Susan did a wonderful job, I live in Georgia and wanted to send my best friend some flowers to cheer her up. I knew the color scheme I wanted but not sure of the arrangement. I did the designers choice and let me tell you it was beautiful! If I called back and had questions everybody was very nice. Susan was kind, caring and very patient when I was trying to describe what I was trying to send to my loved one. I wish they had a location near Atlanta, Ga. I would highly recommend them to anyone! I give them TEN stars!

I cannot say enough about the artistry and customer service we recieved from Sheila and her team at Jerry's Flowers and Gifts for my daughters wedding! She met with us and helped design all the florals from the bouquets, centerpieces, boutineers, corsages and more! All this at the best prices! Sheila and her team also stepped in at the last minute to design our Chuppah (on a windy day!) and stayed so long to make sure it was perfect! I cannot thank everyone enough! So easy to deal with and prices were terrific! You all made our floral purchase so easy!

Yesterday I received an absolutely GORGEOUS bouquet from a friend after my surgery. Sure put a smile on my face. Jerry's flower arrangements are always beautiful! Simply the best!

I placed an online balloon and flower order for my wife's birthday with delivery on May 18, 2021. The flowers, vase, and balloons were very beautiful and were delivered right on time at 4pm. My only problem is the flowers became really droopy within the first 3 days of receiving them and looked like they were starting to die. Surely a fresh floral arrangement should last longer and still look beautiful beyond 3 days.

I'm quite disappointed. Also, I could've have gone to chain store (Harris Teeter, Lidl, Wegmans) and spent a lot less, but chose to support a local flower shop instead due to the hardship most are facing due to the Coronavirus. I just wish the quality matched the premium that I paid. **UPDATE** 6/1/21 The flowers were properly cared for and watered each day, not in hot or direct sunlight so they did not become droopy/die due to lack of water, hydration or heat. Instead of the owner taking responsibility and trying to make this right, blamed it all on me. How unprofessional!
