Not plus size friendly is an understatement. I walked in with my mother. I wear about an 18/20. and inquired about making an appt for a fitting. The girl took one look at me and said "We don't carry your size" and walked off. No explanation, no tact, no decent human interaction, nothing. If you're a larger size and especially struggle with body image issues, stay far away from this place.

Unfortunately I would not recommend this store. Customer service dreadful. The woman helping me try on dresses made me feel uncomfortable and made some extremely rude and tasteless comments towards me. I will never step a foot in this place again. Cringe.

I just picked up my altered bridesmaid dress from Dior and cannot be more pleased. The turnaround time was great, the price was fair, and the service was impeccable. Thank you Dior!

Riley was amazing. She listened to what my daughters likes and dislikes were, was great helping her try on dress after dress until she found the perfect dress for her. She explained the whole after process to us, highly recommended!

Shell was AMAZING! She took the time to figure out what I likes and found me the perfect dress that I wouldn't have tried on on my own. She is SO detail oriented she knew what I wanted before I did. Can't recommend her enough!

I bought my wedding dress from here. This place has an assortment of beautiful dresses. A little pricey, however, they have a great layaway plan. The staff is professional, the only issue I have is trying to getting through, the phone just rings or goes to voice-mail.

Kristi! Kristi! Kristi! Go see Kristi when you make an appointment with this store! So I found out about this store on Google and made an appointment to try on Wedding Dresses. Soon as I opened the door, there was a Board with all the names of the Bridal Appointment's on there. That was so sweet and added such a nice touch making me feel like a Special Bride seeing my name written on their Board. Kristi was my Stylist and greeted my Mother and I in such a friendly and helpful way that made me immediately feel comfortable.

She already had some dresses in mind for me to try on based on our conversation on the phone which impressed me. I also liked how clean and presentable the store was because not all of them are. Kristi proceeded to help me pick out some dresses to try on while getting a feel of what style I liked. She made the process fun and exciting as finding a Wedding Dress can be overwhelming.

Every dress I tried on I loved and I loved that Kristi remained honest with me about which one looked the best. She was super knowledgeable about the Bridal Business and gave me some great advice on how to go about the whole process. Even though there was a dress that I really liked there and had all intentions on purchasing, I still had more Bridal Appoointments to go to and wanted to be sure. Kristi also stayed within my budget so I appreciated her for that.

I can tell you I've been to several Bridal Salons, but this store offered the best customer service! I wanted to come back just to give them the business because I truly appreciated everything. So for all the Brides out there looking for a store to find your dream dress at, I highly recommend Dior Bridal Salon. They truly have something for everyone!

I am in the middle of having a terrible experience with them. I showed them the colors I was looking for. The lady cut samples out and stapled them on a card and wrote the wrong names down. I had no clue until one of my bridesmaids came later and was looking at a different color swatch book. I would've had dark purple dresses instead of pink and blush!

They did not apologize once! In fact, they said oh you gave us the wrong color? I said no, YOU gave me the wrong color and I showed her the swatch she gave me with HER handwriting. OK, so no big deal, it was caught. Now they are making my ladies purchase dresses that are way over sized. Just so they can charge another $125 for alterations. I had a few girls try on dresses from the same designer but in the size they wanted to order and in the size the store wanted them to order.

Every person except for one did not need the size they recommended, I also asked about the refund policy and was told I could get a refund as long as the dresses haven't been ordered. One of my bridesmaids was told under no circumstances will we be refunded once a deposit is paid. Also, I had a second appoint for the few ladies that couldn't make the original appointment and the workers there were completely non existent until it was time to pay of course.

I had to go find my own clips to help my girls try on dresses! Just not the type of attention (or lack thereof) I would expect from a place that plays an important role in the wedding planning. Hopefully we are able to get our money back or we are able to turn this into a positive experience. I would prefer not to have to go somewhere else

I got my wedding dress altered here and it fell apart. The shoulders straps had to be taken in but there are beads across the straps so I brought the dress to what I thought was a professional because it would have to be re-beaded. It looked fine but a couple weeks later I went to try it on and the beads had all fallen out. The beads were never secured, the seamstress just cut the straps and left the beads and strings hanging.

This wasn't a simple mistake because the other strap was falling apart too. I had to spend 5 hours searching for all the beads that fell and re-bead it myself. It doesn't look as nice as it's supposed to but there's no way I'm letting them touch my dress again. I went back and talked to the owner and she shrugged her shoulders and didn't seem phased by it.

She refunded me the money for the alteration but offered no other compensation for my now ruined $2000 dress and the hours I spent fixing it and stressing out. It could have easily fallen apart on my wedding day. If you want a professional go somewhere else.

I wish i could give this place 50 stars. Kristi was amazing to work with! I tried on about 13 dresses, and she was very helpful and patient the entire 2 hour appointment. She was never pushy or tried to pressure me into buying a dress that same day, she wanted me to love whatever dress i chose no matter how long that took. She was great at making sure I never felt too overwhelmed too.

I ended up buying the first one i tried on because I truly felt like it was MY dress! The owner was very kind and welcoming as well, and both were very helpful in getting my measurements and walking us through the ordering process. The prices are very reasonable on dresses and accessories. Dior has a huge selection of dresses, veils and bridal party dresses too. I ended up ordering my veil and bridesmaid dresses from them too! Overall i had the greatest experience at Dior and can't recommend them enough!

Such money hungry people. They made me feel like a second class citizen. For months I'd go back and forth to them for certain reasons bc I did end up purchasing my dress from them and I regret it so much. I wish I wouldnt have spent thousands of dollars on their services or dress. I dealt with Barbara who is a straight up diva (the owner). I dealt with many different people there, there wasn't any organization in regards to that.

I felt like every time I asked for anything small or big, I'd be paying triple for mediocre work. Anything I asked for was a huge deal and I'd find myself reaching for my wallet every time I was there. They had me in tears at least three times over their lack of communication and made me feel like I was doing everything last minute therefore everything had to be rushed to be delivered aka more money to bring things in from China for faster shipping.

I wouldn't recommend anything from this place. You should be treated like someone that matters especially when you're paying thousands of dollars for your big day. I spent a good 4.5k on a dress that was priced 1.9k bc I added a veil and sleeves. And when I'd want to comment on price they'd all tell me that it was last minute even though my wedding was literally in four-five months. The dress took two weeks to ship, the veil was the same amount. If you're not willing to work with people of different races and ethnicity, then don't.

I had heard great things about this salon, recommendations from respected friends. However, I had a terrible experience. As soon as the consultant heard my price range she instantly made me feel cheap. Instead of bringing me discount dresses to try (all gowns there are above $1500 by the way) she marched myself, mom and sister up to the pathetic clearance rack.

Instead of encouraging me to try things on the main floor for reference she pulled the two dresses she thought would go on sale, with an attitude. She acted like she was better than us the entire time. Poor service, negative attitude and lots of judgement. If you want those things.by all means.go to Doir!

I decided to check this place out between meetings one afternoon during the work 2 weeks ago. I had come here a decade ago and bought my first wedding dress from here and recalled it being a decent enough experience. I figured I could look around if no one was able to wait on me and help me try anything on. I browsed through the dresses on the first floor and didn't see anything lightweight for a warm destination wedding.

The older woman with short brown hair helped me and put a dress into a room for me. She apologized for not being able to dedicate all of her attention to me and handed me off to a younger woman, Lena, whom I realized I had spoken to on the phone with. She seemed put off and agitated having to abruptly stop whatever she was doing to help me suddenly.

The younger woman took me upstairs and put dresses into a fitting room upstairs and I told her I had my coat and things in the room downstairs. She said they are fine and didn't suggest I get them or grabbing them herself and only got them when she had to grab the one dress in the downstairs room with my coat so could try them on. The woman asked me when I was getting married and I told her next month, she told me I would not have enough time to order a dress at all and would have to buy something off the rack.

She asked very accusatory why I had waited so long and I told her I had only gotten engaged 4 days ago. She asked if either my fiance or I had kids, I said he had a son. She asked if I got along with the son and I said we do, she said that's good. She asked if we want kids and I said we do. She made me feel like she was grilling me out of anger or bitterness or some reason or rational for our rushed wedding.

She complained that my hair kept getting in her way to help me get the dresses on. I felt as if this woman with the long brown hair and purple sweater and tall boots was just bitter and angry that she wasn't the one getting married at all and had to help women that are loved and wanted by someone. She said she had only been with Dior a few months and I thought to myself that I don't see her being there another month or more since she's such an insecure and unpleasant employee and person.

The last visit with this harsh and mean young woman left a rather bad taste in my mouth and I left and decided I had to find a dress elsewhere and would under no circumstances give this woman or Dior my money at all. Dress shopping and wedding prep should not make you feel like a jerk for wanting to get married sooner and sorry for angry people for not having someone that loves them at all. She needs to be mentored and coached and admonished on what it takes to be a good customer service rep or advocate, she's clearly deficient in people skills.

I've been to several bridal salons and Dior has been the best experience with an amazing selection of wedding dresses. They also carry bridesmaids dresses, and mother of the groom or bride dresses. What makes this salon great is the wonderful experience they make dress shopping. You will need to make an appointment, and you will receive a dedicated bridal consultant to pull dresses and help you dress in a private room.

There is a special area for your bridal entourage to view you in a large area with three mirrors and a standing platform. The quality of the dresses are amazing, with several designers to choose from. They can be a little pricey, so if you're looking for a $500 bargain deal this isn't the place to shop. They also offer in house alterations.

Wow what a great find! This bridal Salon was very accommodating and the perfect place for my daughter to find her bridal gown. Sharon was the best and Anna worked her magic with the alterations. Thanks ladies for making my daughter feel special for her wedding day. She truly will be a beautiful bride!

Because I am not allowed to do ZERO stars. I am writing reviews everywhere I can because the owner of this business removed the Facebook review and responded in a very unprofessional manner to clients. She chooses to body shame bride to be's and insult them weeks before the wedding. Beware that they don't measure correctly and will order if different sizes just so you're forced into alterations.

Then when THEY make a huge mistake with he alterations, you get told that "your large frame" is the problem. No, you're wrong. Your unprofessional staff is the problem. They should measure correctly or seek assistance if they are unsure. A wedding dress is a one time thing. Who wants to give business to a place like this? Future brides, KEEP MOVING! Do not shop here. I promise you that there is better out there. If you want a stress-filled, awful experience, please shop here. If not, anywhere else. Seriously.

I had a terrible experience. After picking the color I wanted for my bridesmaids, she cut me a swatch stapled to her business card, wrote the name of the color and we ordered the dresses. After 14 weeks and 3 weeks before my wedding, we went in to get the girls fitted. The color was a pink instead of a lavender. The manager made it seem like it was no big deal and I could "just change my color, it's only some phone calls to make" I told her it wasn't just phone calls, everything was ordered or bought. (Center pieces, tuxedos, chair backs, table cloths, flowers) EVERYTHING!

They informed me I would need to wait until the company emails them back to see if they could reorder and ship in time and that's all that could be done. With 3 weeks before my wedding I needed this resolved immediately! After 3 business days I decided we all needed a refund and it was phone tag for 2 hours until I informed them I was on my way with all the girls.

The manager didn't even know how to refund back to a card. It was ridiculous, stressful and I was totally mistreated for a mistake that was not my fault. I could go on and on but I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON! David's Bridal was amazing and worked with me and the girls, totally understanding and very kind!

The worst bridal salon I have EVER been too! There are NO WORDS to explain how horrible this salon is. The most unprofessional RUDE, IGNORANT women I've ever met in my life. Smoking in the entry way of the building Unacceptable. I will be contacting the BBB also. OVER PRICED, OVER PRICED, OVER PRICED. This place doesn't even deserve one star. There are so many other reputable salons that wont over charge you and will treat you with respect.

In A NUTSHELL: I bought my dress here I needed sleeves, they said they could do it for a cost ($600) i SAID OK, they must be really good to charge THAT much They took forever, 2 days before my wedding they finally had the "final draft" ready, went to go pick it up. It was ugly. Not what I wanted AT ALL. Completely cheap looking (hello. they charged me 600 bucks) Sleeves were crooked, material was not what i was promised.

I told owner of my problem. She would not offer refund. I cried. She said no refund. I cried and then she said ok, we can try fixing it (admitting it was crooked), I said NO my wedding is after tomorrow and you guys took 6 months to do the sleeves on this dress. She said too bad for me. I took my dress with the cotton ball sleeves to another seamstress at davids bridal.

She was horrified by what she was looking at. She took apart the sleeves and put them on all in 4 hours. They looked alot better, and she took off some tacky lacing too. She was my hero. Dior Bridal was my nightmare. End of short story. moral of the story? Dont expect any type of quality work from them, and especially no good customer service after you have already purchased the dress.

Wish I could leave zero stars. To begin, $170 for alterations for a bridesmaid gown is ridiculous. Today I came in for a second fitting, and the dress wouldnt zip up when it was on me. Rather than doing the obvious: apologizing and remedying the situation, the seamstress and assistant were completely rude about it! For an hour, there was a back and forth while they attempted to fix the issue.

Rather than the seamstress coming in, seeing the dress on me and understanding the issue firsthand, the assistant kept asking for the dress (4 times she made fixes abd it still wouldnt zip) leaving me in my underwear (no robe?!). Finally when she did come in, The seamstress, Mary, had the nerve to tell me she shouldnt have taken my dress to work on anyway as they were so busy.and tried to tell me I hadn't been on the books (uh.

I totally was)! The catcher? Each time we had the dress on me.my girlfriends and I noticed a different stain! 7 separate oil stains right on the front and sides.and a snag in the chiffon! Clearly I'd brought it there unworn, brand new! When they finally got the dress to zip, it still looked like crap as the "hidden" zipper is now unhidden. When I pointed out the stains.they at first claimed not to see them?!?! Hello. they were obvious. Then, they didnt acknowledge or aplogize.but were complerltely snippy and rude. An attitude of."well WE didnt do anything." What do you mean?!

How else did it magically happen? The evil oil stain fairy?! Clearly they must have been eating or not washing hands while touching the dress. After over an hour with these rude associates, I was livid. I'm so glad I didn't choose this salon for my own upcoming big day. The manager downstairs did apologize and promised to clean the dress herself on Tuesday but no refund offered.

Do yourself a favor and STAY FAR AWAY! Let's hope its immaculate when I come back a third time. EDIT: after a month of trying to track down the owner, she told me "my best bet is small claims court" and denied all responsibility.
