed to need to hand them to me directly, I asked him to wait a moment and then was further surprised when I returned in mask to have him act insulted and talk about how HE was safe because he had been tested.
I realize that masks and Covid have become a political issue for some people so tend to shy away from such discussions. However, as I have thought about this encounter, I realized that he could be putting other customers in danger when handing items directly to people without mask protection not knowing the health status of the other person. I am especially concerned that my message to the shop about the situation seemed to have been ignored with no response 4 days later.

Oh my gosh, call Mary! She was fantastic. I live out of state and wanted to send a very special arrangement to a very good friend on a milestone birthday! She not only made it happen, she really went above and beyond to make sure my friend was surprised. What a kind person. Thank you for taking such good care!

My fiance ordered a beautiful arrangement for my birthday. I can't speak to the ordering process as he placed the order. I know he spent close to $100, with delivery. The arrangement was big and beautiful, but sadly did not last long at all. It was delivered on Friday and before the weekend was over some of the flowers had started to die. While the arrangement was mainly filled with greenery, the majority of the flowers did not make it past a few days. I was impressed with the product when it arrived but quite disappointed with how quickly it fizzled out.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my daughter's birthday. I mentioned during the phone call that I wanted to make the order special, and upgraded the cost from $55 to $80. I requested they add blue to the photo of flowers I selected, , and we agreed on both delphinium and hydrangea. When the order arrived, it was disappointing. There were two sparse delphinium stems (we had not agreed on how many there would be), and 1 huge disproportionately large hydrangea.
The rest of the arrangement was inartfully done, and was not at all impressive. The shop manager or designer agreed that the hydrangea was stuck into the side of the arrangement, and even agreed that it looked a bit lopsided. I would have expected a flower designer to spot this and change the look before the product went out as it did. As I was not there to see the hydrangea or delphinium, I would have expected the designer to determine proportion and aesthetics.
I would have expected them to use more if the flowers were as sparse as they were.fill in the gaps. Pride did not seem to be a part of the work. I was told they "followed the recipe" which was for 5 roses, 2 lilies, 2 daisies, and 2 astromeria. I was told they gave me 3 lilies, 4 daisies, and 3 astromeria.but the vase was not full, except the side with the oversized hydrangea ($10). Overall, the product looked like I picked the flowers from my garden and didn't know what to do with them.
Apparently the "recipe" instructions didn't include directions for reviewing the final product for aesthetics, proportion, or fullness. The order for the flowers, delivered, with 2 balloons and taxes, was over $110. It looked like a grocery store bouquet that would sell for $25-35 at most. Very disappointed. I will not give my repeat business to this shop.

The best florist I've ever purchased flowers from. I absolutely love how fast and friendly they were. I wanted to send some flowers to my aunt who was grieving from the loss of her husband and Plano florist really outdid themselves. The guy who delivered also saluted the picture before giving it to my family who was also in the military. They all cried and shared a special moment. Everyone thought it was the nicest. Not to mention they made the most beautiful bouquet of flowers. Beautiful fresh flowers!

Thank you thank you thank you! The Flowers and the arrangements came out amazing and so beautiful just as I envisioned it. Not only were the flowers spectacular, the service provided was unmatchable. They even opened the doors for me on a holiday weekend that they closed just so I can pick up my arrangements for my engagement party. I will definitely be using them again, and if anyone needs flowers or arrangements I highly recommend Mary and her crew at Plano Florists.
